Basic oil change. Drop my cap. Has been 1.5 hrs. And still waiting. Have taken bottom cowl, radiator cowl, bottom skid plate and are removing the bumper now. Very upset. I did not want my car taken apart for an oil change

Super quick, easy and reliable. My first time experience at Valvoline and it was great. Probably 15 mins in and out of the door. I didn t even had to step out of the car. Like it says, it was a drive thru oil change. Great guys working there.

Never a bad experience, always suggest but never pressure you if you say no.Wish they would have a camera down below so you can watch the mechanic doing the filter change. Otherwise good service, always look for discounts.

Omgoooosh I love their drive thru service oooooh man I was in aw this morning when they said I didn t have to get out the car they do everything while you sit in it. Service was fast and friendly too, I definitely recommend them!

I ve been going here for years when I need an oil change but don t feel like going through the trouble of making an appointment with my mechanic. It s always really quick, I ve never been in their garage for more than 20 minutes. The staff are all friendly and professional and they know what they re doing. They do try to upsell you, which is common for places like this, but if you say no they don t push it any further. There are always coupons available on their website so take advantage of them.

Calab was informative and helpful. Gave me great tips for my car and made me feel secure in their service. I got a full synthetic oil change, engine air filter and radiator replaced all under $300. Ask for Calab if you come to this location in Trexlertown.

I will be taking my vehicles to the dealership from now on. At least I know they will cover any damages. Also anyone out there make sure to bring your vehicle back the next day to have lug nuts retorqued.

Polite and to the point. Showed proof of change or air filter and oil change. They reset the dash board as well. I was very satisfied.

Always very organized. Efficient. Line(if any) moves quickly.Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.They do minimal upselling which I know everyone hates.. you go in for an oil change and they re trying to sell you a transmission flush.. this location doesn t really do that and when they offer and up sell service it s not a hard push so when you say not this time they move on very quickly. Always use. Always recommend.. and you can usually find an $8-$15 off coupon with a couple minutes on the google machine.

The team here is always polite and professional. They get you serviced in a reasonable amount of time. I wasn't happy paying $50 bucks for a cabin filter that is $25 bucks at an auto parts store. I get it they have to install it, but that was 5 minutes of their time. I continue to use them because I just don't have the time to change the oil myself any more.

I like the service quite a bit. It's fast and you don't even have to get out of your vehicle, BUT.....The price is getting out of control. I usually get a Groupon, but forgot this time and the oil change was $140!! I do have a pickup quick reqires full synthetic and takes 6 qts of oil so I pay extra for the synthetic and the extra qt. of oil. If I used the $73 groupon, with my extra charges and tax it still would been about $90.I think the Groupon for an oil change using up to 5qts of synthetic blend oil is about $55, so that's not too bad deal if you can use it.

This is a crew that seems to work very well together! No high pressure to have add-ons just informative and made sure that everything was good to go on my car before I left. The oil change was very quick, and the staff was very friendly, and great to work with! I m sure I will be returning again.

Brought my man s newly bought car here for a full synthetic oil change yesterday. We had the pleasure of getting Tainia (I believe that s how you spell it) as our tech. It was a bit pricey but that s expected with the convenience considering taking it to your dealership nearly takes 2+ hours. She was very thorough, letting us know what was due coming up in the future months but not trying to sell us anything we didn t need. We needed a coolant top off but we didn t get it done there because we had coolant in the car so we did it ourselves. She was definitely a great person and seemed to love her job, and we even all got to joke a little bit! The only issue is a couple hours after getting my the oil changed, when pressing the gas there was a cranking sound when starting off. Not sure if something wasn t out back in correctly or not, but it wasn t a problem before we went. Luckily we have an appointment to see our mechanic next week so we will see what it could be. Overall the service was fantastic and they let us know everything with the car looked amazing my other than being due for transmission fluid soon, and power steering soon. We ve come her with our previous cars and will continue coming here. Although it s pricier than most places, you have to remember times is money, so waiting 2-4 hours in a dealership is taking away from your time. Definitely worth it, and everything is done in front of you.Service: Oil change

As a woman coming in, it can be intimidating. They kept me informed of what they were doing, what they thought i needed. I asked them to check the strength of my battery because i had already decided it should be replaced. They changed the battery and had me out of there in a timely manner. The main fellow who took care of me was polite and thorough. I will be back for sure.

Good experience, however, their stickers are only printed at a 3,000 mile frequency. For those of us who get synthetic, it's 5,000 miles. I went early because my husband took it the time before me and he wasn't aware of the sticker issue. So pay attention to your stickers and mark them yourself if you get synthetic oil.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Do not get your oil changed here. First time I went it was fine. Second time I went they claimed my hood latch was broken, and started bending it around to get it fixed claiming it s rusted and needs to be replaced . Now I m trying to change my oil and the bolt is way over torqued. Called and he claimed that s impossible because they can t use wrenches on them and they are all torqued to spec. A torq to spec oil drain bolt would easily come off with a socket, let alone a Milwaukee gun. He said oh I can send someone over to crack it off for you. So what happens when they snap my oil drain plug? Are they going to then pay for the tow and repairs? Absolute joke.

They cracked my oil pan through their negligence. Tried to blame it on rust. My mechanic confirmed it was due to their negligence. They denied my claim. These guy's were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful with any questions I had. I highly recommend anyone needing a quick oil change should definitely come here. PRO TIP, if you call in ahead of time, they might give you a coupon for $10 off via text that you can use when you get there. Any bit helps. They did it for me.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I am so very sorry I went here. I was ripped off on pricing for a cabin air filter. Was charged $54.99 for a $14.99 filter. I was told full synthetic oil is a 5,000 mile oil but the window sticker has 3,000 miles. $100.00 for oil change for a 3,000 mile oil is way too high. Now, I don t trust their oil either.Trust me, stay away unless you also want to get ripped off.All they would offer is a discount off the next oil change. After verifying via phone that the parts and experienced technicians required for my $119.99 serpentine belt replacement on my 2012 Mazda 5 Sport Minivan were available at this location I went in and purchased that service as well as a pricey full synthetic oil/filter change. I could have saved quite a bit by choosing a local garage outfit but was in a hurry so I went with what was advertised as the more expedient Valvoline option. There was a wait in line of about 45 minutes and then there was over an hour and a half of the inexperienced technicians fiddling with my required service. I could have saved money and perhaps even time if I had not taken my vehicle to this unprofessional business. Would not recommend for anything beyond an expensive oil change that MAY be quick if there isn't a long line. The tech accepted that it took longer than expected and upgraded my provided $10 coupon to a $15 coupon for my inconvenience, at least.

This place is amazing!!! Me and my husband had a flat tire right near the Applebees and we decided to just randomly ask if they could help and all the workers were so willing to help even though they were about to leave for the day! The next day we went there Due to poor service at Mavis tires and Ian (who is awesome) patched our tire and even put it back on! We were so amazed and appreciated it so much because he truly went out of his way to do something that was out of the scope of what their normal job expectations are and went above and beyond and gained two new valvoline customers in the process! Amazing workers! Amazing service!
