Let me start out by saying this is the worst sales experience I ve ever had. First off I asked my salesman Ethan to take off the shield before I come to pick it up. Came back the next Saturday and sure enough it s still on. Then I dealt with Joe the sales manager. He said they can strap the bike to my trailer no problem. As we were leaving not even 2 miles down the road a strap came loose. Then I had an employee fix the issue and while doing that, he let the bike fall over on its side. Called to get the issue fixed and Joe said we re done talking to you and hung the phone up. Don t recommend this place at all.

I had a great experience working with Unlimited on the purchase of my Ranger 1000. The purchase process was straight forward and they even worked with me to deliver it about 30 minutes away. When I discovered that the high beams didn't work right after delivery, they even sent a technician to swap out the faulty switch. Will definitely work with them again in the future.

Every purchase we have ever had at Unlimited Cycle Center has been positive. Ethan made our first purchase such a breeze that we always come back to him when we're ready for something new. He's not pushy, down to earth, extremely reliable, and knows exactly what he's talking about no matter the make or model of the atv/utv. He gets the entire process done quickly and correctly. I would give 10 stars if possible from the experiences we have had with him!

Great staff... friendly and accommodating. No high pressure Sales! I drove over 5 hrs just to get my Spyder from them. Love it . Jude is a great guy & Bethany is a pistol. They aren't a Harley dealership, but they've got some great bikes there. Thanks UCC!!!

I've purchased 2 vehicles from Joe at unlimited. The staff has a vast knowledge of the product they are selling, and customer service is great. I would recommend unlimited to my closest friends.

I bought my '03 softail from unlimited cycle last year, Eithan gave me a good offer on my trade and was very pleasant to work with. I got to experience that same friendly atmosphere again this year when my girlfriend bought her '14 72 sporty. These guys are great people to work with and thier prices are far better than anyone around the area. Thanks again Eithan.

Purchased a new Polaris Ranger xp1000 from Unlimited on December 31st. They gave me a price much lower than their local competitor and could not have asked for a better salesman. The service and parts department were also courteous and helpful with the accessories I purchased for my new Side by Side. If you are looking I suggest you stop by and see them as I m glad I did!

I've bought 2 bikes from Unlimited Cycle Center. I got a great deal on both and their prices on a used Harley beat any Harley dealer by thousands. They also offered me more money for my trade. Ethan is diligent and gets s deal done quickly.

Sold us a unit that was determined by the manufacturer to be dangerously faulty within two weeks of purchase. Their solution to the situation was for us to sell it back to them at a loss to us of several thousand dollars. We were return customers. Never purchasing from here again!

Very happy with the service I received. I bought a 2007 Polaris outlaw from them. I called them paid a few hundred for it to be reserved until I could get there two days later. I drove almost four hours to pick it up and it looked exactly like it did on the online ad. They had it sitting out front warming up for me when I pulled up. Gave me a free t-shirt and helped me load the bike up. Highly recommend them. I would purchase another bike from them.

Over the last 15 years I've bought more vehicles than I can count, both for companies I've worked for and myself as well. Unlimited is by FAR the BEST experience I've ever had. I came unannounced from almost 300 miles away and not only did they work with me, they treated me like I had been coming there for years. It was absolutely worth the trip and the next time I'm looking for a bike I will be back. HUGE SHOUT OUT TO JUDE and the whole team, you guys rocked it!

I have to say it was nice to walk into a dealership and not have someone follow me around. When I was ready to ask questions, Jude who works there was very helpful. Paperwork was quick and easy. Will be picking up my new to me bike later this week when the snow is gone.

2 weeks ago was the first time we stepped into Unlimited Cycle, we were impressed. They had exactly what we were looking for, and Jude is awesome. He gave us the time to look at everything and answered all our questions. Today, March 25, 2023, was the day of picking up the new Can Am X3. Very quick process we were there about an hour if that. And we traded 2 Suzuki King Quads also. Can't wait until the trails open for the summer season and can start the break-in of this awesome machine. Highly recommend Unlimited Cycle in Tyrone.

DO NOT BUY FROM UNLIMITED CYCLE IN TYRONE, PA. Bought a bike from Unlimited from Jude, the Salesman. Confirmed the purchase and put $2,000 down on my credit card - gave them the credit card number which they took. Sent a picture of my drivers license - front and back. Jude assured me the bike was mine. An hour later I get a text, not even a call, that "there might be an issue." Turns out someone else was coming in to look at it. I told Jude I gave my credit card number, $2,000 down, and was in the process of wiring the rest of the money as we discussed. It should be noted they would only take $2,000 on a credit card before charging a fee which is why the bank was wiring the rest. I asked to speak to the Sales Manager. His name is Joe. What a joke he is. He said someone was coming from 2 hours away to "look at it," and if they did not want it, then I could get it. I confirmed with him they did not put a deposit down on it, they were just coming to look at it for the first time. I informed him I already put $2,000 down on my credit card and they committed to sell it to me. Note the price was $8,500, so this represented nearly 25% of the purchase price, with the rest being wired as agreed to with Jude. The original price was $8,749 and we agreed on $8,500. So it is clear they were going to try to sell it from under me, after committing to the sale and taking my credit card information and license, to try to get more money. That is unethical at the very least. As such, Joe refused to honor the sale. I called Ron Bush, the President. After being on hold for half an hour, I hung up and had to call back. I finally reached Ron who first told me another customer put a deposit down. Not true. I informed him that both Jude and Joe told me they had in fact NOT put a deposit down, they were simply "coming to look at it." What Ron told me clearly was not true. I asked Ron to honor the agreement and the down payment, and he told me he does "not really run things, Joe does." I reminded him, HE IS THE PRESIDENT AND JOE WORKS FOR HIM. Ron then told me they sell thousands of bikes and "these things just happen." No Ron, these things don't "just happen" at respectable businesses. If you take someone's credit card (money), their license and agree to a deal, then you honor it. That is how a respectable business works. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS!I see the owner responds to these. Curious how they will fabricate a response to their own actions. By the way, it s now five days later and the bike is still for sale. Bad move Joe and Ron, I guess trying to nickel and dime your customers and not standing by your commitments backfired. Lost a sale and gained a very bad review Joe, I received an automated response from you. I believe it came in on Easter Sunday, see below. If you really cared you would not send an automated response, you would call. You have my number, if you don t, ask Jude. You not calling proves my point. An automated response is NOT customer service, it s lipstick on a pig.

Joe (salesman) is always fantastic to deal with. He was aware of the value of my trade and worked with us to get us a very fair deal. I had numerous dealings with Joe - for well over a decade - and he is always consistent; professional; and motivated. He is - without a doubt - an asset to Unlimited Cycle Center!

UCC has a huge inventory. There is something for everyone here. The people there are very friendly and the buying process was quick and easy. However, you better know what you are buying. My wife and I wanted to buy a dirt bike for our fourteen year old son. We looked at everything, talked with salespeople, explained we were looking for a bike to ride trails around our property. We saw a 2020 KTM SXF 250 and we liked it. We bought it for $6500 with 114 hours on it. We had no idea it was at the end of it's life cycle. We weren't told that the maintenance schedule recommended an engine rebuild at 100 hours and it could cost $1000 to over $3000, depending on the level of rebuild. When we got it home, we found out the clutch was sticking and we had to replace the starter. After my son road it a couple weekends, we realized it was too much bike for a beginner and it was a ticking time bomb due to the hours on it, we should trade it in on something more forgiving to a young boy that is still learning to ride. At first, nobody would take it on trade. We finally found a dealership that would but couldn't give us more than $2000 for it towards a new KLX. He now has the right bike for him but it was an expensive lesson for us. I understand it was our responsibility to know what we were getting, but I feel as though our lack of knowledge was exploited. We went there with the impression that we would be guided to the right bike for our son's needs and ability. Again, UCC has a great selection and the process was quick and easy but just be sure you know what you are buying before you sign papers.

Had a great experience with Ethan from this dealership. I bought a used Harley street glide from them at a great price, all their units are priced to sell by the way. I had a minor ABS issue with the bike when I got it home. Took a little bit to get a hold of Ethan because this place is extremely busy during the pandemic with sales. When I was there it was literally people lined up that were purchasing some type of vehicle. Once Ethan saw my email he called me right away and just told me to take it to my local Harley dealer to have it fixed since I was 3.5 hours away and they would reimburse me for the repairs which they did. I had an extremely pleasant experience over all dealing with them. They are tough to get on the phone right now because they are constantly busy with sales. I couldn t believe the amount of buyers that were their when I was. I see a few recent negative comments on here about them not answering their phones being an issue which it is but if you go there you ll understand why. I searched for months to find the right mileage and price on a street glide and they hands down were cheaper for what I wanted. The place was packed with buyers at the counter and all 3 sales reps were doing as much as they could as fast as they could while 2 other people were handling other paperwork for registrations, tags, trade in values, and other things like that. If you are seriously interested in something they have just go there and check it out, all their units a priced great. Plan to spend some extra time there since they are so busy though.

I purchased my first bike from them. I absolutely happy with the friendly staff. They are friendly even while being busy. They have a great selection of used inventory. Two hours away from me, I will definitely make the ride to purchase another bike in the future when I am ready.

I came in to buy a quad that was on sale. They were selling a ton of them and built mine for me while I waited. I met the owner of the company who was a great guy and I worked with Joe in sales, who was exceptional. Joe went above and beyond and loaded the quad into my truck and strapped it down. Really great people working here. I drove up from Pittsburgh and I ll do it again when my wife decides she wants the quad I just bought. Tough to find decent people these days, but this place has done it right. Keep up the good work.

Heed the warning and other reviews!! With a 725 Equifax and 702 trans union credit score and $3,000 down on a $14,000 bike I was told I wasn t approved. Gave the guy my wife s credit and it was never even ran!!!! From my very first call I should ve known to go elsewhere. I asked my sales rep Ethan to tell me a little bit about the bike to which he replied literally.... You saw it online right did you read the description? But I really liked the particular side x side and a sales experience should be quick and owning it would ve been permanent and way more gratifying. After 3 days of not being able to reach ANYONE to ask why her credit wasn t ran or what happened with even getting a callback I did finally reach Joe this morning who was way more professional at least but that they had already sold the bike! They never asked if I coulda paid cash, had a co-signer nor even ran my wife s credit. At the end of my call with Joe his response was we are selling 25 machines a day and do the best we can to keep up. Bottom line they must not have very many lenders because with a 700 plus and 3k Down that deal should ve went all day. Secondly if you value customer service or a true buying experience you re not likely to find it here. Really disappointing experience! Facts
