I m very happy with the service I ve received at this Midas. Luke and his team go above and beyond! They re very fair priced, kind, do great work, and have done their best to squeeze me in on short notice. Luke recently went out of his way to re-insert my sun visor after it had popped out on one side when I had come in for some other services. Thanks for all the support Luke. You re the best of the best!

I visited this location with a friend getting work done on her car. Dylan was so informative and helped her make a good decision to keep her car running like new. I will definitely bring my car for repairs here in the future because of his honesty and the time he took to explain. Thank you.

I would highly recommend going here and making sure you get Austin! He made sure my SUV was good to go for my everyday use. The manger was also very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Definitely coming back.

Great place for service! Definitely recommend seeing Dylan, as he was very helpful and informative with what needed to be done with my sedan. He helped me find the best, yet cheapest options for parts. Absolutely will be back.

On 03/12/24 I got my oil change at Midas. The writer was Luke Mellon He got my car in right way. Plus he got me out on time Technician was Drew. He did a real good job service my car. They are the best. Thank you for everything.

Overall the experience was great and welcoming. I spoke with Dylan who was easy to talk to as well as knowledgeable. I got my vehicle in and out without any problems, so a win in my book.

I used to drive 30 minutes to my old mechanic, but after trying Midas in Thorndale I'm not sure when or if I'll make that drive again. I had a very specific need for tire dismounting & mounting; Luke and Anthony were very quick and willing to accommodate my needs at a very reasonable price. On top of that, I've since brought both of our vehicles there for inspection. They performed all of the work in a quick and timely manner, and I never felt like they were trying to sell me additional products or services. I won't hesitate to use them in the future, and neither should you!Services: Tires, Vehicle Inspection

Friendly, honest and competent! These guys are amazing at what they do. Came in for 4 new tires and immediately Mason discovered a broken left strut. I had been complaining to the dealer every time I went in for service that the front end was making a clunking noise every time I turned and for two years they could not figure out what was it was! I'm done with the dealer and Midas has my business from now on! Thanks guys!

Great store and the assistant manager I think his name Wawa Dylan was great. Very helpful and proactive when it comes to helping out. Will defiantly recommend this Midas location to a friend.

After years of going to the same place for my oil changes, I recently relocated. I realized I was past due for an oil change and called Midas. They told me to come right over. I was in and out within an hour and the service was super efficient and cost effective. Highly recommend!

Midas in Thorndale is our family's "go-to" for all four vehicles routine visits and repair. Luke is knowledgeable, patient, and accommodating with our schedule when a service is required. We feel safer having our young drivers on the road when their vehicles are serviced at Midas. Thank you to all the staff!!!

Luke was a great customer service rep! He did everything he could to make sure I didn t pay an arm and a leg for unexpected services that came up in my oil change! After dealing with a totally un professional at a car dealership, it was a very pleasant experience at the Midas in Thorndale. I spoke to the manager on the phone before arriving. He was courteous and knowledgeable. Everything he said that he would do was done. In a timely fashion. I will visit next inspection and anything I may need in between. Affordable and courteous and trustworthy? You betcha!

Amazing car service and customer service experience. I had lost faith from a previous experience in 2019, but the new store manager that took over after completely turned the place around entirely. The young lady at the service desk was wonderful and they took my car on 30 min notice and had it turned over and back to me crazy fast. Ran by locals of the area and care about the community they service.

Mason and his team are wonderful. I literally always come in like a damsel in distress about my car. I started off coming to Midas in Thorndale last year. My last car was on its last leg. I am bringing my current car in to be serviced as well. They are very observant and knowledgeable. I can trust the information that they give me about my car. I m not one to stay on top of upkeep with the car, but I drive it to work every day. Wonder back into Midas every few months. We laugh about it. They keep my car on the road.

Staff detected a problem. They quoted me a price to fix it. The manager wanted to check into more and found the problem was not as first thought. Thank you for your diligence and your efforts. As a repeat customer, I have the level of trust that gives me the piece of mind that I will not be scammed.

Whether it s a routine oil change or a major repair, I have confidence in knowing that the guys will take care of my vehicle without trying to up sale me. Staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable and I appreciate feeling that I am more than just another customer.

Amazing. I'm that person who lived with a mechanic and their car was just always magically serviced and inspected....so I almost always find myself in a pinch because I forgot an oil change, or ignored a sound. I've only been in twice, but this shop has changed my mind about chain stores vs independent and miles above any dealer experiences I've had.
