The service was outstanding. My Silverado 3500hd is a basket case. It's going to need a lot of TLC. The owners of the shop will tell you exactly what can and can not happen on all the repairs. They have a part network that can't be beat. You will be consoled on every aspect of the individual repairs with a cost estimate (Labor and part's). If you want a family atmosphere where they back up their workmanship. This is the best.

Jess was fantastic to talk to. I work at another shop in the area and she took the time to talk with me about a mutual customer and make sure we were all on the same page with no misunderstandings. She was kind and courteous and treated me with respect.

Jerry's Tire Service is absolutely top notch! The mechanics are knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The girls in the office treat you like your part of their family. This is the only place I go to for all of my car repairs and maintenance. Highly recommended!

Leaving work coming through troy eneded up with a load squeal from my brakes, stopped by and even with a full day they agreed to work me in so I could get it handled and be on my way home. Quick quick Service and felt extremely welcomed. Highly recommend this shop!

I've been to Jerry's several times over the years, and keep going back because - as much as I hate buying tires, it is as painless as possible there. It's refreshing to see people torquing wheels properly, taking pride in their work, and the entire staff is focused on customer satisfaction - even if they are sending them to another place in town.I have an old Jeep Comanche and found myself with a blown tire a few hours from home on Rt 6. Long story short, I ended up in Jerry's with a shredded tire and Pam called around (at least 4 or 5 places?) until she found me a replacement that I could have THAT DAY at my very modest budget. They then swapped that tire onto that old rim, and were kind enough to load it into the car for my very pregnant wife - again, within my modest budget. The entire staff seemed genuinely happy to be able to help, and the whole time they were doing me favor after favor. I've always favored Jerry's, but still shopped around... I dare say that today, they won a customer for life.
