We have taken all of our vehicles to Gazzero's for 10 years. We trust Frank and his crew 100%. They are honest, fast, and so helpful! I am so grateful we found them!

10/10 would recommend they are the most honest mechanic I ve ever been to. As a female other mechanics would try to take advantage of my lack of knowledge about cars but not here. They always give fair honest prices and don t try to trick you into paying for maintenance on your car that doesn t actually need to be done. Wouldn t take my car anywhere else to get worked on! My husband's car was impounded. These crooks charged for the weekend and holiday when it was "closed"...that's extortion! It says they are open on Friday's from 8:30 - 5:00 so I lined up a ride to drop me off about 3:30 ish. I called to notify them that I was coming and was told the fee was $665 for one week! The lady said they close early on Friday!! (How convenient)!! The earlier hours on Friday should be "stated" and I would have arranged to come earlier! She said they'd wait for me. My ride was delayed some, Gazzerro's called and he was flipping out and said that he wasn't going to be there when I got there! I said it couldn't be helped. Then he said "be there by 5:00". I was there at 4:30. They do that intentionally so you have to pay a lot more money for the weekend. Low life crooks!!

I had gotten towed for a registration being out of date and that s on me. Unfortunately I had to pay for a tow company to get my vehicle, and although I had an issue with a charge, I called up Gazzeros owner and he settled it respectfully and timely. Great customer service

I had a really good experience with this business earlier in the month when I went in to get my car inspected. After bringing my vehicle to two other car shops prior and being quoted on items that I didn't feel were necessary of replacement, Gazzerro's ended up giving me what I felt was a very fair and honest professional opinion on the state of my car. I will recommend this business to all friends & family moving forward who live in Chester County and need their car serviced.

I was referred by my parents who had work done to their Honda Pilot and I took my car there to get work done and these guys are very friendly, great pricing, and quality work! I am glad I took my car here!

Great business for thieves, $515 for towing and 2 nights. Todd answered the phone my first time calling, pretty rude. Hope they get their karma soon

Wrecked my bike on a Friday they were closed Saturday in Sunday I couldn t get there in till Tuesday in the bill was 700 dollars that s ridiculous hwy robbery in wouldnt let me get my stuff from bike smh

The woman that owns the place is a crook $350.00 to pull it 1 mile. Gate fee ? Storage 75 a day and wouldn't allow me to retrieve my work boots hard hat no personal belongings unless bill was paid in full. I suffered a brain aneurysm and was without income for a year was just getting back on my feet and she put me 10 steps back and explained all this but no compassion. I guess she really needed that 2003 Passat more than I did.
