I was riding by this divining car lot which is known as Auto Credit Connection. As I was gazing at the cars I caught a glimpse of this astonishing vehicle. Everybody working there assisted and helped me out. If you have any questions they will answer and give you the best response! Someone will always answer the phone when you need them or fulfill you with any questions you have . I love my vehicle I acquired from this car lot, and haven t had any trouble with it. This experience was spectacular and pleasant at the same time. Consider your next vehicle at Auto Credit Connection!!

the moment i asked the boss man, hey you have any new honda civics on the lot? he said yes i do sitting right there and then signed some paper work and not even an hour later i was driving it off of the lot. couldn t have asked for a better experience. plus that was my first time ever buying a car. really really good deals, and very easy to work with. definitely will be coming back after or whenever i need a new car.

We came to them 6 years ago to buy a vehicle off them that unfortunately just died on us (we have very busy lives with sports and work it was driven a lot!) so we went back and again was the same experience as the first time! They are so helpful, so thorough, and went above and beyond to get us in another vehicle! I will forever return for any future vehicle purchase!

For 6 wks straight I was using lfyt to get to work. After giving away nearly $1400. I had one last goal b4 the end of the yr. Getta car. When i found this location, I got Lfyted there. But after meeting Dan and West they helpfully n respectfully got me driving outta there . This on the last Saturday of 2023. I now have a 2015 Ford Fusion. I'm from Chicago n the pos cars along western have nothing on these guys. Dan & West i very appreciate u.

My wife and I bought a truck from these guys do not recommend the intake was not connected. Dan refused to pick up the phone. The gas gauge didn t work. All the engine lights are on. These are little things that we would ve still bought the vehicle but all they had to do is be honest and that s the kicker. They re not an honest dealership they will lie to you and changed delivery date three times they sent their delivery guy out with no gas. We had to go with him to get gas for the truck. No follow up. Pretty much get a vehicle from anywhere else. Also delivered truck with no oil and no transmission fluid and seriously who would sell a vehicle without checking the fluids we knew it was a beater but there s some basic maintenance you do before you send someone to drive 3 hours away also, an update this vehicle had a mismatch bad and the ball joint gave out. Our local auto shop determined it had been in an accident Which they did not disclose, We are without a vehicle. Do not do business with these guys. We didn t end up getting stuck on the side of the road but you very well could be.

I'd actually give them less than 1star if there was an option! They lied and said car would be detailed inside; lied that car would be washed; lied that car's fluid would be topped up and I STILL haven't received Registration sticker even though I bought the car in late December! AND, they left the driver's side windows down in front and back and floors were wet!!!!!! They tried to COVER them up with 2 floor mats, hoping I wouldn't notice!!! AND, they had black electrical tape on dashboard to cover CHECK engine light and TPMS light!!!!! I couldn't believe it!!!! Wes, the owner, said he'd give me $80 towards detailing and then, lied and wouldn't send it! Incredible!I will never buy anything from this dealer again and I'd advise others to do the same! They say they stand behind their vehicles but they haven't in my case! Apparently, many others have also had bad experiences with them, too!I wish you luck if you do purchase from them!

Wes and Dan made the process easy and painless. I did business with them in the past and I m glad I chose them again. Always remember, used cars will always have issues, but you get what you pay for.

Dan and Wes are awesome! They're not only kind, honest, and friendly to their customers, they are kind to those in their community. While there a gentlemen stopped in and asked for some water, they both were happy to allow him to grab water! The were honest and upfront. They didn't try to "sell" us. I absolutely recommend Auto Credit Connection!

I got a prequalified certificate online after applying.. went in gave info, they sent me to a lawyer(costs money) to get a granted approval from a judge due to a bankruptcy. I did that! Took out full coverage ins(costs money) They did hard credit inquiries until i dropped from 601-537 and n credit!!! Ignored me saying maybe tomorrow for 2 weeks only to message my nephew(couldnt contact me) and say they didn t think it looks good and forget it!! So they cost me 600 and some dollars that I did not have because I needed a new car as my motor blew in mine, and wasted time and mental stress, but I can name 4-5 people off of the top of my head without jobs that got cars through them!! Haha, go figure huh!!

They treated me really good and they kept trying til everything was situated to walk out the door with the car I wanted. I think they went above and beyond there job to help me. Thank you so much , This is the best Birthday present I ever got.

Just like most of the reviews on here. Bought truck in February and as of yesterday 9/14 I've been able to drive it a total of 3 weeks. Brand new inspection sticker but had many things that shouldn't have passed. They did fix some of those issues. Blatantly lied about things that were done to truck before purchase. 3 weeks in truck shutoff while driving down the road. Engine now needs replaced. I have contacted an attorney, BBB, Consumer Protection Bureau, and Attorney General.

Hey guys thanks for the cars and trucks that we have gotten and the people we sent you every body is very happy and don't have no problems with anything and people have said things and I have things but every time we go to you guys do great and went more people to come down and get their cars tucks or whatever their taste is and yes he even has cars that fits your budget but their are some that needs hand man special to for those that like to work on stuff so give them a call or stop down and talk with them so stop and get a great deals and down to earth guy I be seeing you again

I have seen multiple good and bad reviews, however with any used vehicle dealer, just remember they are not new and will likely have some issues. I bought a 2003 f150 a few weeks ago and so far a very good truck. Yes it has a few issues but very sound. People need to realize even with big dealerships and this area, all vehicles will have problems over time. The guys here helped me even after a recent repossession due to the pandemic, to get me into another truck. All I have to say is look over what you are buying and determine if you can afford and make a few repairs before jumping into any vehicle. Thanks for assisting me.

Only 2 stars thus far, I inquired about a vehicle mid afternoon on a Saturday and got a return email within minutes. I called back and was advised to fill out a form for credit on their website. The gentleman I spoke with was on a cell phone and alluded to it being an easy check upon completion. The form was basic, but did require a social security number to complete. Form was completed within minutes of that call ending, however I did not get a call back. They were still open for almost 2 hours after this exchange. They are advertised as closed on Sunday, so I expected no return call that day. I did expect further correspondence on the next business day, Monday. I made another call, which rang until a "voice-mail box is full" message was received. I sent a follow-up email to the same thread that was started on Saturday, no further effect. I also sent an email directly through the dealer website, also with no response. It is now Tuesday and again, I have no response to either email or call attempts. I would assume they do not wish to do business with me, but at the very least I expect some further communication. In this day and age of identity theft and various other schemes, it would be reassuring to know that my personal information was handled correctly and competently, but I am left with questions of this at this point.

Definitely love how my Jeep looks, rides & handles...however, it did have issues when i got it & i've had to pay for service fees @ the shop 3 times so far. Still needs a new muffler & exhaust work. Muffler was bad upon purchase.

I've had my car 1 month. 1 month and I've had to have the suspension complete redone. In addition to that my transmission is now blown. Once it's done being repair I will have sunk the same about of money in repairs as the loan! It's been a month and my registration as also yet to arrive! So ill be investing 20 grand to drive an '07.No guarantees for a reason I guess.Update- still haven't recieved my registration.

These guys told me YES when other dealers told me NO! They got me into a nice 2015 Ford Fiesta and an affordable payment! I would HIGHLY recommend them for your next auto purchase!

Very helpful juss purchased a Toyota loved it he is really helpful , good with people , communication skills on point
