Friendly service. Got the right parts too. Had to come back the next day to drop off my core and was a quick transaction. Gotta wait a day til the money's put back in your account if you use debit card but it's like that most places.

If I go to a auto store, I usually come here first! They are always helpful and quick in and out trips! They were also super informative and changed my windshield wipers in like 2 seconds! Amazing experience! Do compare to online prices tho, I could have gotten the wipers cheaper online, but that will be dealt with. Otherwise, great place!

Great Parts great service very knowledgeable as for the ability employee I had the day of my visit I do not know if he was not trained on the machine well enough or if the schematics on the machine was wrong I had a starter tested the machine claimed it was bad no offense against the company or its employees but I had a second opinion as I do with everything else and it tested perfect at two other unnamed auto part stores

The workers were very friendly and someone was able to help me very quickly. I had my car tested for codes and it told .e I had a camshaft sensor problem. I changed that and took it back bc it was still saying I had that same sensor problem. So I changed the other sensor and that still didn't help so they recommend I take it to a shop to have it put on a computer. It would be nice if I could trust a shop like I do the workers at advance auto and Ben's auto in masontown. Shops tend to lie and trick u into buying stuff u don't need and I've never had that problem with advance auto or Ben's auto! So thank you for not taking advantage of me just bc I'm a female! I really appreciate ur workers!

The younger man with dark hair was very polite and helpful. I wish I'd payed attention to his name tag but there was only two people working. He was on the computer second closet to entrance.

Very friendly, helpful and professional level staff that will quickly help you with your Automotive, Tool or Fleet Maintenance needs. Everything from lights, batteries, wiper blades and Auto motive parts, battery terminals, filters fluids and additives. I have a Commercial Account here and the guys here are just great all of them and they will check everything and everywhere in their system to help you. I always get my items in the time frame that they say they will come in so that helps alot when I have to plan and layout my work load. Thank you and keep up the great work guys!

Bad customer service, no one knew what parts to get, employees that have no knowledge and are very flirty which is very unprofessional. I will never buy parts there again. You may want to look into getting different employees because the current ones do not know anything, I heard them tell someone that they did not need to at lubricant to there calipers or brake hardware. That is very bad advice. I am an ASE certified automotive technician and you definitely lubricant brake hardware and slide pins. I really hope the big dogs read these reviews. The worst one is the one who drives the black for escape.. She's very flirty and has no knowledge of actual auto repair, gives wrong parts, and is to busy getting high and playing on her phone than helping customers. I would get rid of her in a heart beat....

My boyfriend and I are here probably every other week for some reason or another. They are quick, find what we need if we can't or order it. They also take the time to have a conversation with us. When ordering, the parts come in pretty quickly.

Nice service. The guys know what to do if you don't here. They will at ease put your windshield wipers on, install your batteries, and do whatever else they offer without hesitation or issue. For quick and easy needs, this is one of the best places around.

Most of my auto parts come from here. I've always had good luck with them. As far as tools, the "lifetime warranty" is a 1 time replacement... Do not waste your money on their tools!! You'll get a better tool for cheaper from Harbor Freight... and the "lifetime warranty" is indeed a "lifetime warranty"

These guys are great! The prices are very affordable, but more importantly there happy to do minor things to your car. If your like me and have no clue how to do any of that, it makes a heck of a difference!

Amazing staff. Helped me when I needed a very specific part. Store is pretty easy to find, but for a newcomer may be tricky to find the entrance at first. The great news is that when you finally find the entrance, you'll be glad you did.

The purpose of my going out on these snow covered roads was not to visit this store...I just would like to be clear on this point. we had run out of cat food and i was on my way to another store when my windshield wiper flew apart...It was cold, and snow was falling and the wind was blowing...I went to Advanced Auto Parts right away. Leigh W. was coming in from installing another customers wipers. I said, " Wanna do me next?" He wasn't even behind the counter yet and with a smile on his face he said, "Sure, what kind of car ya got?" I told him that I had a 2004 Pontiac Montana and I needed a driver side wiper blade. He looked in the system to see what kind and sized it took and pulled it off the shelf returned to the counter, and rang up the sale. I paid him and he said, still with the same friendly smile, "I'll be happy to install this for you." He went out in the cold and snow with a genuine smile on his face and installed the wiper...I asked for his name, he said Leigh. I thanked him. he politely said, "You're welcome" and i got in my van and drove away...this is what customer service is all about.

Didn't have the vacuum boot I needed. It's not their fault it is obsolete. I'll fashion a step down fitting to make it work.

Price way too high. Bought map sensor on Amazon 13 dollars. They wanted 58? 45 dollars I can wait until Wednesday.

Usually can find what you need. And often someone has a couple cents to share on fixing a problem. Depend on the part though aftermarket is often junk IMO

I go to Advance Auto a lot. The guys there are very smart and also very nice to me. They are patient too and explain any question I have.
