Wonderful, quick service. My car did not pass inspection at the time of this review, but the employees were very helpful and knowledgeable about my car's condition and offered possible solutions for repairs. Will definitely go back once my car is ready for inspection again!

At Steve Shannon Tunkhannock the service was fast and the atmosphere was professional. I have 3 concerns. First, I was initially billed for the tire rotation, which should have been covered since I purchased the tires there. (The bill was discounted after I objected.) Second, the price for an oil change was at the high end of typical ($90.83 after taxes). Lastly, I was not given the itemized bill till after I'd written the check. Yes, I'll go back, but I'll be careful.

Manager and emoloyees were very helpful and knowledgeable. First thing I noticed when I walked in was a very clean store and sitting area. When my vehicle was finished. The manager explained what they did and how it will effect my over all better performance. I would return to this store with any vehicle needs.

These guys here rock. Bill took care of me the entire time. I ve always went to Kost and nothing against them but it s just much harder to get what I need done, timely. I am a very busy person. They got me in immediately and helped get me back on the road in less than an hour every time I ve been here. Not saying that may always be the case for everyone, but they did it for me so if they re able to accommodate with what you need (parts, etc.), I m sure they will do so for you!Thanks again guys! Won t be going anywhere else anymore.

I have used Steve Shannon in Tunkhannock PA to purchase tires and have our vehicle inspected. On both occasions we were met with prompt, courteous service, good pricing and had a positive experience. We will continue to use this location and would recommend them to our friends.

I am from out of state and was lucky enough to stop in to a Steve Shannon store after having my brakes fail. I was expecting to be taken to the cleaners. Instead, what turned out to be a serious problem with my back brake system was fixed quickly and for actually less than a reasonable price. I left, amazed.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I waited with my vehicle while the work was performed. I was in and out within 45 minutes, closer to 30 minutes. I will be returning.

My issue was addressed the same day I visited and complete in less than an hour. Bill was very helpful in explaining the findings and even offered some ideas for me to consider. The tech, Matt Heck analysed and resolved the issue quickly.

I initially received an estimated wait of a couple hours for an alignment on my ford edge but they were able to get me in and completed the job with minimal wait. Everything looks good now, I definitely recommend them for your automotive needs.

Twice they took me right in and fixed problem without overcharging!! Third time fixed suspension and really researched what was needed. Perfect fix and now perfect ride.

This is the second time I've taken this vehicle to Steve Shannon's within the last year to get an alignment first time they didn't get it aligned correctly I didn't notice it because it is my wife's car and it destroyed a tire hopefully this last time they did it properly
