So we saw this wrangler on their website, instantly fell in love. We are about an hour away so I thought I d call first. I got on the phone with Joe our salesman and from the get go he was honest and fair and actually really easy going! Got all my financing done before we drove down! When we got there our Jeep was rolling out of the garage after being detailed! We test drove it and signed the paperwork! Joe was fantastic! Very personable, friendly, and knowledgeable! I will never go to another dealer again! Thanks Joe! Best car buying experience ever!

I wouldn't buy a wheelbarrow from this place. After having done YEARLY business here, for over 15 years, I would go anywhere BUT HERE. Their mechanics couldn't fix a bicycle if they had to ... and Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed?? Out the window, along with knowledgeable staff. I would give a negative star rating, if it were an option.

Bought my gladiator here a few weeks ago. What a wonderful experience in purchasing my Jeep. I highly recommend taking time to stop by and see how great your car buying experience can be. This is not my first new vehicle purchase, but it was the BEST buying experience I have ever had! Thank you Mike and team. For being considerate of my time and the best trade in value for my vehicle.

The guys at Donovan and Bauer are absolutely fantastic! We have worked with Troy for many years now and he is always very patient with us and super informative. The facilities are excellent and they always have a great selection. We definitely recommend Donovan and Bauer for new or used vehicles.

I have found my car salesperson and I will never go to anyone else. Chuck Laverty has never done me wrong. I have bought from him 4 to 6 times in the last 20 years. I will never shop around. Right now we are driving the Acadia AT4 and Sierra AT4. If I need anything of any maker, I will see what he can find for me first.

Highly recommend Donovan & Bauer! They were a pleasure to work with especially my sales rep Mike Harvey. They did not pressure me at all to make a purchase and they made the whole process very easy!
