Kelly and Mark were great! We would highly recommend Kerola's campers. We bought a travel trailer and had no experience towing. Kelly did a great job getting back to us with answers to our questions and a fair price. She walked us through the process of buying the camper from payment through getting the title. Mark (their mechanic) walked us through the camper inside and out and explained how every feature worked to make sure we were comfortable. They both gave us great 'hints' on using the camper as they are both camper owners. They suggested we go camping the weekend we bough it and we did this. It was invaluable to do this right away so we didn't forget anything and actually did the steps for real. Also, we put together a document of everything they explained (with pictures) and a checklist so that we would remember everything to do.

This place is AMAZING!! Service is awesome and couldn't be any happier with the service Kerolas provided us. We had a couple issues with our camper and Kerolas were quick to get us in and take care of the issue. We live 135 miles away and its worth every mile for us to go to this dealership. Thank you for the awesome service!!

Traveled 4 hours twice, to do business with Kerola's. I was blown away by the expertise and friendly welcome I received. Their mechanic spent a ton of time with me, to make sure I was safe before leaving the lot. So, would I do it again? You bet ya!

I purchased an Aliner Scout from the Kerola team recently and had a good experience. Kelly worked with me and gave me a fair price, and the free rv kit was a nice surprise. Their mechanic (Mark) explained everything and made sure I was comfortable setting up the camper and connecting to my car safely. Highly recommend!!

My husband and I purchased a 2020 A-Liner Ranger 12 from Tom at Kerola's. We had a wonderful experience and Tom worked hard to get the camper to us in time to camp with our grandchildren!!!We highly recommend Kerola Campers!!!

We drove 6hrs to get our trailer. It was worth every minute we drove. The experience and friendship we experienced was worth the trip. Kelly was amazing. She was a book of knowledge on anything related to having a trailer. She went out of her way to make us feel at home with our new trailer. Thank you!

My wife and I bought an Aliner camper from them. We had a wonderful experience from our first visit (December) just to see campers all the way to our final pickup yesterday! Tom was incredibly helpful and patient with us as first-time trailer buyers. When our timeline was interrupted by pandemic closures, he was on the phone with us right away. When the manufacturer made a mistake with the furnace, Tom got it fixed prior to pickup. Friendly, helpful people through and through!

A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE !!!We had been searching for a particular travel trailer for a long time. Having decided on the Sunset Park SunLite 16bh Classic, the RV market was very low on inventory. Quite unexpectedly, Kerola s Campers Inc. in Transfer, PA popped up on my screen. We contacted the dealership and were pleased to hear that they were expecting 4 of our choice units to be delivered in the near future.Our dealer representative is Kelly and she is simply amazing ! From the very beginning, we encountered a young woman with a wealth of knowledge on everything RV. She always demonstrated courtesy, patience, friendliness and professionalism as we had endless questions about the SunLite 16bh.A camper never leaves their lot without a complete system checkup and vigorous attention to every detail of the interior and exterior of the unit! The mechanic on staff spends as much time as you require to understand the operation of the camper.We highly recommended this dealership to anyone who is searching for a dealer who, truly, has satisfying your best interests as their main priority !

Absolutely outstanding personalized customer service from a true family business. Bought a A-Liner Ranger 12 from Billy Kerola along with the help of his sister Kelly and their technician / mechanic "Super Dave". It was well worth the trip from the Buffalo NY area to Transfer Pa.after unsuccessfully shopping the bigger impersonal national camping store chains. Got unbelievable customer service and an awesome deal. The Kerolas and co. made my wife and myself very happy campers!

Very satisfied with my 2014 Scotty Sportsman that I bought from Kerolas. Not 1 problem in 2 years of use. Fine family business. I would recommend them yo anyone looking to purchase their first RV.

Nice place my wife and I were just window shopping the salesman was very friendly and we loved the retro campers I can see one in our future I highly recommend kerolas campers stop and check the out wish I would have thought to take some pictures
