When i went in to have my caliper looked at the manager marie was more than willing to have it looked and did an amazing job they located the issue and had it done right, definitely recommend going here. They are amazing people there and very respectful and kind. 10/10 will be returning with some more work for them in my vehicle.

Went in last week in the evening after getting a nail in my tire. I waited maybe 15 minutes and they were done with my car. Marie was very kind and welcoming and made the overall experience pleasurable. I will definitely be back for any other issues that may arise with my vehicle.

The employees at the Trexlertown Jack Williams Tire Center were very courteous and great to interact with. They made you feel like they were your neighbor and knew you for years. The service was on time for my appointment and was completed in an expedient manner I would highly recommend them for all of your vehicle needs. Thank you for how you treated me during my time at your store.

I had a great experience at Jack Williams again in Trexlertown, PA. I stopped in yesterday with a screw in my tire. They told me it was not fixable. I agreed. They ordered a new tire for me, made appointment today at 10am and I was back home by 10:40am. Exceptionally quick waiting time. Also,tires were purchased there in 2022 under the road hazard warranty and only paid $128 for everything today. When buying tires would definitely recommend the warranty. They have great service!!

Today I had one of best experiences with the Manager Marie and guys at Jack Williams Tire & Auto Service in Trexlertown.Let me share 6 hours of hanging with this staff, place was crazy with business coming in all day, phones ringing. Not once was there grumbling under their breath or just any kind of rude personalities. Hey the car industry is a tough business and the mechanics always get a bad rap, not here.The whole time of waiting Marie who was pretty much my go to person kept me informed took a picture of the main issues a broken axle! Hey ya ll I just came in for new tires!This crew worked together smoothly, even with other cars coming in, they just got things done.By the time my car was done I got to know everyone. Marie and all the guys were professional, yet really laid back. Which made 6 hours of waiting a good experience.Prices were great! Atmosphere phenomenal! I feel safe in my vehicle again.I highly recommend this establishment for everyone, especially for women. See Marie ladies she was great!FeliciaP.S. I ll be back

Went in with a slow leak, they told me, "We can't look at it now, it'll be at least an hour." No problem, I live nearby. They called shortly after - all completed. This is my 4th? 5th? time here for tires or tire service in 20ish years, I keep going back, they get it right for keeping a lady safe on the road.

I called and the lady was very friendly. She told me to come on in even though it was 10 minutes before closing and took care of my vehicle. Ask for Steve, he was very helpful and friendly. Great customer service!

These guys were great. I had a slow tire leak. Was in and out in 30 minutes. People were very nice, efficient, and clean. I would highly recommend this shop.

I visited yesterday with my honda crv as I hit a curb and after that all dashboards lights were showing up plus steering was not comfortable. They listen to me carefully and said fixed the problems in an hr. gave me $10 discount as well.Good friendly people and will visit again..

Perhaps they have a mix of good and bad technicians. Don t know for sure. They did not pass my inspection 3 years ago and told me that the lower arm bar needs to be replaced and gave me a hefty estimate. I went to another shop and got it inspected successfully 3 years in a row with 20,000+ miles driven. I felt they perhaps use fear tactics to exaggerate a bit especially if your name sounds unconventional. I would rather go to Halye s shop for my vehicle needs any given day over this one.

I was on a long-distance trip (several hundred miles) on a Saturday and noticed at a rest stop that my tire was very low. Knowing how hard it is to find ANY auto repair on a weekend was worrisome. Finding a place close by would make it even more complicated. Finding an open shop close by that would fit me into the schedule? No way, right? WRONG..The team at Jack Williams were lightning fast, expert technicians, and as friendly as you could ever imagine..I was in and out within 40 minutes, back on the road safe and sound. They didn't try to sell a new tire or extra services I didn't need. In an industry with a sometimes-questionable reputation, Jack Williams is a bright, shining example to others..I would give them 100 stars if I could..Thanks, thanks, and thanks again!

I posted a review a couple of hours ago, saw it after it was posted but now it has disappeared. I had an 8 am appointment for oil change and inspection. I arrived a few minutes early and was informed the computer was down so it would take longer. After 45 minutes of watching all employees sitting around in the bays just talking making no attempt to do any work or update me. I made an app down the road at another Mavis shop to have the work done. I will never use this place again.

We just brought in our Tahoe as the tire pressure light kept coming on. Marie was super helpful, attentive, and fast. She was able to get it in right away and fixed. I highly recommend Jack Williams! Thank you Marie for your help today.

Everyone here has been so polite and welcoming. While waiting for my inspection, they didnt have to but they helped me get a can of soda that got stuck in the machine. Afterwards, I overheard them being extremely kind to a young father who s daughter wasn t feeling well in the waiting area. They provided a really kind personal type of customer service that made my day. Despite being really busy, the manager made it a point to treat everyone with kindness that isnt very common anymore.

Zach and Marie did a great job of troubleshooting my vehicle front supension and wheel balancing. Assured me that no issues with suspension and is safe to drive. They inspected the wheels and tires and did a complete wheel re-balancing. Car is running smooth now!

Not all heroes wear capes!! Marie is an absolute queen and saved me tush today. I woke up to a flat tire and sheer panic. I called and they had me in within minutes. Marie fixed my flat tire and then even put it back on for me and filled the donut back up. This is my second time here and both times they went above and beyond and had me in and out. If you need work done this is the place!!! Thank you guys so much!!!!!

Stopped in 30 mins before close as I had a tire that was about to blow out and I was about to drive 10 hours home from visiting family for the holidays. Marie and the gang went out of their way to replace the tire on my RS3, and I am extremely grateful for them after being turned away by the dealership and mavis. The customer service from the entire team was A+. If I m ever in this area again and need work done to my car this is where I ll be stopping first.

Came to Jack Williams short notice their staff was happy to help, I needed my lug nut broken free they came out and helped me asap in the parking lot break it free and jacked the car up and changed the tire for me! Excellent service!!! I come to Jack Williams for all my vehicle needs!

Took my 2015 Highlander in for an oil change and tire rotation. Service was completed in a timely fashion at a reasonable cost. Managers worked very hard to provide any discounts applicable. Thank you to the crew at Trexlertown Jack Williams Tire & Auto Service Center.

Had slow leak in tire and stopped here at Jack Williams in Trexlertown and the young fellow, didn't catch his name but he was extremely helpful and took my car right away and before I knew it, he came to the waiting room, gave me my keys and all done. I was in and out within 1/2 hour. My tire has been great since.Great place and I highly recommend them!!! Danny Langan

These guys are awesome! We were driving from NC home to MA on Route 78 when it felt like we were getting a flat. Pulled off the exit and a lug nut was loose. It was 5pm and I called and spoke with Marie and she said come on down. Turns out when I got an oil change and tire rotation in NC the mechanic didn't tighten the lug nuts on one of the rear tires. We were so close to loosing the tire on the highway! Marie tightened all the lug nuts (one other tire was also loose) and we were back on the road in no time. Can't say enough about how well they took care of us. Thanks so much!!!

I recently bought a pre owned vehicle and the car was riding a bit rough. A previous mechanic told me a I needed all of the control arms replaced. I took the car into Jack Williams for a second opinion and they noticed that the arms were in decent shape and that what I really needed was to address the bent rims on all 4 tires. They peeled off the bad tire and it was literally ripped and about to burst at the seem on the interior. Marie and her crew took care of the tire, checked over the car and helped to save money, and a potential accident on the road! Great service and I will be back. Thank you all!

Not sure where all of the positive reviews are coming from, because this does not track with my experience with this place at all. I took my car there for an AC repair on Sunday Sep 3, was told I would be contacted when they knew what was wrong, but didn't receive any communication or update for the rest of the day. I called the following day and was told they weren't able to get to it on Sunday because their equipment wasn't working, but that they would diagnose it that day and give me a call. Was told that the AC compressor was shot, and that it was a $1500 repair, which I agreed to, and that I would be contacted when it was ready. Didn't receive any communication for the rest of the day, so I called the following morning to ask what was going on. Was again told that they weren't able to get to it as the new part took longer than expected to arrive, but that they would have it repaired that morning. To their credit the swap and recharge only took a couple of hours after that. However, was told that after the compressor was replaced there was still a lingering electrical issue with the clutch solenoid, at which point I had them stop and return the car, as this had already taken 2 1/2 days. Later that day, a coworker and I were able to track down the issue to the relay driving the solenoid in about 30 minutes, which is a cheap and easily-replaceable part, but left me questioning why it wasn't checked first.I don't mind paying that kind of money for a necessary repair, but covering your bases with your diagnostics is a must for that type of work, and the complete lack of communication when things were going wrong and the car had to stay longer than promised leaves me very unsatisfied with this place. Won't be coming here again.

I had a slow leak on a tire. I went to Jack Williams Tire on Rt. 100 in Trexlertown, Pa. Upon entering the store I was immediately greeted by Marie. She was friendly and helpful, and she quickly assessed the damage to my tire. She explained that the tire could be repaired, and she gave me an estimate of the cost. I agreed to have the tire repaired, and Marie assigned an employee to get started right away.While I was waiting for my tire, we chatted about the weather and other things. Marie was very personable and easy to talk to. She also took the time to explain to me what they were doing to repair my tire. I appreciated her knowledge and expertise.The tire repair person finished repairing my tire in no time. I was so impressed with her service that I felt compelled to write this review. Marie is an asset to the Jack Williams organization, and I highly recommend Marie to anyone who needs tire repair or replacement.

Three years later, I've had another fantastic experience at Jack WIlliams in Trexlertown. Marie was very helpful with a tire issue for my vehicle where she gave expert guidance on my next steps. She is reason I will continue going back to this location.

This is my go to place for all my car needs. Jason is an amazing tech and Marie is very nice and easy to talk to! If you need anything done, go here. They 1000% know what they are talking about
