In December my daughter was driving our car and a semi took out the passenger side. The damage was pretty intense. Thanks to Josh and his team in the body shop our car looks brand new. The work that they did was perfect. Highly, highly recommended this body shop for any body work you may need done.

Donnie was very helpful in finding the vehicle we were looking for. Worked with other dealerships to make the sale happen. He kept us updated with phone calls during the process. He even sent a picture when the Truck arrived on the lot. The financial process was quick. We are very satisfied with our experience.

Donnie and Troy went out of their way to make sure the purchase was flawless! Donnie even came in on his scheduled vacation to see that I took delivery and everything was good to go the day I was there to take possession.

I purchased a truck from these guys and I have to say, it was the EASIEST car buying experience I have ever had. Troy was my salesperson and he was fantastic. He pointed out all the flaws with the truck etc. and was 100% transparent. I didn t feel like he was trying to take advantage of me or pressure me into a sale at all. I had a complication after leaving the dealership and he promptly handled it. It was great knowing that I was valued as a customer even after the sale was complete. I went far out of my way for the vehicle I got. Next time, I ll be going far out of my way because of the service I received. Thanks again!!

Stereotypical car salesman. I m not sure how Chuck has received the positive reviews that I read. Our experience was pretty bad. With so many options to purchase a vehicle, including online and delivered to your door, sales reps at local dealerships need to actually add some value to the process, not hinder it. If he says he will get back to you the next day, you should expect some form of contact not finally three days later. The good news is that Chuck s delay caused us to rethink the specific truck but, just as much, rethink this dealership. We ended up buying a NEW truck from a dealer that was responsive, transparent, and fair. The next review I write will be for that dealership - and it will be 5 stars. Chuck could learn a lot from THAT sales rep!

Chuck and Troy were great to work with I was in and out in a little over 3 hours with the truck that I wanted and it was a commercial deal not a private one. It was the absolute easiest process I ve ever been through buying a car. I drove 2 hours to get there because they had the vehicle I wanted. I will drive 2 hours next time I need to buy a vehicle because my experience was that good!

This review is for the service department only. Took our vehicle there because Donovan and Bauer was closest service provider on our warranty. Our warranty was ending soon, and there was a slight noise in the rear of the vehicle. They diagnosed the problem as trouble with the rear stabilizer arms. They also found an issue with the front end. My husband had called to ask if they could change the oil in addition to the repair work. They added it to the work order. When we arrived, the oil hadn't been changed, which has to be done regularly for the warranty. This was annoying, but an understandable mistake, as it was added to the order. However, after we left, we had to turn around and bring the car back because it was making a horrible scraping noise and had a wobble in the front end. Service department claimed that It was worn out rotors and break pads, a rusted guard, and possibly a bearing that had dried out when they heated things up to get parts off. They put it on the lift and bent the guard a bit, knocked off some rust. Also changed the oil, which we then paid for. We drove off, but it was making a terrible racket and shaking. This was a car that was driving fine before we took it there with only a slight and occasional noise in the rear. Frustrated, we nursed it home anyway. My husband went round and round with the service department on the phone. They finally agreed to replace the rotors and break pads for free with parts we had purchased. That's when my husband realized they had mismarked the mileage when they changed the oil, cheating us out of 1000 miles before we have to get it changed again for the warranty. They refused to correct it, saying it was "too late to change it now." Now the oil change light just came on. Apparently they didn't reset something when they changed the oil. To top it off, the vehicle is still making the original noise that we took it in for! We would not recommend this service department to anyone.

Always a great experience dealing with Troy. Really any of the staff in service or if we call with questions, etc. Everyone is always very professional and friendly. We like to do local business whenever possible, so we're glad there is a local dealer we can trust. They're very good at dealing with my inability to decide at times!

I ordered parts from the parts dept. when the parts came in i scheduled an appointment for the parts to be installed . then service dept also looked at another problem i was experiencing with the truck and fit me in to resolve the issue. the experience was great thanks jeff richards

Troy is the best. Bought a vehicle from out of state. The process was smooth, and he was always right there. We had a snag with shipping, so Troy, his wife and kids jumped in the car and drove it 600 miles the next day. You cant ask for any better than that. Great people. !!!!!

If I could rate the service department a 0 I would!!! Scheduled an appointment for a simple oil change online. Got the confirmation email everything was fine. Drove 25 miles one way for this appointment to be told it was canceled. Claimed she emailed me twice, I never had an email or even a missed call show up. Ed Burns saved the day and got my car in last minute!!

Donnie was up front and very honest right out of the gate..best buying experience I have ever encountered!!! From the initial phone call, to the signing of the papers with Rob Finance Manager and the person(s) who washed, gased and all the other stuff thats needs done when buying a vehicle!! Great people to deal with! Not just a dealership that will do anything to sell you something you do not really want. Very polite and answers all of your questions with a strait answer.We have been doing business with them for years and bought many new vehicles from for a reason! They treat you well and do not forget you after the deal is done.Will buy from them in the future!

The dealership was GM's only saving grace in this situation. I was seriously considering switching brands to include the 65 vehicle fleet that I manage. GM has really dropped the ball when it comes to customer service, fortunately they have dealers like Donovan and Bauer to bail them out!

Joe and Mike are great people. They will find you what you are looking for. I bought a jeep grand Cherokee from them. Mike found me what I was looking for. I won't go anywhere else but to them. The service department is also good when I have had to go for inspections. Try them you won't be disappointed .

Although nearly a two-hour drive from my home, Donovan and Bauer had the exact vehicle in inventory that I was hoping to buy. To get details and confirm availability, I used the after-hours chat service on a Wednesday night and received timely and helpful information. The next morning, Chuck from Donovan and Bauer called me to follow up. I told him I was interested but since I had just sold my old car to Carvana, I did not know how I could get to Titusville to complete the purchase. He texted me a few pictures of the vehicle and told me he would research delivery options. He called back a little while later with some good news one of his coworkers would deliver the car on Sunday morning while en route to the Steelers game! I picked up the car and finalized the paperwork in a grocery store parking lot. The whole process was easy, everyone I dealt with was kind and knowledgeable, and the vehicle is fantastic. I am very satisfied with the entire experience and would definitely recommend Donovan and Bauer to anyone who asks. The Steelers got trounced by the Bengals, but hey, you can t win em all!

I brought my new car in with a mystery sound. The mechanic spent a good amount of time on the problem. I was satisfied with the result. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They treat customers very well.

I was so tired of haggling prices and not getting a fair amount for my trade ins, THEN I found this place!!! I have bought around 6 trucks and suvs from this group in the last 15 years!!! Chuck Laverty is my favorite sales guy ever!!! I just bought my second Acadia with him, an AT4!!! We bought my husband another Sierra and it's an AT4! I will never buy from anyone else. As long as Chuck Laverty is there!!! He is fantastic!! Professional, fun, and a honest man.

Honorable dealership. Live 4 hours away and had some warranty issues. They paid my local dealership to take care of problem when it was not covered under warranty. Troy was great to work with.
