My tire light came on and within a few hours, my tire was barely hanging on. I assumed I had a leak and that filling my tire with air would be a temporary fix and it was already 5pm, so I doubted any tire shops would be open. After doing a quick Google search, I called Mavis in Thorndale and the man on the phone told me to come right over. I showed up and Mason immediately looked at my tire, found the source (stupid screws on the road, who do they think they are?), and plugged the hole. He then asked me if I had ever filled my tires before, which I hadn't (it's a new car), and he showed me that the little caps that twist off to fill your tire were all but CEMENTED on, and I would have never been able to get them off myself. He used a little machine to remove them and fill my tires with air. I was on a business call and was trying to talk to him while taking the call, which I never do because I think it's so rude (I'm so sorry Mason), but he was so patient and helpful. Once he was done filling three of my tires (the last tire's screw wouldn't come loose), I got my wallet out but he sent me on my way, simply asking me to come back so that he could finish the fourth tire. This level of customer service is very rare these days, and I'm very thankful for Mason at Mavis, for being so kind, helpful, efficient, and gracious. I plan on taking my car back tomorrow to get the fourth tire filled, and from now on, for any service I need to be done to my vehicle, I will certainly be returning to Mavis in Thorndale. Thank you!

Yet another five-star experience at Mavis! My neighbor has been doing construction and this is the second tire that has gotten punctured by a nail, screw, you name it. I drove my butt to Mavis and briefly spoke with Mason, and within two minutes he had my car jacked up, plugging my tire. He came out and explained exactly what happened and wanted to make sure the plug would hold, and kindly asked me to wait a few minutes. It wasn t an inconvenience to wait. Quite the opposite - the fact that he cared enough to take the extra ten minutes to ensure my tire was good to go, THAT, ladies and gentleman, is true customer service. I won t be going anywhere else for my tire repair or replacement needs! Thank you, Mason! I ll be back soon for the valve replacement

Top notch gentlemen there. Came in with a flat after getting 4 new tires at a Mavis in NY the week before. When the next lift was empty, the mechanic looked at the tire and determined it was a faulty valve.The repair took 5 minutes. I wasn't there 20 minutes from start to finish.5 stars for great customer service and speedy repair.Thanks guys! Very much appreciated!!

The smartest guys in town! Quick service, willing to walk you through the process, and never take advantage of you & your pockets! Coming from a woman who used to be treated as an airhead from the dealership, trust me. These are your go-to guys for more than just tires. Ask for Rich the manager and you ll be in wonderful hands

Picked this place to check my tire as it was leaking air and the reviews were really good. I called first and was told no appointment needed just stopped by at my convenience. This was true. Great customer service from start to finish! Rich was able to check out my tire as soon as I walked in and fixed my issue quick! Will be back to get new tires soon. Refreshing to know I have a place I can trust with my car close by. Thank you.

Tyler was amazing. He was incredibly friendly and found the issue with our tire super quick (it had a screw in it). He repaired and patched it and we were in and out quickly. He also filled all of our tires with air and made sure they were all at the appropriate levels. We will definitely be back for any tire needs.

I had a nail in my tire and stopped by prepared to wait for an hour or so. I was out in 15 min with a fixed tire. Very positive experience, great work and service. Will return for other services.

I brought in the slow leak tire which had a puncture near the sidewall and could not be patched. Mavis technician quickly replaced the tire. Thank you for prompt service.

Took my wife s car with one tire showing low but wasn t on the sensor and the other with a visible nail close to the last tread. Firestone wasn t helpful but the guys at Mavis fixed the puncture, topped off and reset all the rest and didn t charge me anything but to pass along the great experience. Bi was in and out in 10 minutes. I really appreciate the great work. Thanks!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Pulled in with a screw in my work car tire. Immediately greeting with a smile and positive attitudes. Eager to help in anyway they could! Tyler and Mason-AWESOME customer service! Had my car in the garage with in 2 minutes tops and back on the road!!! Thank you Tyler and Mason! I appreciate you guys!!!!Will be coming here to get my new tires put on FO SURRREEEE!!!Oh and nice clean comfy waiting area. TV, lap top area with charging station!ALL AROUND AWESOME!

The staff at Mavis Tires Thorndale, from the technician at the desk to the manager, Rich, were very helpful and polite. I was a walk-in and still they were able to look at my car and patch up my tire in under 20 minutes. I was more than pleasantly surprised by their service and would definitely recommend them. I will come back to this location for future services without hesitation.

Stay away. I was verbally quoted a price and assured of a $100 rebate from Goodyear. After work was done (new tires), the price was not consistent with the verbal quote, and the tires sold to me did not qualify for a rebate. I made a decision to buy based on misleading information. Don't trust what they tell you.

The assistant manager, Richard, and his team, were extremely helpful!!!!!My car picked up a nail at our home construction site.The tire lost air within minutes. I had my large dogs with me which I was not able to take out if the car in order to fix. Richard was so helpful to make sure it got fixed and I was on my way in 15 minutes.They are the epitome of customer service!

Mason and Rich have been so incredibly helpful and informative. They re friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and unbelievably helpful. I bought new tires and had them placed and 2 weeks later, hit a pothole, blew out a sidewall, and bent my rim on the way to pick up my son. They had me out of there in 20 min with a DISCOUNTED tire, a beaded rim, and advice on where to get a cheap wheel, as well as plans to turn my current tire and wheel into a new spare. These guys are incredible. I ll be returning there for all of my car maintenance needs. Highly, highly recommend them to everyone. Customer service like theirs is rare but they re also simply kind and helpful people.

Stopped in after discovering a screw in one of my tires! The guys immediately looked at it, repaired the tire, and had me on my way in less than 5 minutes. They even filled all the tires with air. I couldn t have asked for more responsive and professional assistance! Thank you to the crew at Mavis! You have gained a new customer today who will gladly share our experience with our friends !!! Mason & team were super supportive of a last minute tire replacement I needed last week. I didn't have an appointment - and was driving on a tire with a small hole already leaking air. Within a few hours they had resolved my issue and were a great time overall to work with. Would highly recommend!

Awesome customer care and service from Mason today! I picked up a screw and he took care of it almost immediately while also explaining how the plugging process works. I ll definitely be coming back for any future tire needs. Mavis should give this man a raise!

Mason and his team were super friendly and helpful. I brought my car in at 6:35 pm last night and they could have acted tired, etc but Mason was so positive and upbeat. He found two leaking tires. Found Mavis still open when searching for a tire store because one of my tires looked low. They patched two tires, as they found another tire looked low, checked my oil without my requesting it, refilled it with a little oil AND didn't charge me! Mason recommended I replace two front tires as they are pretty much bald. Will be taking my car back for the new tires. Mavis was a guardian angel last night!

Highly recommend this location. My tire reading indicated a low PSI so I called Mavis and spoke with Chris on the phone. Chris was very accommodating and was able to get my work order scheduled between existing appointments. I went to the location and met with Mason, the shop manager. He was able to quickly find a small screw in my tire and repaired the leak right away. What I anticipated would take at least an hour took less than 10 minutes. Professional, responsive, and friendly staff.

After a horrible experience with AAA who never tightened my tire after a flat, I was so fortunate to have a Mavis close by. They immediately recognized that the lug nuts were not tightened and pulled the tire to show the damage it caused. They were open on a Sunday morning and got me back on the road. Such a relief being 70 miles from home. Fantastic team here at Mavis Thorndale! I m so grateful they were here for me when I needed them.

Had a tire losing pressure on my way to work.I have AAA, but it was raining and luckily Mavis was close by. The kindest gentleman said he would fix it, and then he made the repair in the pouring rain. It was like I was on another planet.Service like this is rarely seen anymore. Many thanks to him (unfortunately, I did not get his name) and his coworker for being awesome. I highly recommend Mavis Discount Tire.

Richard The assistant manager the best guy, we came out to get the tires changed, not only he took care of it, but when we accidentally broke the windshield wiper he replaced it for free. Their team is best to work with. I would recommend Mavis discount tires to all my friends!!

I have had work done on my car, my mom s car and our company trucks! They did an amazing job each time! The manager Paul is fantastic and so friendly, he kept me posted on everything that was going on! Highly recommend this location!

I would highly recommend this location to anyone that is looking for a friendly and honest staff. I took my car in for an alignment after changing out the struts and shocks expecting to be charged $109 for the service. When I returned from running to a store at the adjacent shopping center, they informed me that I didn't owe them anything since everything came up green on the alignment machine. I'm not sure I would have gotten this level of honesty if I would have taken the car somewhere else. Without having a scheduled appointment, the service was still fast and easy. I will be returning to this location in the future.

A tire on my car had a screw in it and was going flat overnight. I stopped at Mavis on a busy Saturday afternoon. They plugged it and had me in & out in under 30 minutes. And they were super friendly - even after a busy day. I really appreciate their customer service. I'll go back in the future.

We came in to have a tire plugged and they provided Incredible service on a Sunday morning. Tyler was extremely nice and professional. He got us in and out in 5 to 10 minutes. We highly recommend this place if you need any maintenance on your vehicles.

I owe this review to Mason, who was courteous in servicing my car. This is my second time coming here for a tire rotation, but got lost on the way and ended up being late. No worries--he accommodated my car. One of my tires ended up being damaged and stabbed by a nail--but they repaired it alongside the tire rotation. All of this was done in under one hour, and best of all the tire repair ended up being free!So thank you thank you thank you Mason and other staff at Mavis Thorndale! 5/5
