At nearly age 60, this was my first truly new vehicle purchase, and what a granddaddy it was!I immediately felt comfortable with Josh Ferrario after nosing around other places. The RAM 3500 HO dually had specific requirements in the build to haul a new large fifth wheeler. Josh's product knowledge was evident as we went through all the options.Before long I was considering a Limited and he was patient with my process getting there, including color indecision time. A custom build can take 4 months, and I recieved several interesting updates. Taking delivery and even all the paperwork, was an enjoyable experience. The team aimed to please and I'm confident they will stand behind the sale.

I am an incredibly picky person. In this difficult marketing of finding used vehicles, I know being particular on what you want isn t ideal. I wanted a loaded black on black ford fusion with low mileage. Towanda Auto happen to have one just traded in. They matched my energy understanding I was short on time and wanted a fast transaction. They were so kind, quick, and unbelievably easy to work with. Tyler and Avery are a wonderful team. Thank you for getting me the exact vehicle I wanted. 11 out of 10!!

This was an excellent experience from the moment I picked up the phone. Tyler was professional and courteous. Efficient and knowledgeable. Avery in finance was helpful and on top of everything. I came 2.5 hours to buy my truck here and would do it again after spending a few minutes with all these guys here. Tim, the owner, is a pleasure to talk to and I can see why this store has a great reputation.

Nothing at all was fix on my Jeep the 2 weeks it sat there. Having to wait over one month for the appointment was ridiculous. My cooling fan that I was told would be fixed wasn't touched, recall never fixed, inspection nope not that either. The unpleasant mechanic would learn so manors and respect if my momma heard how he talked to me. Funny now Google and myself fixed that fan so simple I should tried month ago I'd not had to deal with that man then. Don't go there

Bought a car in February and I haven't had it to a mechanic shop since. They gave me 2 brand new tires (one had a flat spot when I had taken it for a test drive), n a brand new inspection n oil change. Only thing they didn't do was change the cabin air filter- they didn't think it had any. They gave me a good deal, staff was great, n I'd be ready to buy from them again.

Took our truck to a local shop after having issues with this dealership going over the whole truck. Come to find out, 3 and a half quarts of oil low after asking them to go over entire vehicle, which accounts for the sound the truck was making. I don't recommend anyone taking their vehicle here when they value their vehicle, family and safety. Seems as though time off for holiday weekends trumps quality customer care!!

Stay away! Bought a used car there, with an extended warranty. Three days after buying the car, check engine light came on. Have had the car back a total of four times. All they do is give me the run around. My last visit cost me $452.00 for repairs. I've had the car for a total of 2 and a half months. This is how they treat their customers. I bought someone else's headache. I will say, the salesman I dealt with was very pleasant. I know it's not his fault I got the shaft. Shame on your service dept. for treating its customers the way they do. By the way, I was a loyal customer, this is my third car I have bought there over the years. They have lost me, I will go somewhere else.

Unfortunately, what I thought was a great buying experience has turned into a terrifically horrible experience. My brand new, 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk left the dealership without being inspected. It was determined (after eventually going to a different dealership for repairs) the the brake line was destroyed and attempted to be repaired. This was after being at Towanda Auto for 35 days for repairs. Also, Towanda Auto never sent in the transfer for my plates, meaning I was pulled over and considered to not have a registration on my vehicle. They cannot be trusted, on the sales or service side.

Dropped truck off for work. Refused to do work gave me a different list of a high price. Broke the truck while in their care. Refused to fix. Service department will not cover their own mistakes. Will have to sue!Responding back to your rhetoric. You took my vehicle in broke it while doing a routine inspection, refused to do the work asked and tried overcharging on tires, wipers, and a manifold leak. The service manager got into trouble over trying to hand it back broken over an inspection. Than refused to fix their own mistake. I can provide pictures an a video if you would like. Thanks. Very poor service. Very poor attitude. Refusal to fix what they broke. Point blank.
