They will scam you by upselling and not actually doing what they upsell you for. They suggested I pay and have a new cabin filter. Took my car somewhere else today to find out not only did I pay for that but they never changed it. My car had the original filter still in it from the kia dealership. Really don t appreciate businesses that try to take advantage of women. They also stripped my oil drain plug which caused a leak.

Great customer service for me, not so much for a Spanish speaking gentleman behind me. The employee kept asking the same question, over and over, clearly getting annoyed with either the customer or his own inability to understand him. Giving him the benefit of doubt. Only issue I had was the price. Other places in the area do inspections for around 44 bucks...it was 77 here.

Chris made my day he just save me my tirewas low on air and keep comin out then he did something with a tool for my tire he fix it less then 2min I will always come back to good year ask for him

Due to her tire losing air my mother came to this location for help. They told her that she had a screw stuck on the inside wall of her tire. Luckily she went to make sure they were telling the truth and it was found out that the screw was on the tread and was fixed and she didn't need a new tire like they promoted. Do what you like with the info just provided... Smh crooks

A couple of months ago my cousin and I went to the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company because she was having problems with her Jaguar vehicle. Upon inspection it was determined that it had several issues. Christopher Egolf took very good care of it. My cousin was livid when we got there because of the condition her car was in but due to his patience and understanding he was able to calm her down and explain what needed to be done. I thanked him and apologized for my cousin s rudeness. I wanted you to know the kind of employee you have working for you. I saw him talking to several others that came in after us and was highly impressed with the way he handled each of these customers. He is an asset to your company.

I needed a VVT Solenoid replaced and they wanted to charge me 150.00 to do their own diagnostic test. And I was going to get a oil change also. Now tell me that isn't trying to make money off you. That's crazy. I'll shop around before I pay that. I'm done giving them my money.

I received excellent service from this tire and auto center in Thorndale. I didn t have an appointment. It was 14 degrees outside, my tires were low on air, Friday evening before Christmas . Wow! Excellent service received from the kind gentleman who told me to bring the car in and from the technicians for their help to get me back on the road safely. Thank you!Service: Tires

Great service: greeted immediately, by a pleasant and helpful employee. I already had an appointment on the multiple service side, however, the gentleman that checked me in let me know that they were running a little late. He suggested that they take me as a walk-in on the quick lube and service side. I was in and out within 30 minutes! I was even given a price almost 20% LESS than what I was originally quoted!!!I will MOST ASSUREDLY be a return customer and intend to share my pleasant experience with anyone who will listen! Thanks SO very much Goodyear Thorndale! I appreciate you ALL for my STELLAR experience!

If you re looking for a NotSoGoodYear, please be sure to stop in at Goodyear in Thorndale and ask for any one of the amazing customer service staff. Total sarcasm in case that didn t come through. If you re looking for a lube, oil, filter, make sure you bring your own lube as they won t provide any when they stick it up your a$s.

says on the website theyll check ur engine light for free but they actually charge 150. when i brought it up to the guy he said that doesnt apply. its only free for them to check but if u want the mechanic to tell u what the light was on for then u have to pay 150. its crazy. i came in for an oil change and inspection and got charged an extra 150 just for the mechanic to tell me why the light was on. not to fix it just to tell me.

Called at 5:45pm on a Friday with a nail in my tire. Chris answered the phone and said come on in. He was extremely helpful and stayed after hours to repair my tire. Thank you!

I brought my Ram truck to Goodyear for state inspection. The technician was thorough and quick. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend the Goodyear Auto Service center in Thorndale for work on your vehicles. Great experience

I thought I made an mistake filling my oil in my car. I took it to have someone check to make sure the car was ok. I had wonderful service by the gentleman at the counter. He was out there to check almost immediately and came back telling to smile. Everything was great. I hugged him.

I have used this place for my oil changes and Alignments it's always been good service and good value only reason I didn't do 5 stars is because they have taken 1 hour longer than I was told and waiting total time for oil change was 1hr 55 minutes and only 1 car ahead of mine which was for a oil change and was already pulled in the garage. I was told 45 minutes and took 1hr 55 minutes. If they would have said 2 hours I would have been fine with coming back another day.

What an absolute joke of a company. I have never written a review and never expected my first one to be so awful. I have been taking my car here for years in vain. Finally made the switch to a different shop and thank god I did or my car would not be on the road. I just had my back tires replaced and an alignment done at Goodyear. I had to bring the car back in a second time two days later as I could not keep it on the road going over 30mph. I had to drive on rt 202 to work going 30mph, how dangerous! Come to find out they never actually did the alignment I paid for. Not only that but I now know the tires they replaced were set at a PSI of 75. OVER DOUBLE WHAT THE RECOMMENDED PSI IS FOR THESE TIRES AND MY CAR. No wonder I can't keep it on the road. I also had almost no oil int he car with over 2000 miles to go until my next change. If left unattended my car would have died some time in the next 2000 miles. My best guess is they either didn't use the right oil or didn't put in enough even though they charged me for the full amount of oil. DO NOT GO HERE. They will not take care of you, will over charge you and then leave you out in the cold when something goes wrong. I want every cent I paid to Goodyear back immediately.

Lee went above and beyond to help me order and replace tires for my car. He worked with the warranty I purchased at my dealership and even went as far as to call the warranty center and help me figure out how much I would be paying out of pocket. His shop doesn t carry the specific tire I needed, but he orders the from an outside source. He was awesome and walked me through the whole process. Even better? I dropped my car off at 430pm on a Friday, and it was ready before 6pm the same day! I will always go back to Lee and his team for all my auto care needs! Thanks guys! :)

Drove up at 10:00 (not really early) first person I talked to acted like he was doing me a favor by getting me in for a oil change. Scheduled me for 12:00 and told me he would need my truck for a couple hours. I left and came back at 12:00 sat and waited for a hour and they weren't that busy. As I was waiting I watched the young mechanics pulling in a nice little hot ride a guy brought in, he started revving the engine after he already had the hot rod in the position to lift it up to do work, he dropped the clutch and drove a customers car into the back of the shop and hit a tire changing machine and then stalled it. The customer had to back it up because they couldn't and then the mechanics tried to laugh it off to calm the customer down. (For some reason the customer was acting fine with it, but telling them to fix it) FYI the mechanic was trying to spin the tires as he was bringing it into the mechanic bay. As I was finishing up with my transaction they were acting much more personable after they drove a car into the back of their shop because they know they screwed up. Biggest problem there seems to be is that there is to many immature mechanics and not enough supervision. But that is just my opinion on being there watching for a hour. I understand that they are just people to and to try and have a little fun at work. But not in someone else's vehicle.

Went in for an oil change after setting up an appointment online. Got a call telling me my car was ready for pick-up only to get another call 10 minites later saying I needed a new tire sensor. Asked why they were touching the tires even after I had NOT picked the free tire service option online and after I had been asked three times at the store if the oil change was the only thing needed to which I said yes all three times. They told me they ASSUMED I had picked all the free services and they admitted to not checking the online service requests. Left with my spare because they couldn't do anything about it.

I've been going there for years to get my oil change and tires rotated and occasionally my tires. Although this morning I went in to get my oil changed and they literally turned me away because I did not have an appointment. In all the years I've been going there I have never needed or had an appointment now all the sudden I need one and can't go there. So I would recommend everyone going to Midas which is right down the street and you don't need an appointment!

I've gone here at least 5 times. The staff is nice but prices are a little high. That being said they are good in a pinch if you are willing to wait. They can usually see you same day but it will take an hour minimum for anything.

My son took his car in for an oil change. Not soon after his car started leaking oil. We took it to an auto repair shop that let us know that whoever changed our oil last put the screw in at an angle in the oil pan causing a good amount of damage. They fixed the issue. I went back to Goodyear to tell them what happened-expecting them to respond in a negative way-they did the complete opposite!!! They were very understanding and accepted responsibility!! I was reimbursed for the full cost of the repair!! Everyone, every company makes mistakes- it s how you respond to those mistakes that makes a difference!! The gentlemen at Goodyear responded with the utmost professionalism and we will definitely continue to go there!

Quick oil change crew is very rude. They use to come out to your car. Now you have to walk around the building. When you get in the lobby the employee just says "what do you need"? The service was never really good but this was a new low

Great shop! I have been looking for a place I could go and trust in the area and finally found it. Mechanics always addressed my concerns and the managers always kept me informed and explained what was wrong. Prices have always been fair compared with other shops and have never needed to take my car back with the same issue! Always clean and super nice! Thank you guys!!!

Good Year in Thorndale, PA was great fixing my flat tire at the last minute. I had a nail in my tire and they were the closest car repair place when I found it. I got there five minutes before they closed and they still fixed my car with no problem. I would highly recommend them. Thank you!

I just bought a car and week after on dashboard says that my rear right tire needs air, and since I have warranty on everything but... tires I went here to quick fix. They found a nail in 5 minutes and did a great job. Reccomend that place for fixing tires (afternoon is not that busy here)
