Erin is extremely knowledgeable and pleasure to deal with. She is extremely honest about the product and wants to make sure you buy a vehicle you are happy with. She has gone out of her way to make both of our vehicle purchases a wonderful experience.The show room is very clean. Everyone in the sales and service department has been so accommodating and very friendly.

Erin was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the ATVs and accessories she sells. Her responsiveness to my questions & requests was impressive, and she worked with great efficiency in putting our deal together. She even made special off-hours arrangements for us to take delivery of our new Can Am! Even as first-time ATV buyers, we never felt pressured or swayed to look at anything we didn't want. After trying to work with dealers closer to my house for a quad for my son, sent a request to SG through their website. Almost immediately I received a call from Erin who talked through what they had and what to expect with my trades. After working out some logistics, we loaded up and made the trip. Working with Erin and Chris, we were in and out with no issues and are happy with our experience.We drove over 90 minutes to get to the dealership which may seem excessive. But locally, I could not get people to call me back, respond to emails, etc. Why would I give these people my money when they have the ability to just turn away customers? With all else being equal, it comes down to that customer service, and Erin was the best.I will make this same trip next time and every time I have power sports needs.Thanks all!!

Erin and Brandon Groves ,owners of this business, are great people to work with for any type of business dealings. They live locally and also support all the local fundraisers, etc. You should have no hesitation doing business with them.

Just recently purchased a new ATV from Sherwood Groves. I do not believe it is possible for a transaction to be any easier. Sent a request for some information at night via email and received a call the very next morning. All of my questions were answered. What a fantastic experience.

Love how they take you right under their wing!I was looking all over for a atv for my son s birthday, I made a call to Sherwood Groves Powersports and Erin helped me get exactly what I was looking for, held it for us, I took the 2hr drive with kids and it was so worth it!This 2020 raptor made my son have a huge smile for his birthday!!I would always do my business with Sherwood Groves Powersports!

DO NOT BUY FROM!!!! I Am A Verry Polite Young Country Boy. I Called Politely Asking About Prices & Trade In s. Sales Woman Erin (Owner) Instead Of Telling Me They Did Not Have What I Was Looking For, Was Screaming At The Top Of Her Lungs About Other Higher Priced Models, & How My Kymco TradeIn Was Not Going To Be Accepted By Any Other Dealer Nearby. Bull!!! Theirs Other Yamaha Places That Will Accept Them In A 50 Mile Radius & Especially The Kymco Dealer Down The Street. Erin Gave Me A Deaf Right Ear & No Breathing Room To Talk/Ask Questions. WORST PHONE CONVERSATION EVER!!!!!! SNOTTY RUDE SERVICE!!!!!!!! UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They should look up the meaning of service, after buying 2 side by sides, a snowmobile and a car and having a car in for service they don't have a pick up service for a utv, unbelievable. I have to go to a full service dealership in Elmira NY
