I always get excellent service here. There have been times I had to go back a second time because they lacked a part needed to service my vehicle, but aside from that the service is very good.

No prices on the used cars. When will dealers learn this seems deceptive. Indont want to look online at a website that may not be current. Dont be condescending to me as salesmen. Every house is online eieh the price. Every item in the store has a price. But you want me to spend tens of thousands of dollars and dont want ke to know anything.

My wife and I recently bought our 3rd ford from Tyrone Ford. You can't ask for a better group of people to do business with. When we left it was like saying goodbye to old friends. Looking forward to someday buying a 4th.

While on an expected 11 hour road trip, we experienced car trouble on the highway. When we pulled off and found a parking lot to stop in and take a look at the car, we found ourselves in the parking lot of this dealership. It was closed so we didn't think we would bother anything by borrowing a parking spot for a few minutes. We found that many of the lugnuts on my tires were loose enough to turn by hand. One of the gentlemen that works here showed up to work and asked if we were okay. They offered to pull my car in to their garage and take a look at all four tires to make sure the lugnuts were tight and secure for the remainder of our trip. This was an act of kindness that didn't go unnoticed and if we lived closer, I'd do business with them again. Thank you gentlemen.

Service got me in for an oil change without an appointment last week. The service advisor was very polite and educated me on my tire measurements, I ended up purchasing 4 new tires for the winter! Excellent staff will be a returning customer.

The service department Team was extremely helpful! Mike was was very nice and displayed above excellent integrity of not only his work morals but personal morals as well. He gave honest suggestion so that I wouldn t be nickel and dimed with my vehicle by doing unnecessary maintenance. I would recommend any of my friends to utilize their services!

I have never bought a vehicle at a dealership before, so I wasn t sure what to expect but the customer service and friendly atmosphere really eased my mind! The whole process was quick and I was on my way home in a beautiful vehicle! Everyone I talked to was smiling and just truly seemed happy to help and assist in any way they could! I would go back to them any day of the week and encourage anyone looking for their new set of wheels to stop here first!

My husband bought a truck from another dealership. The truck came with 1 key. They told us to go to a Ford dealership and they could easily make us another key. We went to this dealership as it is closest to where we live. They made us another key. In doing so, they completely disabled our remote car starter system. They are refusing to fix it saying it isn t their fault. But if we want a new one, they can install it for $400-500. Funny, that the starter worked until they touched it. If something worked until YOU touched it, then it s YOUR responsibility to fix it. They are nothing but hustlers trying to take advantage of you and get you to drop more $$$ into their hands. Do not recommend and for this reason they will never see a penny of our money!

We bought a very clean used 2017 Ford Explorer at Tyrone Ford and we could not be happier with the experience. Matt was an excellent person to help us and he was, as was all of the staff, very knowledgeable and non-pushy. Everyone at Tyrone Ford whether they were helping us with the sell or not was very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The Explorer is beautiful and we are so happy with our purchase. When the time comes we will definitely return to purchase our next vehicle. Thank you Matt and Tyrone Ford for such a great experience!

I had my truck there for an air bag recall. What should have been a 1 day job turned into 8 days. The bag that came in from the distributor was damaged and could not be used. A new bag had to be justified and ordered. Tri-Star did a very good job. I was given a free loaner vehicle for the last couple days. The service shop did me right. The truck works fine.

Do not buy here! I reluctantly post this as a previous customer of multiple vehicles, but after recent events I highly recommend shopping elsewhere. Over the past two years, I have had the following issues:- Ordered a Ford Explorer to buy, and after waiting a few months and negotiating the price, the lot changed the deal upon delivery - in their favor, or course. Had to purchase another vehicle at another location- For the Explorer I already owned, tried to purchase the vehicle outright through their Finance Manager. She checked my credit report 3(!) times which reduced my score, only to find out I couldn t buy from there due to an out of state issue. Complete incompetence- The last issue is the most severe. I stupidly decided to trust them one last time and placed a $100 deposit to buy a new Ford Bronco. The order didn t match my specs when building, so I immediate called them same day to cancel the order. I was told it was cancelled THAT DAY, and then received an email weeks later saying it wasn t. Then, was told they would refund the cash...didn t happen. Then I was told I would get the cash back AFTER they sold the vehicle, which they did at the beginning of January. As of this writing, I have now been told that Ford has the cash and they owe it back. I have a voicemail from Ford HQ CONFIRMING the lot owes me the cash and they just ignore me.The managers and staff at this lot are incompetent, arrogant, and not customer service centric. There are many Ford lots in the area...choose wisely and please stay away from this unprofessional dealer. You ll regret it.

They are are a huge ripoff, they lie so many times. They never send anything in on time to the bank. Poor salesmen with attitudes. I bought a truck from there and they left the paper work lay for 2 weeks before Turing anything into the bank. Very pushy on selling you a car. Also when you ask then a question on anything they don t know or they hesitate to give you an answer. Terrible place fo buy a vehicle from

Guys are always polite and do their best to explain things that need done with my car. I had inspection done recently and there were a couple things that needed replaced to pass. Never have any problems with the service dept. If I would take my car anywhere else, I would have to wait for parts to be ordered, etc., but at Tri Star Ford, most of the time it's done right away the same day.

quick and fast oil change and tire rotation; I had extra tires/wheels (tires already mounted to rim) to swap and they did that with no questions asked and only had to pay for balancing (at my request). All of my Ford vehicles go there for the "Works" by Ford

As I told the guys at Tri Star, I'd rather have a tooth pulled than go buy a vehicle. BUT, they were amazing. NO PUSHING. Every single person was great, even in the pouring down rain. Oh and the deal was absolutely wonderful. Just found the best place to go when looking for a vehicle. A plug , if I may, GO TO TRI STAR in Tyrone. Thank you guys, you made is easy.

Really friendly and helpful. Whole family was on a trip to Central P.A. when our check engine light came on. We pulled off went looking for a repair shop. We found this place and asked if they could help. They were more than willing to come help us figure out what was wrong. It was just something minor so we were back on the road in minutes. They helped put our mind at ease and were very friendly. Their repair shop was great.

I will never go back for buy or for service. Service department needs a lesson on how to use a phone for one, and two needs to learn how to fix simple problems. I guess the "highly trained and certified Ford technicians" there website clams they have were on vacation for the past 2 months.

Sales staff great, but i had my tires rotated here, they took my truck to another one of their dealerships. Not a problem, but i had several dollars in change in plain view, when i got my truck back it was gone! Not sure where it went, but someone there has sticky fingers

Everybody was excellent from the sales people to service personal. Extremely helpful in every way and didn't pressure you in any way. I continue to shop there. My family have bought vehicles there and they are impressed also.
