ITU provides exceptional service to Precision Profiles. Our driver, Scott Williams, and all of the other employees are extremely helpful and friendly. Any requests are typically processed same day! Highly recommend!

We have ITU provide entryway and high traffic area mats for our CPA office. Travis Titus and all representatives have always professional and very polite. The service is excellent. We recently built on an addition, and they did a walk through with me to suggest sizes and types of mats that would fit our needs best. I also like that they are willing to change our order up to accommodate the seasons. Thank you!

We (Jones Chevrolet Buick GMC) use there clothing service and can not complain about anything. There pricing is great, there service is great, even our service rep Dave is great.One year later and I can honestly say I am even happier with the service I receive from ITU. Same rep handles our account as did last year making things so much easier than the competitors that change reps every month.

I dealt with ITU for five years, before moving to another company. I can't say enough about the outstanding service and professionalism that they brought on board. If a special item was needed, I had it within a few days. They never overloaded the first-aid boxes and the prices were very reasonable. Our delivery guy was Gary and he was great!

He is friendly, efficient, helpful, has a great attitude and always inquires if our needs are being met and if there is anything else they can do for us. We love working with ITU AbsorbTech!

I have been working with ITU for well over 5 years now and the service has been worry free all while reducing my facilities landfill waste of oily materials. The reusable absorbents are great product that keep the facility cleaner while being environmentally friendly. Thank you to Jeff Miller and his team for their incredible customer service!

The service we receive is great. Jessin Greenfield was helpful and friendly and Cherokee Ruth has filled his shoes easily. She is always upbeat and friendly. Having the ITU AbsorbTech Team (Cherokee & Gary) service our facility makes my job easier by saving me time - it is a huge help.

We have used absorbtech for years at our company. Mark is always very pleasant and does a great job keeping our cleaning supplies stocked and cleans our rugs. He wears a mask, follows covid safety requirements, and is always on time!When I have an issue I contact Matt and he makes sure it is resolved timely, though in 3 years we have had one minor issue, and it was taken care of without hesitation. Would highly recommend.

Travis Titus is doing a great job under the supervision of Rick Brown. Travis is always very friendly and asks me periodically if we are happy with his service and if there are other needs we may require. We have been using ITU Absorb Tech for many years here at Warren Midtown Motors and have had Dave as our service guy for many of those years. We have had multiple opportunities over the years to change companies but, ALWAYS, ITU far exceeds our expectations. They are GREAT!!
