Our battery was dying and since it was Sunday the options were limited. It was freezing. We managed to get our car to the store. They were friendly and professional. They were helpful and installed the new battery for us. We were on our way within 20 mins. Will use them again!

Needed a new battery for my truck. They had it in stock and provided the tools to swap out the old battery and install the new one. Within 30 minutes I was on the road again.

Great help, they scanned my truck, because the check engine light was on. Printed out a diagnostic sheet that told me what all the codes where. (Which I already knew) just wanted to see if all the other things I fixed were still on there. But very polite and friendly

Always helpful. I've been in 3 times within a 2 week period and I've had exceptional help. I had no idea what brakes to get for the truck but I was helped right away and wasn't pushed into buying the most expensive ones. They showed me the prices and the ones they preferred, that is TRUE customer service. I'll always come to this store from now on and defiantly recommend to others.

OMG!!! Shane C. is so knowledgeable, helpful and knows about cars and parts. He was so patient helping me understand the Life Time Warranty on the Brakes I purchased. Keep up the Great Job You definitely have People Skills.

The Service could be better. There is no need to be so Rude when someone ask for assistance, the wait time is ridiculous depending on who you are. I've been ordering online do to this problem. Needs Work. Seth Willis is an OUTSTANDING employee. Thanks for all your help.

Matt is awesome! He asked if he could help us ~~ and help he did!! He is brilliant; very knowledgeable about overall mechanics of vehicles. He knew exactly what was wrong with our 2001 Pontiac Grand Prix GT Quickly got parts needed and stated the pays we will need in future. Thanks Matt! !

I needed a battery for my van and when asked about the differences in the batteries got a very short response it was because of the warrenty. I was charged a core fee even though I asked if they could help replace the battery so I could just leave the old core battery. Yes I asked politely and the employees response was we are busy and short handed. Humm there were 3 men and 2 women working and the store was not packed. Not only did I not get help to change my battery that really needed changed not one person would help me carry this heavy battery to my van. The customer service was aweful and I felt like I as an older woman didnt matter to the staff. I personally will find a nicer auto store to spend money at next time.

Great service, have been dealing with this store for years, never have had an issue. The manager is super friendly and very helpful. Changed our battery and checked the alternator, did a great job.

This is a good place to get parts and all the other stuff you need for your automobile. The staff at this one in Wysox's are pretty knowledgeable and helpful. You can do better than their price but good luck on getting the right part. In my experience this place give you the right part everytime.

Don t know what has happened with this store but the employees working there currently are very disrespectful, have little to no knowledge with vehicles and just don t have any customer service skills. I used to pick autozone over any other parts store but with their current employees I ll order my parts online and go without a vehicle until they come in the mail rather than buy anything from that store. If I could give negative stars I would. The place needs to fire all the current employees and rehire some people who actually want to work there.
