I would not recommend anyone buying a car off Rick green we bought one from him recently kept calling him for a registration here it had been laying on his desk for 2 months and he never bothered to call us send it in the mail or anything after numerous calls we finally got it from him we had another family member that bought a very nice Ford explorer from him for my daughter-in-law and my two grandsons come to find out when they inspected the vehicle the wheel studs have been over torque to 240 lb just the lug nuts started breaking off and the tire almost fell off going down the road with my grandsons in the car seems to me that they are very negligent there and I would not recommend anyone to buy a vehicle from them

As a single woman it's hard to know what car decisions are right for me. Rick really did a great job finding the right car for me and my children. He is a very trustworthy professional car salesman, who truly spends time to make your experience great from start to finish. This is, car sales as it should be done! We are so happy with our car! I highly recommend Green's Auto Mart Inc for your next vehicle. Tim and the others at Green's went above and beyond in finding me a good vehicle that I can afford and is in great shape! I can't see myself ever going anywhere else after my experience with them. I promise you won't be disappointed with the service you will receive! If I could give 10 stars I would.

Hands down Rick and his team at Green's Auto Mart are the best. Rick goes above and beyond. He was able to get me into a vehicle that I could have only have dreamed of. No matter what your situation is Rick and his team will defiantly help you out. Absolutely FABULOUS treatment, very knowledgeable and professional.

I bought the 2004 Sport Trac that is currently for sale on their lot on 7/22/2017. I had this truck for 10 hours and drove less than 100 miles with it before it broke down on the side of the highway in Corning NY. I definitely would not recommend this dealer to anyone. Upon breaking down on the highway I text my salesman (who had been communicating with me for days via text) and he refused to answer text messages or phone calls from me. So I was forced to leave the truck over night in Corning and make arrangements on my own for it to be towed back to Green's lot the next day. Had I not had AAA I would have had to foot the bill to get it back to the lot. Honestly save yourself the hassle and don't shop here for a vehicle, you're setting yourself up to be scammed.

Tim sold me a 2003 Buick park ave I didn t have it more than 2 days when it broke down I must have brought it back to him 10 times and he told me what do you expect to get for $4000. I m am on a fixed income he knew that he told me the car passed inspection 2 times mind u there was a nest side the air filter so he he cleaned it out then the mechanic use throttle body cleaner on the throttle without taking the sensors off and broke my mass air flow sensor . Broke down again the car needed a crank shaft senor from the day I bought it and he replaced everything but that cause it was $125.00 job. Then the gas petal started to stick so they cleaned the throttle body . It was covered in carbon the mechanic didn t know what he was doing well because of my income situation he was well aware of the I drove the car which by the way excellerarated by itself with me touching the gas he told me he sent it out to have a vacuum leak smoke test which was a lie. I took it to another mechanic and there was 11 codes on the ecu he must have turned them all off and reset the computer. Because I couldn t afford to fix the crankshaft sensor I was wasn t able to drive more then a few miles before the car would just shut off. Every time the car broke down it was wearing on the manifold and head gaskets after I finally fixed the crankshaft sensor it was too late anyone that know about car repairs know it s a 500 dollar job the car was broke down in the year and a half ihad it finally the head gasket went that s a 1500 job. Well my car wasn t drivable so now I have bad credit because I refused to pay for a car that I couldn t drive. Everyone in that office treated me like I was a nuisance now I have e no car and bad credit . Please I beg u do not spend your money at this place. Shame on Tim and his workers especially the secretary who acted like I was the problem.P.s. I m not the only one that bought junk from that place now I m a disabled women with 2 kids in school I have no car for my Dr. appointments and I can t get another car because my credit is ruined. I will report u all to the better business bureau you place should be shut down for the way u all handled my situation. As to your response looks like all the same people that were there when my car was bought and no the loan wasn t in my name but I paid for that loan with my money and the reason u didn t hear from me again is because u insisted there was nothing wrong with the car I put less than1000 on that car in over a year and a half because it was broken down all the time. Tim your a liar your still under the same management .i will tell everyone I know not to buy from you and I know quite a lot lot of people and thanks to Facebook and other social media sites I will share this message and the bs response.

People are not very good with customers for starters. Second I go in to look at a jeep to beat on with my new truck sitting in the parking lot and they wanna run credit because it's a standard? What a joke and then he asks about my truck like I'm going to give it up for a pile. Drugs was a issue with this place to rumor has it. Don't bother wasting your time. Go anywhere do yourself a favor

Stopped to look at vehicles numerous times and not one person came out to answer any questions the three times I walked around the car lot. Besides that I used their website to send an email to ask about a truck I was interested in and I got no response. I've been waiting for a month and a half and have not heard anything back!

I have bought two vehicles off of them. I have had no issues with either of them the issues I had with my truck Tim fixed will buy another vehicle off from him in the future he went out of his way to get me a loan for my vehicles

Do not go here they are over priced. Was going to look at a car they just got in, it had a little spot were it rusted through. they said they would fix it and all they did was put duct tape over it

Wow I got a car they are self centered it's all about them Tim refused to repair my vehicle unless I paid him only had it for a week my muffler rattled so bad its annoying but u have to pay more I just paid 10thousand for the car u was thinking about going back in the future but probably not now
