We were from out of town and discovered we had a screw in our tire causing low pressure. We called and they said, Come on down! They fixed the leak in about five minutes! Amazed at how quickly and willingly they accommodated us, and truly fixed the leak for good. Tire gave us no extra problems all the way home to Arkansas. Fantastic customer service! Very fair price!

Came in today for a failure of some type, my work truck wouldn't start. Had it towed to Bills. They quickly addressed the issue and found the starter was bad. Replaced it the same day and I was back on the road. Reliable, quick and honest work from these guys is why I'll use them again in the future.

I had my truck tuned out of bills service center. The technician frank was a huge help throughout the entire process. We had multiple failures of my own doing on the dyno and frank very quickly had a fix ready to go. Called to see if I could bring my truck in because my oil pump is starting to fail and I was immediately turned down because it's too much work? If you look under their services section it says they pretty much cover everything having to do with automotive repair.. Apparently they don't do as much as they claim though. Guess they just make their money off of people who don't know how to do an oil or brake change, but when it comes to being an actual mechanic? nope, too much work. Didn't realize that doing your job was too much work.

We use Bill's for oil changes, tires, inspections, and anything automotive we need. They are friendly and get the job done in a timely manner...all for low prices!!! Bills is the best!!

All of the employees are very professional and kind. Bill's Service Center is really affordable, meaning they do NOT over charge. They are thorough and have a sharp eye in making repairs. These guys know what they are talking about, and can easily explain what the issues are with your car. The turnaround time with repairs is excellent. The customer service is excellent. I will continue to trust Bill's Service Center for all repairs and regular maintenance on my cars and SUV's. This is one happy customer.

These guys are the best! They didn't give up on finding the root of a problem we were having with our beloved old car, charge fairly, and are nice as well. They have our devotion and high recommendation!
