Brought my 2019 Peterbuilt here for trailer alignment and coolant conduit inspection, and he took the time to diagnose. Gave me his best judgement and effort. Took the time to clean my engine bay and did a thorough job. Well kept place.

Company did not properly pull truck out from where it was stuck and once unhooked truck got stuck again. They wanted another $500 to pull him the rest of the way out. Driver was rude got in face of driver telling him to pay him now or he was going to take our truck into passion. Very unprofessional company would absolutely NOT recommend using them.Service: Vehicle wrecking

I have nothing but great things to say about Burnsworth's Garage! I had a previous towing service tell me they couldn't get up my driveway to tow my vehicle. But Burnsworth showed up promptly & assured me they would get my vehicle to it's destination whatever they had to do. Great service & fair prices, I would recommend them to anyone! Broke down on a Sunday evening on the mountain, Burnworth's was able to make it out and tow me back to civilization. They gave me some good advice on where to drop my car off for repair and the driver/owner Tim was very friendly and made everything easy. Price was reasonable as well.

This garage and towing center was GREAT! EVERONE I had contact with from the dispatcher to the driver was friendly, couteous and professional. Nick the driver was excellent and knowledgeable. They helped turn a terrible day into a decent one.

The father and son team went above and beyond. My car broke down on 40 east of Hopwood. From the time I called the team showed up within 35 minutes. Easily towed my GL 350 to Morgantown Benz dealership. They brought a second car and transported my family to an air conditioned hotel until I could get a rental car and back to them. Even refused to take a tip. Salt of the earth people!

I have have all data roadside assistance tge woman called me from burnworth towing and said I got smart with her which I did not and then refused to tow my vehicle leaving me stranded. Bad business very unprofessional. Dont use someone that would keave someone stranded on the road in need.

No use in calling. The old woman who answers the phone clearly knows nothing about the business and is of absolutely no help. She doesn t know when or if people can do a job. I called at 1:30pm so surely someone there should know when something can get done. If Burnsworth wants more business they should hire someone new and more knowledgeable to answer their phone.

Great. Friendly and very professional broken down call several online . all couldn't help call burnsworth 15 minutes later they was their help me off the side of the road. Great service

Great honest work done here if you want commercial trucks fixed right come here they go out of there way for there customers family operation also state inspections done here also

Broke down on a Sunday on a 4 lane highway. Said they would be there in 20 minutes. They should up on time and the price was really reasonable..

Got ripped on a tow that was just 2 miles away for 85 bucks. I called Joby's after, cause it didn't seem right. They Quoted 60 and it was even further for them. .. never again
