I always come to Rich to do any maintenance check ups for my Hona Accord. Recently did my brakes and rotors as well as painted the calipers red with some very high end caliper paint ! The service is always top notch. His shop may not look that great but don't judge a book by its cover.

Okay the shop may look like crap on the outside but there's no reason to say "there's something shady about that place" if you've never got body work done there. Yes I get it, it looks like a junkyard but it's not fair to the owner that does quality work on many people's cars. I had many jobs done by him and they came out incredible. You can't judge a book by its cover. Unfortunately though the shop will be closing down soon. The owner had been doing body work for over 25 years and is a monster ! He use to own a beautiful shop on 611 but it burned down. He doesn't do shady stuff there, if anyone is shady it's the people that go there and try to rip him off or don't pay for their repairs. There was one guy who literally broke into the trailers, took his keys, and stole his car out of there because the repairs were done, then the guy crashes his car the same night. Like I said If anyone is shady it's the people.

This place is a diamond in the rough. From the outside it looks like a hurricane dropped random stuff all over the property from on high and the mud driveway may seem suspect, but I tell you, if you're looking for quality service at the right price go no farther. This father and son team knows cars and can more or less fix anything. And they will always quote you a reasonable price because they are a family business and not a corporation beholden to shareholders. So, if supporting good people and quality family businesses is something you look for, look no farther for quality car repair work than Pocono Performance Auto.

A Family owned business. They also have Towing services. I was there on Labour day when my cars brakes failed. Thankfully this was open. I had to wait for an hour or so to get my car towed. But later these guys started workin on it and I was back on road within next hour. Thank you for your wonderful service!Service: BrakesService: Brakes

I cannot express enough thanks for the absolutely perfect job that was done on my Toyota. Even with the 3 northeasters we had that crippled the Pocono's for weeks, Rich handled the job in record time. he worked perfectly with my insurance company and my entire family agree's that the car looks better than we bought it. Can t even say if they do good work or not because I didn t have a chance for them to fix my vehicle. Went there and the owner was on the phone for the first 15-20 minutes without even inviting me and my 72 yr old friend inside the office. I stood outside in the cold while snow was on the ground and the owner sat inside his vehicle on the phone. Terrible service and I will not be recommending the place to anyone.

My car was wrecked and Pocono Performance Autobody did a WONDERFUL job, my car looks BRAND NEW. By far the best Autobody Shop in the Pocono Mountains
