I highly recommend this shop! I'm not a local but everyone there was very nice to me and happy to explain any questions I had. They fixed my car faster than I ever could have expected, despite there being NUMEROUS issues (it's an old car). They even switched out my broken wind shield wipers for new ones on the house without me even mentioning it to them! They were very thorough and did a very good job on my car. I have only good things to say about this place.

Jeff admitted he charged double for our exhaust. Quote " I can charge whatever I want" Yes I should have priced it before,however it being a small town I assumed he wouldn't rip his neighbors. Must be because we are disabled seniors!

Jeff and the team at Kost always take care of my automotive needs. They are fair and informative when I do have an issue. Today it was getting us in for an inspection on our vehicle.

My daughter goes to college nearby and her car had a tire that was losing air. She brought it in and they were able to look at if and figured out it the valve cap pushing down on the valve, gave her a new cap and didn t charge her for anything. Great work!

First experience here buying a few tires..I must give an absolute ..."A" plus...High 5 and 5 stars to this place !!! Thank you for such a great experience and going over and above in all categories of customer service. Looking forward to an opportunity to be a customer again!!

I was warned that this place was known for basically holding your car hostage and that they do things to your car without your consent. These were not true at all. Oh and that they try to make you buy other things while you are there. Also not true. They were friendly, informative, and finished my tires and oil change in a timely manner. Would recommend.

Professional staff, I got tires changed today and they let me know about recommendations that jeep says should be done once you are at 60,000 miles. Not pushy or trying to upsell anything just providing the service you requested. Much appreciated

One of the friendliest businesses I have ever come in contact with. My mother had an issue with her car on her birthday while driving though town and they treated her exceptionally and made her somehow feel better than before having car issues. Excellent staff and if you re ever in the area I highly recommend especially since my mom stopped in another store unaware that kost existed and was treated poorly. Best in town for service, and the best in our hearts for their kindness

We actually didn't use their services. Our car broke down and we ended up in their parking lot. But they were incredibly nice and allowed me to stay in their building because we were an hour away from home taking my sick daughter to the doctor and the tow truck driver could only take 2 of us. Just shows that people can be compassionate. I truly appreciated their help.

Always on time with Jeff! He was able to squeeze me in on a last-minute walk-in service on my girlfriend's vehicle. They treated the vehicle as if it was their own, as they always do with my personal and work vehicles. Always honest and trustworthy! No complaints to give here!

I'm currently trying to fight a $190 overcharge from a brake system flush and a cooling system flush. I was called during my new tire appointment and asked if I wanted them, I said "no, skip that". The assistant manager insists I said to do them and refused to refund me. I was told I had to wait 4 days before he'd find out if it was possible.I used to get tires here. Not so sure I'll continue.

Ever since Bill and the other co workers left Kost has been nothing but a terrible place! If I could rate it a 0 from all my previous experiences I would! Just took my car back there today and they said to take it to another garage cause they don't know what it is...... what a wonderful garage you are if you DONT KNOW HOW TO FIX ANYTHING!!!

Always work with you to get the right products for the right price. Service is always fast and maintanence is done right. Very knowledgeable about what they do, they'll answer any question you have and help you get the right product for you. Great place to take your vehicle for some new rubber!

I took my van in for an estimate for repairs and was told after they checked it that they wouldn't even give me an estimate because there were so many things wrong with it. The manager suggested I just drive it till it didn't run any more. He didn't even know what some of the codes meant. He was rather rude about it too. I took it to a friend who knew what all the codes were and he fixed it for me. It's still on the road today.

These guys were great, I had a flat and had to drop my truck off to get it fixed before work without an appointment and they had it fixed by lunch. I will definitely be taking my truck here for any other service that I need.

will no longer go here they said they couldn't do an alignment because tires were worn ( that has nothing to do with an alignment whatsoever) and for an inspection told me the emergency brake didn't work because it was hanging due to a broken clip , however, nothing was wrong with emergency brake

Very friendly staff. I got there early and they were able to get me right in I had the spare on the car and after they replaced the 4 tires they put the spare back in where it belonged and tightened down the jack and spare. I differently will go back there again. Thank you guys at Kost Tires
