Terrible customer service. Ya call in and tell them you're coming for a part and ya get there and it's not even pulled yet, the workers under this "Manager" scoffed at it/her for not having it pulled already nixing protocol. You're in a position that SERVES people, not anything else, your jobs too much ? Let someone MORE QUALIFIED do what you were supposed to do.

Needed brakes and rotors for Nissan Titan the Duralast Gold brand and they had the brakes but not the rotors. I asked if any stores in Morgantown area had and they said NO but they could order them in from Pittsburgh and have them the next morning. Picked the rotors up next am and when I went to change the brakes the brakes and the rotors were the wrong ones. I then called store in Sabraton WV and they had the correct parts at the autozone there. Which is what I asked the store in Uniontown. I returned the other parts from Uniontown and got the correct parts in Sabraton Wv store.Very frustrating when a parts store cannot give you the correct parts and you don t k ow it until you go and do the work. Then you spend more time retuning parts then the job takes. I will not be using this store as it seems they do not know how to look up and give you the correct parts. Not only that I had to wait a day and they wasted the people s time getting in the wrong rotors from Pittsburgh. May go to NAPA in the future to see if they know what they are doing.Adding to this review. As you can see autozone responded to my review and asked that I respond to it by emailing them and this is what I got.Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:customer.reviews@autozoneYour message wasn't delivered because the recipient's mailbox is undergoing maintenance and can't accept messages now. Please try resending the message laterSo it seems they do not want to hear from me cause the email they posted is undeliverable to. So maybe they do NOT want to hear from me contrary to what they posted.

Stopped in for a package of cable ties/straps--aisle one. Didn't have my size in black, I purchased the white. Didn't see any more of the store.I was waiting at the checkout when Mr. Jones said he'll be with me next. He mentioned there was a selfcheckout if I would like. Fortunately, he was able to coach me while waiting on his present customer.Hence, it was a quick visit made shorter thanks to Mr. Jones providing me assistance as he assisted his/another customer. I was thankful for his ability to multi-task.The other cashier/worker just looked on as Mr. Jones took charge.

No matter what you buy here. Your warranty will disappear. Every warranty of mine disappeared and store managers and district managers tell you. They can't help you.

I needed a new battery for my car. Alfred was so nice . He installed my battery and found out that he went to Penn State back in the day. Thanks he made my day. Heading to the Penn State.

I had called earlier in the day to price a battery, and confirm it was in stock. When I arrived I told the employee what I was looking for and she pulled it up on the computer (showing in stock). She, nor the other two employees could find said in stock battery. While they were polite, I was highly disappointed in the experience, and felt that my time was wasted.

They mostly always have what I'm requesting so I love that part. Sometimes the prices are a little hefty but it's worth the warranty.

I had my battery checked today and it needed replaced, as I suspected. Barry's customer service was great! He checked my battery and did the replacement in no time! I definitely recommend this store.

Went in to get a battery replaced angle and kelli were the ladys that helped me angle looked up the part and kelli put it in for me the team work was awesome they got me in and out and back on the road in no time I suggest to anyone who shops there to ask for angle or kelli they will take good care of you

I went in to get a headlight bulb and a windshield wiper blade yesterday. The gentleman working there came out and installed both for me without me even asking, which I greatly appreciated. I really did leave thinking "wow, that was a better experience than I expected."

Incompetence, and bad attitudes.I went to order a part, which I confirmed was available on AZ's website. I went to the store, and the employee looked it up and said not available, can't order it. I said I just checked 10 minutes ago, and it is. She got smart and was like look at the screen. I said, well if you would look up the right item, it will come up for you, and it did. She practically threw my slip at me as I checked out. UGH.Next time I will order from Rock Auto.

This location is small in comparison to other Auto Zone stores I've visited. The store is well organized and clean whenever I've been there. All the employees I've dealt with have been very helpful when I've needed help or had questions regarding my vehicle problems. Prices for items I've purchased are about equal to Advance Auto. The only bad thing I've experienced is that this is a busy location and I've always had to wait in line longer than most other places.

My last visit I stood waiting for over 30 minutes and the female that waited on me was very arrogant and told me no one made the air filter I took with me to get replaced so I went to NAPA and in less than 5 minutes I was out the door with the air filter I needed. I will not go back to AUTOZONE EVER AGAIN.

The wait was horrible, there short handed. The manager Joel is never there, sad to leave your employees short handed and dealing with management desicions. The employees are helpful but the store definitly needs help. I really hope to see some changes, otherwise the company is gonna lose customers. Whats sad is to walk into a company only to see the manager walking around in a spider man onesy, thats a pathetic manager, step it up Autozone and fix this mess
