Our jeep was inspected and repairs were made quickly and efficiently. We had a problem with an after market headlight. They looked up a price and it was high. They looked up other options for us to buy and repair it ourselves to help us save some money. They are always helpful.Thank you for great service.

I ve been going to Krises Tire, now Steve Shannon, for years. Rip is always so friendly and kind. He takes great care of his customers. No matter if I take my car or my sisters car there from SC, they always will check our cars out right then. Employees are friendly and very respectful. There s no other place I d take my vehicle!

Picked up a large screw with a piece of hard rubber attached in my left front tire. Was able to drive to Steve Shannon business in Troy PA and they removed the screw and fixed the tire in 20 minutes. Great friendly service. Thanks to those at the Troy Store for fast and efficient service!

I went in to get an alignment and tires balanced on a newly-purchased car. I received a call from the tech, asking me why I'd asked for an alignment. I explained my observations of how the car behaved, and he explained my observations were due to a worn steering rack, and no alignment was needed. I give them a lot of credit for not simply taking my money for an unneeded alignment and describing the car's worn rack after-the-fact. So, cudos, and thanks to their Troy, PA location.

Yes well there are very understanding about my vehicle and that's what made me feel good so yes it's a very good place to take your vehicle I wouldn't even recommend it to other people to take care of vehicle there

Krise's Tire put a great set of tires on my car. They did it in about am hour as I waited. Everyone was friendly and talkative so the hour went by quickly. I would recommend them to work on anyone's car because my experience was fantastic.

One of my lug studs sheared off headed through troy with a load on, stopped at krises to see if they would care for such an emergency, and sure enough they did. Got me affordably fixed up. Were very personable, and knowledgeable. They explained what factors could have played a role in making my wheel come loose and shearing the stud. The way I was treated, is the way I saw other customers treated. Overall best garage service I've ever recieved.
