This was the first time having my vehicle serviced at the Titusville Ford. I have been going to a different Ford Garage where I have purchased several vehicles over the years. The Service Department was very knowledgeable and friendly in Titusville as well. I will surely continue to go there for service and will purchase my next Ford from there!

We had a Stress crack in the first radius of the left rear wheel on a back side of the wheel in Tennessee pulling our 38 foot fifthwheel On a 2021 F350 . I took the wheel to them when we arrived in town , and two days later .. new wheel under warranty mounded and installed . Awesome service thank you Jason

Just bought a ford escape for my mom and family. Jason couldn t have been more helpful, polite, and quick! I went to several other dealerships before Titusville Ford - Acrivelli, 4ycc, auto divide, and they barely got out of their seats to help us. The general manager Jason, although he was much busier than the others still took the time to explain everything and help me through this process. Thank you Titusville Ford!!!

quality vehicle inspections. Not a " lick em stick" operation. Everything was checked including frame integrity. Caught something with the rear that the last inspection mechanic missed. Navy Run won't be getting any more vehicles from me.

Had a great experience with Titusville Ford. Ordered my truck and received delivery. Love the truck and Titusville worked with us to ensure we were aware of the transaction through out the whole process.

Went today for a small mechanical issue and while there I decided on an oil change too. I made the so called appointment a few days prior and was told to drop it off Monday and I inquired about a time, but was told to just drop it off. So I get there just a few minutes after 8AM opening time and explained the issue about my car and would like an oil change and they agreed. About an hour later I went back to see if my car had been taken in, they weren't busy but no it hadn't been in the garage. While there a person was talking about service needed and from the conversation she didn't have an appointment. She was going to schedule service later in the week, but suddenly the worker said we can take it in now. So yes her car went in before mine with no appointment along with her arriving after me which I didn't like. I should have said something right there, but instead I went home and waited for a call that my service work was completed. I didn't think this was right and the next time I'll ask for a definite appointment time instead of a drop-off where this place can pick and choose their time to work. The work was fine and they have a very nice facility.

Got a used van. They said they were going to inspect it and make sure it was good to go. Well, they put a sticker on it and I later found one front caliper stuck and one rear caliper stuck. The mechanic supposedly checked all 4 wheels, I don't believe so. Not happy they lied and we had to repair the brakes ourselves.

Titusville Ford offered me quick service and had appointments available when I could confidently leave my vehicle. Moreover, they kept me informed about what service had to be done and how much it would cost.

Had transmission oil change performed and it cost $429! And they told me they did everything possible to keep price down! Wont be back for service or new car purchases.
