I purchased a transfer case for my toyota from them. I spoke with Johnny via email and he was very helpful and responded quickly. I drove a little over 2 hours to pick the part up. Great prices and great people highly recommend for any parts.

This place was not very motivated to make a sale. Even had a bit of an attitude on the phone. I would even say snobbish. Acted as if finding an answer would be an inconvenience. All I wanted to know is if they might have a rally style driver's seat available. Any make, any model. Didn't matter since it's going on a racing sim. But they couldn't help me unless I gave them a make, model, and year. Apparently, their computerized inventory system doesn't allow keyword searches for just a part type.

I've been there dozens of times an never once been let down part are used but guaranteed to work an will pull the part for you an have it ready in a sufficient time just call ahead of time. me I'm satisfied.

What a mixed experience!...I was able to find the part that i was looking for but I also found the profound rudeness and lack of any human consideration of the front desk customer service. Any sense of a business being kind to their customers is absolutely missing. Just be prepared for that.

Drove 3 hours each way to pick up a rare fuel tank. Customer service was excellent, the women we spoke with on the phone even sent pictures of the tank so we knew it was correct and in good shape before I made the trip. When I picked up the tank, it was in very good condition and included the straps and shields which made installation easier. The gentleman I talked to when I was there was very friendly and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to order parts from them again in the future!

I have been in the luxury automotive field for 12 years and have never had such a frustrating transaction as the one I attempted to have with this company. Have you ever ordered something online? I'm sure you have. They always ask for a billing AND shipping address. However with Tyrone Auto Salvage, I received pushback and attitude because our shipping address differs from our billing address (because we're a successful automotive shop with 7 different locations). Instead of providing customer service, they decided that the proper solution would be to cancel our order. Over a $40 part. That's fabulous business practice. My suggestion would be to add a shipping address portion to your credit card authorization form so you don't continue to lose business in the future.

It's very rare that I have an opportunity to right a positive review because I've gotten amazing service, but today is one of those days. I called Tyrone's for two wheels and had the pleasure of talking with Paula, she identified what I needed and faxed me the appropriate documents and I promptly sent the documents back and she worked hard to make sure that the packages were shipped today. I must say for a business owner in the same line of work, that an employee like Paula is an asset with qualities that many of us rarely have the pleasure of employing. I've used them several times they're always courteous respectful and most time they'll pull it off the vehicle for you and have it waiting and reasonably priced.

I called 6 different places before TAS and none could help me. These guys had my steering column ready to pick up in a couple hours. They saved my butt.

Easy to find. Very helpful when loading the transmission. They even put down a piece of plastic to lay it on. Definitely recommend.

Been in here a few times trying to locate parts for my honda...the owner seems arrogant and and underminds my ability of knowing what part will or will not fit my car and the lady is out right rude and acts like she dont want to be bothered and has an attitude...however we did go to johnnys in altoona much better experience.

I would give no stars if it were an option. Called several times and left messages with a woman and a voicemail and never once got a call back. Will be going elsewhere seeing as they don't want or need my business.
