We've came to Alpha the last three times my husband wanted a different vehicle. We highly recommend going here. The guys are awesome. And always a great experience. We just traded in a truck and got a different one. Came back the next day to get a golf cart.

My boyfriend bought a truck here less than 2 years ago. The day after we bought it it was already messed up. Antilock brake system, check engine light and another came on the next day. Had to replace a few parts, which was whatever. But now less then 2 years later the truck wouldn t go in reverse and costed 5k to fix. The truck has had to sit more then run. Oh and the lights still won t turn off.

Hubby found the car online and we drove almost 6 hours to buy it. Great price. Decent condition. And they were willing to make things right on the things that weren't quite perfect. Hubby's happy. I'm happy.

Horrible. Could not get ahold of them to get licenses after the temps ran out. Still has never sent a part that is on the bill of sale as saying they d be sending it. Owner told me to do what I ve got to do when I told him he would be talking to my lawyer next

I bought a 2012 Ram 2500 Cummins from Alpha Xtreme a month ago and I couldn t be any happier. The buying process was super easy, and they took care of everything they said they would. Truck has been phenomenal and I ve already put over 1,000 miles on it. 10/10 will come back when I m ready for another!

Never sent me my title after buying a car in full. Blocked my number so I cannot even contact them. Very awesome business. Btw the head gasket on the car blew in a week of owning it.

My best friend is in the market for a new truck, specifically a Toyota. I told her to talk to Casey, because he should be able to help her out in anyway that he could. She did not get to talk to him until after working hours, and said that she could not believe that he spoke with her for as long as he did, considering that he was not at work. She also said that he answered every question that she had and was very polite and informative. The next day, whenever I spoke with her again, she was still talking about how she could not believe how professional and polite he was at such a late hour.

Went to look at a 2010 civic for my girlfriend and had a great experience thanks to Casey! Not only are these guys easy to talk to, they make it so easy to get into the car you want. We bought the car and my girlfriend loves it!

Just came and bought a truck there drove almost 3 hours one way, only had it for 4 days and the rear end went out on it called and asked if they would be willing to make something right on my end after they already stuck me with 850 dollars in taxes bc they didn t write the bill of sale up correctly. Basically told me to kick rocks. Sleezy car lot. I don t recommend.

Drove 3 hours for a motor home purchase. They went out of their way to address any concerns I may have and gave me a fair price on the vehicle. They are very nice and provide professional service . Highly recommend. Thanks guys

Worse place to deal with dont do it they promised my truck was mechanically sound 50 miles late it blew up no respond whatsoever they are horrible

This place is horrible! Don t wast your time or money! They wanted us to put over 5,000 down for a used Diesel with over 200,000 miles on it and it had a check engine light on!! We ended up getting approved with Shultz FORD in Harmarville, PA 2018 F-150 diesel! 40,000 miles on 4,000 down!!

Great place to buy a car! Needed a Ford Explorer but didn t have money right away they were able to hold for me til my check came in and after hitting a hole in the road Cody peeble was very patient helping us figure out how to get the car. I m a mother of 3 and needed out of my Ford focus so greatful he was willing to make it happen!! Will definitely buy from them again!!!

Was in a tough spot with my season (lawn&landscape) on the line and Mark and Cody went above and beyond what I could have imagined to get me in something. These two are very professional and good at what they do! Would highly recommend them to anyone!! Looking for a reliable vehicle.. Alpha extreme auto is the place to go.

Emailed with questions on a listed truck. Was told I would get a response, but never did over the course of 3 days. Check today and now the truck is listed as pending, still no call or messages. Would've been considerate and good practice to let an inquiring customer know not to wait any longer. When you're willing to spend 55k on a truck, you'd hope for better service. Sadly, no surprise for what others have detailed in their reviews continues.Edit- After the 'pending' deal fell thru, I finally received an email inquiring if still interested. No, this veteran consumer spent his money at another dealership in which I flew to and drove home in my new truck. They were extremely responsive on email as well as text. The entire deal was done electronically in one (1) day and I walked in, signed papers, and drove home. Alpha, take note, better customer service would result in more sales. Passive aggressive responses show thru to perspective clients.

Very rude salesman, showed up to look at truck that turned out to be sold. This was fine, it happens, wouldn't even discuss with me if there were other options on the lot that would fit the need I had nor did he ask what it was that I was looking for. Will never return.

I purchased a 2016 Laramie from them and could not have been more happy, very professional and knowledgeable on the whole truck. Very happy with my purchase and will return when in need for the next one! Also not one person was pushy or made me feel rushed. All around a great group of guys!

If you're looking for a pleasant truck buying experience look no further. I drove all the way from my house in Hampstead, MD to buy my Dodge Ram 3500 from the guys at Alpha Xtreme AutoPlex. I hated the truck buying process but Cody and the guys here made it enjoyable. I was like a kid at Christmas looking at all of those trucks but after hearing all of my wants and needs they helped me narrow it down and got me out the door in exactly what I wanted. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with a great bunch of people. Highly recommend them for your next purchase.

Owners a non professional sham that'll mock you for leaving a bad review. all vehicles have underlying issues that'll never be listed in text because it doesn't bring as many people in. maybe try being honest and upfront and you wouldn't have a three star overall review. Uniontown's finest...

Just purchased 2003 Ford focus for $5000 and was told nothing was wrong with it. I took the car home that I bought from there that night it rained my trunk was completely soaked an smelled like mildew when I lifted the matt up in the trunk water was everywhere. I reached out to the dealership told them, they detail the car an "resealed" where it was leaking. Day later it's still leaking when it rains. I gave a bad review an horrible experience on the photo they posted of us an I got blocked from their site. They ripped me off

Avoid this place at all costs. Bought a car here almost a year ago and FINALLY cut my losses. Day after buying the car it broke down and needed $700 of engine work (all 4 cyl needed replaced) and the warranty they sold me ($2600) would only cover $200 of the repairs. The car also didn t have a SINGLE DROP of oil in it and the tires were completely bald. A few weeks after getting all new tires, all 4 cyl replaced, and oil put in, the car broke down AGAIN. This time the engine failed and was going to be $4000 to fix. The part that caused it to fail was covered by the warranty but they wouldn't pay a dime. Car sat in the garage for 3 months and Alpha did not offer to help at all. Finally paid the $4000 then the garage told me the transmission would likely go soon, rear wheel bearings needed replaced, and it needed both front axles replaced. OH and the air conditioning didn t work and it would ve been over $1000 to fix. In the 10 months that I had the car I had to put near $10,000 of repairs into it (and it was a $7000 car). You d think Alpha would ve offered to help out in some way, but they did absolutely nothing. They sold me a nightmare of a car. Do not let these people rob you. I contacted a lawyer and he said he has SEVERAL cases against this business right now. It s a shame because they seemed like nice people who ran a respectable business. Not the case.

Completely unprofessional..... then proceed to make it out to be the customers fault when their sales rep ignored numerous calls, was told that Ashely would return my phone call 5-10 minutes.... an hour went by called back and same answer. eventually to find out they sold the truck in the process of telling me they would call me back, I guess this dealership clearly doesn't believe in being honest. i drove almost2 hours in that direction to finally have her answer and advise the truck was sold, which is fine and well but you need to follow up with your customers and if your selling the vehicle in question.... say something before someone goes to the bank gets 6000 to put down. I strongly recommend reconsidering this dealership. they are very condescending

This place is a joke. Went to test drive an F-250 and it had all kinds of dash lights on, the brakes were completely worn out and the rotors were warped badly. Decided to test drive one of their Cummins instead and it wouldn t even start. I was told you had to feather the fuel pedal which shouldn t be necessary on a 9 year old truck. And while I was trying to start that truck another truck they were selling was pouring smoke and wouldn t even start. Everything that had was in terrible shape and no problems were listed on their website. I wouldn t wish this place on my worst enemy.
