Thank you to Tyler for helping me make the trade and buying process so easy this week. He had my paperwork filled out, credit app done over the phone and had it approved before I got there and called my insurance company to make the switch as soon as I arrived. Great experience! Josh made it so easy to order a custom rubicon-from the ordering process to signing the paperwork. He kept me up to date on the progress of the jeep manufacture and took the time to show me all the new features of this rubicon and even helped me sync everything to my phone. He helped me get a great deal and awesome trade value. He even helped me switch my car seat from my old jeep to my new one! I highly recommend Josh and Towanda Auto!

Josh Ferrario was our salesman. We walked in one day to see if he would order us a new Jeep and he said sure, no problem. We made a deal we could live with without the games. The Jeep took longer than expected although no fault of the dealership. Josh kept us in the loop as best he could. When the Jeep showed up he had it ready for pickup within 24 hours. If you want to order a new Jeep, I recommend talking to Josh.

Coming from over an hour away I knew exactly what vehicle I was going to see and I was hoping it would go as well as it did. When I got there I was immediately greeted and set up with Tyler. Between him and Bobby I couldn t be any happier with the overall process. Tyler is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and Bobby was able to finalize everything and get me in my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee for almost exactly what I wanted to spend. I m glad I made the trip and was able to leave as content as I am.

So I started my journey for a new vehicle, which as you know can be painful, and yes this is how it started. As they say third time is a charm, and I held on to that thought. A week ago, my husband, children, our dog and I were traveling across the state to visit family, all crammed into my Chevy Equinox. As we were passing through Wysox, I made a quick decision to stop by Ferrario to try to upgrade. When I walked in, I met Tyler Hoffman who was welcoming, friendly and ready to meet the needs of our growing family. Tyler, as well as the rest of the staff, made us completely comfortable and they worked diligently to make our upgrade a reality. Not long after walking in, we walked out with the keys to our new Chevy Traverse. Thank you to the Ferrario team! We love our new ride! Oh, and they LOVE pets!

Car buying is my least favorite thing to do but Josh Ferrario and Towanda Chevrolet made it as painless as possible. Josh kept my husband and I up to date with any vehicles that came in that checked our boxes. When the right one came along they offered a fair trade and we were in and out in no time. This will have been our third purchase over a number of years and I don't have any complaints yet.
