Chris and family have always covered all of my needs. As a 22 year old, not a whole lot of businesses take you seriously, this place breaks that barrier. I'm always met with respect and an actual care about how I'm doing. Needless to say I will be a customer for years to come. I'm sure trailer #3 will be in the works for next year as I grow my fleet!

I called to get pricing, ended up buying same day. These nice folks stayed open late just to cut me an AMAZING deal on a wonderful trailer! They let me store it there overnight until I could pick it up and they even supplied the License Plate and Trailer Hitch/Ball! Great people and they are FULL SERVICE! I will definitely be back! Their prices on Trailers and Towing Supplies beats anyone's in the area and online! Huge selection as well! I can't say enough how happy I am with my experience here. I highly recommend them. Worth driving a few miles to get a great deal from such good people. Warranties offered are also extremely reasonable.

Had my plow truck in for service , wow what a mistake. They didn t know how to fix it then charged me 140.00 for nothing. Turns out it had a loose wire ???? They told us it was the wrong plow, would never work , hmmm works fine now, the guy there definitely don t know much about plows etc, sure miss Tom, super nice guy!!

I had Tom's Auto do some work on my used RV and I was very pleased with them. Very professional and was reasonably priced. I have found out that most RV places won't even look at used ones they seem to be only interested if you want to buy a new one, so it was nice to find a place that would at least look at it and do the repairs needed. Dana, in the office, was very nice and polite and explained everything very well. Thank you Tom's Auto!

I know exactly where you are located. I was there for the trailer hitch. I drive by all the time but will never do business with your company again.I bought a trailer hitch for a Ford explorer and I asked if it mounted on like the factory ones and they told me yes. When they put it on it hung down under the bumper not behind the plastic piece like the factory one. Then they wanted me to pay a restocking fee when they told me the wrong thing. I will never buy anything there again. .

Purchased my new Western snow plow from Tom's a few months ago. Very pleased with the information that I was given prior to the sale and extremely pleased with the service and installation of plow. Thank you for a job well done. I will be back when I need something else!

Tried to charge 200$ more than another garage in the same town. They told me my dimmer switch was bad and needed a new radiator. Both were fine. I'm a young women so I suspect they thought they could get away with scamming me.

Thanks Chris,Roger and the ladies at Tom's. We had our Motorhome down there for repairs and received excellent service! They all are very professional there and will help anyway they can. My Mother in law bought her 5 wheel ther and Chris delivered it. Thanks again would not hesitate to do business we you again!

My truck was picking up a load in Titusville and my driver was not sure if he had enough E Track Ratchets to secure load, called Tom's auto serviceto see if they carried any,Dana explained what they had available and even emailed me pictures,it's hard to find good people willing to help like this, GREAT JOB Tom's,I would definitely do business here
