I had an issue with my battery. Employee named Joseph took the time to find the problem. Instead of working on it to postpone making an appointment at a garage, he took the time to clean it properly and put a new battery in at a decent price under the circumstances. In a timely matter. I am very grateful for the service and I will return as a continuous customer! Definitely recommended!

Most of the staff goes above and beyond. The manager at the tunkhannock store brandy is absolutely the best manager they have had.

It s so easy to shop here. Bryan M helped me get new wipers and installed them in seconds. He reminded me washer fluid gets low quickly this time of year (and mine was empty). I know absolutely nothing about my car, but they do and it s always a pleasant experience when I stop here.

because of Bill Harris' knowledge of my car he saved me a trip to the garage!! i was told my car type i would have to take it to a garage just to get battery changed. Bill assured me that that wasn't necessary and he could do the job. it took no time at all, even the manager Bryan came out to give a helping hand! nice to see team work just to take and make 1 customer happy at my moment of need! thanks bill and bryan

While I went in to originally purchase a caliper for my Volkswagen, I received two calipers that had stripped bleeders valves and others issues. What I can say is the customer service is beyond exceptional. Talk about going above and beyond to satisfy your customers.

I stopped there today to have them check why my service engine soon light was on. My husband came back and told me they said it didn't need to be checked because it could mean I need an oil change. I have a couple of thousand miles before that needs to be done. And I have a light that comes on for the oil change. It was like we had to beg them to check for us.

Depending on who you get to service you, you might get a person that actually knows what they are talking about, or not. Some will help you out until your satisfied, others rather just get it over quick. I would say this is 50/50 on service. As with most places, take someone with you that KNOWS cars if you don't. Don't let them BS you.

We ordered a part online while on our way to autozone. They were very busy but we went to see if it was ready for pick up they quickly grabbed it for us and we were on our way. The workers were great and as I said they were very busy but made sure we had the part we ordered quickly which was great!

Had my car towed there to see why it wouldn t start and they ordered a part that had nothing to do with the problem in which it failed to help and got charged with it anyways. Poor communication, bad service, over priced. Never going there again.

I ordered and paid for springs to pick up. I didn't go there for 6 days after they came in and when I went to pick them up, AutoZone had sent them back! Like I wouldn't want what I paid $190 for! So, I had an appointment at a shop to get them put in 2 days after I tried to pick them up, and AutoZone didn't get the parts to the shop until close to 3 P.M. I am beyond frustrated with them.

Its a little expensive compared to Walmart but there customer service is great. NeverIn there for more then 15 seconds before I have help or an offer for help. The parts girls are all hot and it's worth the extra money to beat the lines and drama found in Walmart

Store shows open employee outside says 7:30am the are open. But here I am t 7:41am. Friday morning waiting because they don t have the key to get in. Unsure why time I ll b able to get my part. Good thing one returning a warranty it s or I d be ask for points towards purchase

I like the prices, but the company hires people who know absolutely nothing about vehicles so they rely solely on computers. This does not always work and then they can't help you except to stand there with their thumb up their butt trying guess with you.

Called these guys to check stock on some plug wires and told him my problem. The associate then educated me on several things it could be and was very knowledgeable. Excellent experience and service. I'm from NC and our AutoZones down there have lackluster sales associates that barely know how to use the parts reference systems. A+ experience. If I lived here I'd only come here nowhere else.

Auto Zone mostly rely on customer service. Just go to the counter once you enter. They pretty well ready. If your just browsing, not really much browsing would interest you. Prices high and items limited.
