Never going anywhere else to my vehicle worked on. Such great service with the wonderful staff, gets the work done in a timely fashion. Tim and Larry truly make the best team for Jack Williams/Mavis Discount Tires!

Stay away from this place. I took my vehicle in for inspection at 8am Saturday morning. The tech didn't show up for work so they were not able to complete the scheduled service, which is fine, things happen, I understand that, BUT, there was no offer to make it right, maybe offer to not charge me if I came back another day?? The manager explained to me that they get charged for the sticker from the state and they would have to charge. So for a 45 dollar sticker they lost future tire and oil changes for 3 vehicles... They did reset the oil maintenance light that they forgot to reset the last time I was there. To put the finishing touches on this disaster, the tech hands me the keys and tells me "you are all set", I drive down the road about a mile and notice they didn't put my insurance card and registration back in the vehicle. I have been going here for tires and service for many years, not sure what happened to this place, but it is not good.

I had something stuck in my tire and expected it to be broken, so I took it in and the people at the front and in the garage where so helpful. They popped it out no problem and there wasn t even a leak! Can t thank them enough!

These guys helped me when I just walked in with a deflating tire after work, patched my tire, found me new tires for an impossible to find size (I'm tire shopping currently) & were super friendly & personable. The shop is clean, organized and they are efficient. Billy the manager is extremely proficient & courteous and located what I wanted as far as a tire after asking me what I was looking for. This shop has earned my business even though they are not my closest location. Due to their customer service today, I will be back and I highly recommend this location. Thank you!! Honestly i had no clue what was wrong with my car, i just needed help. Luckily Antonio and Tim could look at the problem and tell me exactly what needed to be done. They made this whole process easy to deal with and helped ease the stress level with updates and explanations of the problem, how they could fix and then just did it. Very happy to have had a good experience with them!

I had screw in my tire and had to change on the road. I called in ahead of time and they made me the fastest appointment possible. Got there and took me early and finished quick. Perfect patch and plug - re mounted the tire. The team there was very caring about their customers as I heard several conversations.

Manager Tim Woods is the best, always helps myself and my husband, our vehicles are in the best hands. We take our cars to no other place. Highly recommended professional, efficient, best prices in town.

Went in with a flat tire and so many other things wrong with my car, everyone was so helpful and kind. Tim explained everything to me thoroughly and wanted to make sure I had a good understanding on everything wrong with my vehicle. I definitely will be returning to them to replace all of my tires and finish the rest of the work that needs done on my car. I can t thank the guys enough!!

Went there for an appointment to have my tires changed but somehow the tires they ordered didn't show up. I was a little upset but stuff happens. Tim at the counter helped straighten things up well. Would have been 5 stars if it wasn't for their inventory management and shipping but customer service was very good.

I was slowly loosing some pressure in my truck tire so called Jack Williams in tunkhannock to see about getting an appt. I Was thrilled for them to tell me to bring it in that day and turned out I had ran over a nail at some point. They got me taken care of and took the time to do it right. Really appreciated their care and service, not to mention they don t charge for a flat repair. I ll be a returning customer after this experience.

Going to the store to get my inspection and emissions done made me want to drive my car through their front window they didn t fully look at the requirements for my car inspection and didn t realize that they didn t have stickers for the emissions. They offered to drive my car to the other store inside. If I came back the next day, they would be able to do that. Upon arriving they said they didn t have enough people to do that today. Super annoying having to drive to the store multiple times and I m charging me for the labor with all the sticker. Super inconvenient.

I've always had a good experience here. Tim, the general manager, always did the best job. I would never maintain my vehicle anywhere else. They do a fantastic job!!

Was here for a oil change and tire rotation. The service here was warm and friendly with a genuine hometown feel. They recommended different avenues that really in the end made me feel like they understood my situation at hand. I will deffinitly be back. Anyone who is wondering this place has bar non service!

After being told that they could dismount and mount aftermarket wheels and tires, I brought my service to them, which was my biggest mistake. Not only did they scratch 3 out of 4 of a $1,600 set of wheels, they also proceeded to not balance said wheels, broke a center cap, and claimed they weren t trained. Their only remedy to this was 20 dollars off of an $80 service. This experience was nothing short of infuriating and left me with nothing but disgust. I would not recommend this place to anyone.EDIT: I have spoken to your regional manager Dave Howells many times and have gotten nowhere. He proceeded to only pay for one wheel when I was told that I would be paid for the set or an equivalent amount. I ve had more beneficial conversations with walls than with him.

I took my vehicle in for a state inspection and tires, which is fairly straightforward. The work was completed in a timely manner, and the store manager was very helpful and personable. I wish they could have extended the wait time by 15 min, so my passenger Randy could have finished watching The View. It's his favorite show, and now I'll never hear the end of it. Great place though!

I had a situation with the vehicle here and was essentially stranded over 100 miles from home. The guys here were nice and did diagnostics, enough to get me home. They also seemed to have sufficient staffing which isn't always the case in other places. They got me on my way and didn't charge. How nice is that? Recommended !

Billy was very helpful and kind while squeezing us in just before they were going to close in a half hour. We only waited a few minutes before our car was taken in. Our tire had a nail in it and they were able to take it out and patch it for us. It didn t take very long either. Overall very friendly and great staff! Thank you Billy and Jack Williams!

Excellent experience getting tires on my Jeep, and on my wife's Rav4. Tim and other employees at the Tunkhannock shop were very helpful, and beat another shops price.

Today was my second visit to Jack Williams and I definitely foresee this place being my go-to for all my vehicle needs. The staff are friendly, helpful, and courteous. I love the online scheduling and the added phone call to confirm appointments. Never a long wait to schedule or have my vehicle worked on. The store and waiting area are clean and fresh smelling..no weird automotive chemical smells like other places. Overall I would recommend and I will be back. They even had time to squeak in a quick alignment for me today!

Place has gone down hill. When Billy was the manager it was so much better. Went to get 4 tires mounted on loose wheels and they raised the price by almost double. Showed the guy at the desk what I paid 3 months ago and pretty much said to bad. Go across the street to tire choice. They will take care of you.
