Amazing owners! I take all my vehicles here including my parents. If there s a big issue, I say hey Chris this is what I have if we go over please call me. Always works with the customer and is just an overall easy person to deal with. Pricing is very fair especially if you get multiple Cars done there. Fair price, honesty and integrity. Very grateful to have a mechanic like this.

This is by far the BEST most AMAZINGLY FRIENDLY garage I have ever been to. They not only are very thorough with making sure your car gets fixed and back to you in a timely manor but Kris talks with you through the whole process and keeps you informed on what's going on she goes above and beyond. When you go to Brian's Auto you are not just a number or dollar signs they treat you and take care of you as if they have known you forever. BEST PLACE AND SHOULD BE THE ONLY PLACE YOU TAKE YOUR VEHICLES.

I had the pleasure of meeting Joe and Kris this weekend at their shop in Uniontown, PA. My vehicle was towed there for an engine diagnostic and potential repair. I had been stranded at a rest stop in West Virginia all night. These are two of the nicest people I've met in a long time! Their shop is neat, clean, peaceful and welcoming. When no other shop in the area was willing to provide a helping hand on a Saturday, Brian's Auto Repair Service made it happen! I highly recommend this business for your automotive repair needs. We were stranded in Morgantown WV on Friday night while visiting our Granddaughter for her graduation while our hotel was in Uniontown PA. Called AAA to tow it back to a garage in Uniontown which they did and unfortunately the place it was towed to didn t open until Monday, after talking to some local people in Uniontown, Brians Auto Service was highly recommended. Called early Saturday morning and spoke with Chrissy and she said have it towed to them and they would look at it. Joe looked at it, diagnosed the issue and had us up and running within 2 hours of bringing it to them! I cant thank them enough for fitting us in and saving the day! We were able to make it to our Granddaughter s graduation Saturday evening and back home (4 1/2 hr trip) on Sunday with no issues! We can t thank you guys enough for your prompt and friendly service!!! THIS IS THE PLACE TO CALL when you have a breakdown!Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Battery

Thank you to the best auto repair shop in Uniontown, PA. They saved me when my radiator leaked due to an accident and I needed to replace it to continue traveling to Chicago. They made room for me on a busy Saturday and took the time to replace my radiator instead of going home early. Not just good mechanics but truly good human beings. Thank you Joe, Kris, and the rest of the team!

I needed a quick fix for my exhaust and that's exactly what I got. In and out in an hour for evaluation and repair. Appointments were easy to make. I appreciate the small, friendly staff, and prefer it to some of the larger garages that value profit more than service. The work they did is still holding up after a 700 mile trip over the weekend. If I have any other fixes I don't feel comfortable doing myself, I'll take it to Brian's.

Fantastic service and trustworthy people. Our car broke down far from home and Joe was able to fix our car the same day within a few hours (after we got a tow). Also, the owner picked up our group of 4 people from the highway to bring us all to the shop. They went above and beyond to help us in a time of need. I highly recommend this place. Excellent work, and can not beat the prices! Nice big garage and warm atmosphere. After my first visit getting my brakes fixed, I knew that I would not be going anywhere else for car repairs. These are kind HONEST people who do excellent work!! And was amazed at how quickly they completed the job. Chris who schedules appointments and handles payment is a sweetheart who is also extremely professional and knowledgeable. All around great place. I m so happy that I found them!!

Friendly and hard-working.Called about an engine issue and she took the time to ask me what it was instead of just saying they're booked until x date. Squeezed me in two days out and luckily was a straightforward repair; fixed within a couple hours. Very grateful since I was traveling and needed it fixed.Would go back if I lived in the area.

I started to come here a couple of years ago when Ford of Uniontown was trying to charge me $800 to pass my inspection. I found them online and called, they got me right in. He told me nothing was wrong with my car and put a sticker on for me. Since then, this is the garage I go to for big and small things. Prices are always great and at times they will help me out at no charge if it's something very minor.

We recently broke down on the way to Ontario from Tennessee. I can honestly say these were the most helpful and friendliest mechanics I have ever dealt with. They performed a pre-purchase check of a used vehicle, and were very honest and upfront about what was wrong with the other vehicle. I recomend them to anyone looking for honest and friendly service. 5 out of 5 for sure.

I needed brake lines replaced on my Chevy Silverado and I called Brian's Auto to see if they could do it. Chrissy answered the phone and said that they were very busy but would do their best to get the work done. Not only did they do it...but the work was SUPERB!!! and the brakes have never felt as good as before. Joe and John worked on my truck and did a truly EXCELLENT job...they explained what was done and if I had any problems with the "brake feel" to come back and they would make it better.Well, as I stated earlier, the brakes NEVER felt as good as they did after they worked on it, so there was no reason to come back. I failed to mention the price.........which was SUBSTANTIALLY lower than pretty much every other business/garage that I had called.You WILL NOT go wrong with these guys........they put the "old time trust" in doing QUALITY work!! I am telling all that I know to go to this place.....a business you can trust!!!Service: Brakes

Brian was recommended to me by my wife's uncle as we moved to town a few months ago. After several different repairs and maintenance items he has done on 4 different cars of ours, I can highly recommend him to anyone. I believe he is honest, does great work, and at very reasonable prices. Let him prove it to you!

Unbelievably good service. My wife and kids broke down in Uniontown, 4 hours away from home. The Brian's Auto crew took the car in, did some heroic work drilling out a busted bolt and had my wife back on the road in one day. Great place to get your car repaired. They got us in fast and did great work. Their repair prices are very fair. I would definitely go back for any car repairs. Chris and all the mechanics were the best!!!

Took my JKU to Brian s Auto Repair with many different sounds coming from my steering. Joe diagnosed the multiple sources and had it running good as new for a great price. I am from Virginia and my car had problem when I visited Uniontown first time. I did not know any good place around to fix it, so I brought my car here by reading the previous reviews. They fixed my car fast with a reasonable price. I am very satisfied with the service and glad that I did the right choice!

Apologize for this coming so late, but I wanted to thank the owners at Brians for their excellent service and help when our SUV broke down on Labor day weekend in 2019. Very long story, but this was a difficult situation on Saturday AM of a holiday weekend - we needed the repair done and transportation to coordinate our getting home. No parts were available but they ordered the part for a Tuesday repair and then graciously offered me ride back to our hotel - a life saver since no Ubers, taxis were available. The part was delivered on Tuesday and the repair completed as expected. We returned (a 2 hour drive) to pick up the car. Brians made a difficult situation easier. Highly recommended auto service in the Uniontown area.

I have been coming here over 20 years and simply put always top notch repairs reasonable prices and fast work the best around
