Kerry Kelly was the nicest lady ever! She was so polite and worked very fast. Got me and my husband ina 2024 Hyundai Elantra in 24 hrs. Ask for Kerry Kelly when you go she is great!!!!

They treat you like family until they don t TL;DR: Auto Land s mistake resulted in me paying more than my agreed lease amount, and they couldn t care less. I will never do business with them again.Auto Land Hyundai messed up the math on my lease agreement, which resulted in higher payments per month than what was on my signed agreement. I spent hours on the phone with both Hyundai Motor Finance and AutoLand to try and figure it out. Wayne Schneider at Auto Land was very supportive and helpful right up until the point when we realized it was Auto Land s mistake and not Hyundai s. Although, Wayne made a pitiful attempt to shift blame even then, saying the bank should ve caught it. The tone shifted quickly from that s not right, you should be paying the amount on your signed agreement to well, it s only a few extra dollars . I was told that I should be grateful to Auto Land because they put me in such a nice car at a great price; basically acting like they did me a favor and I should just forget about the fact that they screwed me out of more money by messing up the math on their end.When I said that I didn t think it was right for them to use the deal we made up front to make up for a mistake they made in back, Wayne essentially said well, what I m saying is maybe we don t make that deal whatever that means.I asked if they d throw in some floor mats or something to make up for the error (which I thought was a fair ask considering the extra money I d be paying over the course of the lease, coupled with the couple of hours I spent on the phone with Hyundai). I was told we aren t sending you anything. I returned to Auto Land at the end of my previous lease because I enjoyed working with Kelley Clark and had such a great experience last time. And honestly, I had a great experience with Kelley again this time, and I AM very grateful for the deal/vehicle I left with. After two great sales experiences, I was set to be a customer for life. But now, after the apathetic response they ve had to their mistake, I ll find somewhere else to do business with at the end of this lease.Auto Land s whole schtick is we treat you like family and I guess they do they just don t tell you that it s the kind of family that doesn t own up to their mistakes and pretends they don t know you when they owe you money. I can almost guarantee that if there was a mistake on my end that resulted in them losing even a couple of dollars, they d be calling me every day.This mistake was entirely Auto Land s, and yet I m the one paying for it. Regardless of the amount, whether it s just a few dollars or not, causing a customer to lose ANY money is unacceptable. But Wayne Schneider and Auto Land seemingly couldn t care less. So, they ve lost a loyal customer and I ll tell everyone I can about this experience.

AutoLand Hyundai of Uniontown is an exceptional place to do business. Everyone from the owner to the salespeople to the service consultants and technicians have the utmost desire to please their customers. The service department consultants explain what services are appropriate for your car. If the service will take a long time, they offer you a ride home, and a return ride to the dealership to pick up your vehicle. I thought that was commendable. Not every business offers that service to the customer.

I post a negative review and to let everyone no the responded with a public apology. Liars never called. I called them and asked to speak to manager said he would call back never did. It's going on 4 weeks, never looked at car, lost a job . This is how they take care of repeat buyers. I have bought 2 family members 4. I will end on a positive,, lesson of day not to buy another car here again

They were a 5 but no longer. I have purchased 2 new cars from them as well as family members. My Tuscan broke down and under warranty and it's been 2 weeks without roadside assistance car rental. Going to be at least 3 more weeks before I get offered a rental. I lost my job because I don't have a vehicle.

If anyone asks me where to go for buying, leasing, trading-in or having work done on their car - I always recommend Auto Land Hyundai of Uniontown. As a child, my parents always purchased their vehicles here. Then when it was my time to purchase a vehicle, I went here and received exceptional service. Any time my vehicle needed anything, I knew I could trust them. Went through a seriously unfortunate incident and they took care of me. What should have been unbelievably stressful - was not. Cannot say enough good things about them! I know how difficult it can be to find a trustworthy dealership.. in general, they are often talked about in a negative way. I can't imagine this company having that connotation. Keep them in mind with all your car needs!

My experience was so good ima sound like a scam comment. I'm a first time car buyer and did all the research to help me find the best deal etc. I called around 127 dealerships trying to get a car for msrp then also trying to buy all online (It's 2022 its crazy how many dealers do not do online sales). But I called auto land and got Kelly Clark, Which she was very nice and helpful as I was a first time buyer I needed some help understanding paperwork stuff but not once did she ever get annoyed by my 100 questions or my calls. She didn't try to pressure me to buy anything, She wanted me to go at my paste even when it came to the addons she just told me about them but no pressure. So after calls with bank and dealer we did everything online then I paid for delivery (Which crazy how many dealers don't offer that) Which I signed the papers that I needed to sign in person when it was delivered. Which they went over the whole car with me before I signed to make sure I was happy. After I signed all papers and had the car, Kelly called and explained the next steps that I need to take to fully have it under my name etc which she obviously did not need to do but im happy she did. Whenever I needed help or papers she always answered and had it done within minutes. So im officially the proud owner of a 2023 Hyundai Elantra, which I received for msrp with no fighting. I honestly couldn't think of it being any better. I give kelly and this dealer a 10/10 and if you need any help just ask for kelly, I promise you would not regret it one bit.

Went here when my engine blew up (50k miles). They turned me away and said I had to go to Washington Hyundai to get it fixed so that's what I did.I came back here in hopes of having my peeling hood addressed and fixed. After weeks of beating around the bush, they told me I was just outside of the warranty. Convenient. Went back a third time to have a broken backup camera diagnosed and again, they couldn't help me one bit other than "accidentally" tacking on a $30 oil filter that I didn't know about during the diagnostic test. Was thinking of going here to upgrade my vehicle but it doesn't seem that I would have luck a 4th time...

Wasn't there to buy, was there on a recall matter. Didn't seem like they have many cars on the lot. Heard the sales lady telling customers they would have to bring in a car they were interested in from another dealer. People looking for a new car doesn't want to wait for them to bring a car in from another dealer.

Everyone at Autoland Hyundai were awesome to work with. Kelley Clark was my salesperson and she was awesome to work with. I gave her a couple color options to find and she was having a hard time finding one. I came back a different day and they had the Amazon grey which I was not sure of until I saw of in person. I asked her to find it and she did. 2022 Hyundai Tucson in amazon grey.Thank you Kelley.

Let me start by saying what a wonderful experience we had purchasing a car with Auto Land Hyundai, and it is all thanks to Kelley Clark. Kelley is a straight shooter and comes through for her clients. In a field where so many people make promises and don't follow through, working with Kelley was such a pleasure. It is really hard to find a car with the current shortages, but Kelley kept at it and was able to get us the car that we wanted, with all the incentives that were available. I wouldn't hesitate to call Kelley in the future for my car buying needs. She really is exceptional!

I would recommend this dealership to anybody the sales person Kelley was awesome and the finance experience wth Chris was the best one I've ever had. Purchased other brands of new cars before this one stands out as being the best experience. I live three hours away it was definitely well worth the drive.

Just Purchased a 2022 Hyundai Kona from here. This was the best and easiest buying experience I have ever had. John the internet sales manager was awesome to deal with. Straight up front pricing, no hidden or unexpected extra fees or markups, no games with final pricing. The dealership is a laid back atmosphere and a no pressure sales environment. We traveled 500 miles to buy from here and it was definitely worth the trip.

I had to take my AWD Genesis in for alignment, as it's too complicated for my usual, trusted mechanic. (There's cameras and all kinds of stuff that make taking it to a Hyundai store pretty much the only choice)That lasted a day. It still has a rear end sway, and still pulls to the passenger side. I called service to get it in again, as there is obviously an issue that was unintentionally missed. I was basically told, too bad, we're too busy for it. He wanted me to wait another week to get it in, after waiting 2 weeks for the first appointment. I get busy, but when I pay for a service that doesn't fix the issue, I feel like it should be a priority to make it right. (And not blame 3 week old tires for it, that was the other response) They sway is intrusive and dangerous, and needs to be addressed. Unfortunately, that's the reason I don't take my cars to dealers. Most don't treat their customers right, and won't take responsibility for failures in repairs.

Recently purchased an Elantra N from Kelly at Uniontown. From the get go the experience was amazing. She was super responsive and attentive to my wants and needs thru the whole process and made things so easy. Drove 3.5 hours from VA as they are MSRP dealer and it was well worth it!5 star experience for sure!

I recently had a situation where the paint on the hood of my car had peeled down to the bare metal. After getting the approval, I was provided a rental car and my car hood was able to be re-painted. The service was quick! The quality is exceptional, and the experience was pretty easy. Only a couple of issues that made this a 4/5 star instead of a perfect rating.

My car was towed in on July 2nd, my motor was blown. I use my car for work and activities for my four year old. I rely on my vehicle. My car was not taken into the garage and looked at for 3 1/2 weeks. I understand everyone is busy and they were behind, but I had to constantly call in to get updates on my vehicle. The 2nd week without it being looked at and no loaner car, a gentleman told me that they were "dealing with cars that got dropped into their lap and if i wasn't happy then to take mine to another auto land hyndai". I've worked in customer service, while I'm using my mother's car and leaving her without a vehicle, with anxiety of IF my warranty was going to be accepted or if i had to pay for a new motor myself, that response was totally unacceptable. I called friday going into my 3rd week of waiting and they told me that there was going to be a car hopefully available for me to drive. Never had a return call.. i called monday to find out that the whole service department went on vacation for the week. I then had to tell them that i was contacting my attorney and they finally gave me a loaner car to drive. My car was finished Sept 3rd.. I had to pay 114$ for a water pump that had to be removed and checked for the warranty, that was not covered. I'm thankful that my car was covered but I should have never been treated like that.

This was our fourth purchase at Auto Land Hyundai of Uniontown. We are repeat customers because of the owners, the sales people, the financial rep, the service people, etc., all always a good experience. Because of the Covid slowdown of new cars available, we were forced to wait a few months, but the dealership contacted us several times to let us know what was happening and to assure us that they had not forgotten us. It proved to be well worth the wait. So far, we are very pleased with our new Palisade. We dealt with Kelly Clark, and she made the experience seamless.

Chris is grate will do everything he can yo help you get a vehicle that you are interested in. If you have no credit bad credit or slow credit he can help you. Cares about his customers. If there's a problem or it needs fixed he will do everything he can to accommodate you. All in all very good dealership very good experience have spent many people to them to get vehicles and all have been satisfied.

Stopped in to look at vehicles after an unfortunate run-in with a deer totalled our 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe. They happened to be shorthanded that day and I was assisted by Chris Parker, Jr., one of the managers, and the dealership owner's son. I knew what I was looking for and he provided pricing that was much more competitive than another dealership offered. He was certain that he could get us better interest rates than the other dealership.Came back the next day and spoke with the sales manager who handled the credit application and offered a competitive price with every incentive we qualified for and also offered additional cash back to meet a third dealership's generous offer. My wife and I were impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of the sales staff and financing staff and made our purchase that day.

Terrible service will never buy another car from them again they did a oil consumption test on my 2017 hyundai checking my oil every 1,000 miles now they are telling me even though they see I'm consuming oil they would have to submit a request to hyundai to get paid blah blah blah they are a joke and aren't trying to fix my car even though I'm going through 1 quart of oil every 650 miles!

We bought a vehicle here and enjoyed the shopping process compared to some of the other used dealers in the area. Our salesman didn't pressure us at all and listened to what we were looking for instead of just trying to sell us something. It's convenient for those working in Uniontown to drop off your vehicle for service. I had a few minor issues which they looked at right away and fixed without charging me a dime. I thought I'd have to drop it off and wait until the end of the day to pick it up, but I told them the problem and they went right out and brought it into the Suzuki garage and had it fixed in no time.

Auto land is the worst dealership NEVER BUY A CAR FROM AUTO LAND. I traded my truck in for a Elantra sport and the car had 4 days until inspection and Emissions were up. It also needed and oil change in the next 100 miles and the rear tires wouldn t even pass inspection they had 0/32 tread left! They were completely bald. I drove down there 2 separate times and each time was a waste of time they didn t even give me the right floor mats they were gonna give me a cheap rubber set and said I could buy the nice ones for 80$... I drove down a separate time for the extra key and they said they couldn t find it that they were looking and could drop it off to me. So I complained to the manager and they made me another. They were also supposed to reimburse me for the inspection oil change and four wheel alignment but never did. They give you the run around and blame everyone else in the dealership! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
