Such down to earth people, really really enjoy there attitudes. Came in for a tire repair took about an hour but I did come in last minute. Really appreciate there efforts in helping me! Also OPEN on a SUNDAY, say less!! Especially when the most inconvenient things happen at the most inconvenient times! Thank you so much!! I appreciate your business! Most definitely recommend!

Both experiences here have been worth more than 5 stars. The employees are kind and knowledgeable and both times were able to get us in quickly, even when we came close to closing time. Very reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

Dustin IS professional, kind and communicative. He is a gem of customer service in this community! He also speaks highly of his mechanic. (I don t know his name yet, but I will call him Mechanic Mavis MM for short.) Well, MM put a lot of work into my 2004 Ford Ranger so I am operating a safe and reliable vehicle. Which is important to me as a licensed driver. I bought this truck with every last penny I had left after six months of financial and housing insecurities. Then proceeded to hit a deer on the way home. Reminding me that my life is not the result of the things I may own. I honestly don t have the money to pay for all this work MM is doing. I am counting on Dustin s kindness when my credit card declines. Critical times hard to deal with are here. Be kind. Safe travels.

These guys really saved my bacon. I had an urgent business trip the next day and brought my truck in for servicing. When it came in it turned out I also needed a wheel bearing on one of my wheels. They were understanding of the urgency I had and worked with me to provide the best ricing and quickest service. I normally work on my own vehicles but when I'm not, I trust this location to provide my service. Do not hesitate to come!UPDATE: Came here again April 3rd 2024 and just wanted to say how much I appreciate their service! Extremely respectful, priced reasonably, and honest! I highly recommend to anyone.

Had a great experience today. Got some maintenance done on my car for a great price. Got a tire rotation, new brake pads, transfer case oil change and rear differential oil change all without an appointment. I can always count on them. Thank you!!!

I loved the experience!.The team was so helpful with working along side with me as a new customer . Following up with me through the progress of the work being done on my car. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a good quality place to go . Got an oil change, service was amazing. Staff was friendly and talkative. Knowledgeable and at an amazing price for the way the world is right now.. I would come back. This is probably my first review I usually don't do reviews so I felt the need to. Free rotation with the oil change as well

Great experience here they were able to remove lug nuts that required a key. Thought I d never be able to get these off. Guys here were able to solve my issue and were very informative through the whole service on my vehicle, Thanks

We ve brought both of our cars to this location for several different services. They are always honest about the wait time and upfront about the cost. They checked my tires for free when my car was saying we had low pressure. Highly recommend!

If I could give this place 6 stars, I would. After having to put a spare on my truck in the pouring rain on Thanksgiving eve. With being from out of state I didn t know where to go so i came right to Jack Williams and they took care of me right away and offered the gesture of taking care of the bill for me too. All of their staff was extremely friendly and more than helpful. Thanks again and I highly suggest supporting their business!

Bought tires and had them changed and balanced. And they even replaced a couple bulbs for me for free. Very friendly and the wait time was minim thanks good job guysal.

The people at this location have been great to deal with for tires. I have unfortunately had to work through 2 flat tires in the last 2 months. They provided great service both times and were helpful in replacing the tire quickly and for a great price. I would definitely return here again.

5 star sure took care of me on a moments notice when I stopped in with a flat tire checked it out and fixed it up fast with no issue or problems even rehung my spare. They were nothing but polite and professional.

100+ stars!!! Jason is the best mechanic I think I've ever met. I'm a person who usually gets taken advantage of and swindled out of all my money whenever getting work done on my vehicle, but not here, Jason gave me over $150 worth of work for free out of the kindness of his heart. Definitely the cheapest prices around lol. Love my new tire, and with the alignment, my car is running smoother than ever!. The lovely gentlemen at Jack Williams Tire put my faith back in mechanics and humanity quite a bit today. Good men doing great work 1000 thank yous!!!

Great first time experience at this buisness did a service on my 2022 gmc Front desk was polite and informative. Mechanics were efficent and did the service in timely matter.Also the price was very fair for quality work. Ended up taking my GMC sierra 1500 back for a service again.Dustin at the service desk, He was very polite and helpful and the service was fast and efficient would recommend highly.

Great customer service! Quick service even thought they were short staffed! Recommend them! Called the morning of and got in the same day to have 4 tires put on.
