Dropped off my car to get the interior clean.After I got married.. they did a great job for me. Got all my dog hair out and glitter in the back seat.

Did fantastic work on my car. The only thing I would say is they need to work on cleaning up after themselves. Found a lot of drops on my vehicle on the inside but that easily cleaned up. Overall very satisfied with the finished product. Got my windows tinted

I had never had a car detailed . . . It is now cleaner than when I picked it up from the dealer a year ago! Beautiful work, friendly service, work completed on time. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

Thorough, timely, and with extra attention paid to a small scratch that I asked them to look it ... scratch is now barely visible. Car looks as nice as the day I drove it off the dealership lot. Thank you, Colbert's! We'll be back!

I was referred to this shop to get my windows tinted on my truck. Originally in person, I had asked for 35% tint all around and 5% eyebrow on my front window. I called back the same day to change it to 20% all around and 5% eyebrow on my front window. They told me that would be fine and that they would get to my truck on Monday like we agreed. The tint on my truck was done incorrectly so I called and was told to come in the next week to figure out a solution. When I arrived the boss immediately had an attitude that I did not come in at 8am when I was never given a time. Two men continued to talk in circles about how they are unaware of who spoke to me and agreed to put 20% because they never got that information. They were not willing to help in anyway and were playing the blame game so I offered to take it to court if they were not going to fix their mistake. The conversation got loud and they immediately shut down and told me they were willing to work with me until I mentioned lawyers. My fiance asked calmly how they were willing to work with us since they never offered a solution to the issue and the boss raised his voice at her. Once she calmed everyone down they told me they would put another film on the truck and that it would be below 5%. I am completely unsatisfied with their service, they did not own up to their mistakes, they were refusing a solution until my fiance stepped in, and they were unprofessional. I do not recommend their service due to the way they hold themselves accountable. Their website talks about "Come in and let us get the job done right the first time" and that was not the case. Make sure to document all conversations with their shop if you do chose to have services done by them. The only positive was an employee named Randy who was calm, and willing to work with us the entire time.Service: Window tinting

Took my brand new car to get tinted and they scratched my door and did a horrible job. Had to take it back and they refused to redo the tint with hair and dirt underneath the tint and said it wont be perfect and i paid almost 400$! Horrible place and do not recommend! Never had a vehicle professionally detailed before. I can tell you what I'm absolutely Blown Away by the outcome. Brought my Vette in to have it professionally washed & waxed. They did a very nice job at a very reasonable cost. Will be going back.

I've taken 2 cars here for a window tint and a detail. They always do an amazing job and always know exactly what the customers want. Thank you to the team that worked on my cars and for Chris, the gentleman that detailed the interior. It's perfect!

I took my F150 to them today at 8:00 am. I asked them to do a full detail, inside and out, top to bottom. By noon they called me and told me the truck was done. When I went to get my vehicle I was shocked at how clean it was. Before I even walked up to it I was blinded by the shine coming off of it. The wheels and tires looked amazing. The truck looked twice as good as when I bought it new. I have nothing bad to say about these guys. These are good people and I will be going to them every time I need my truck detailed.

Colberts clay bar, polished and waxed my hellcat and grand cherokee. Each took about 3 hours to do. Overall they did a good job. The paint is protected and that's all that matters. However, the attention to detail lacked, which one can expect at their price point. IE bugs still on the grill, front of car and on the side mirrors. Also still had some wax on both cars and wheel wells were glanced over. I did save about 400$ going here compared to local shops, so with that being said I have no issues paying for this service on the jeep and for the price point I can't really argue. I will most likely take the hellcat elsewhere, but the Jeep will most likey be back for its next detail. Both cars have nice depth to it now and the majority of the swirl marks gone.

Got 2 vehicles done there this week, a 2015 Subaru Impreza and a 2004 F150. The Subaru turned out okay, after I had them come out to the parking lot and clean 3 spots off of the interior. The F150 was another story. The driver's seat belt was never touched, was very dirty. Was told they can't clean seat belts for liability reasons. A couple door jambs were dirty, the driver's seat wasn't completely clean. And the engine compartment? Never touched. Was told they couldn't wash 5.4 engines. Okay, but they did nothing to it at all! And still charged me full price. Will not be returning.

Got my car cleaned about 2 weeks ago and I wasn t really impressed. My driver seat still had a stain on it and my third row and trunk area doesn t even look like they touched it. I ve used them before with previous vehicles and didn t really have this issue. I don t know what happened this time. I only went because I got a gift card pre Covid and it was going to expire. I told my husband don t buy me anymore from there because what they did I could have done myself for free.Services: Seat shampooing, Auto interior vacuuming

Had the windows tinted on my brand new Jetta . Wasn't that happy with the finished product, had to take it back once for a few big air bubbles in the rear window , so now the spots they repaired have creases in them , besides that I noticed some smaller air bubbles in the front passenger window and was told they can't get them all out. Paid $249 plus tax, have the lifetime warranty but calling around to a few other places and they all told me that they would never leave any bubbles in the finished work or they would replace it, but not here, just thought you would want to know.

This place is great. They helped me out of a jam, my daughter scratched her rental car, he buffed it out right away and it came our perfect. Also did a great job on a detail of my car before her wedding.

Poor professionalism. I was scheduled to pick up my car on a Friday and showed up at 4:40 well before close. No one was there and I was left over the weekend without my vehicle. There were no missed calls or voicemails with a reasoning as to why I was left without my property for an additional 3 days. When I came in on Monday the employee joked about the circumstances and I was met with more roundabout excuses. I paid $190 for a good vacuuming and washing. Not worth the inconvenience.

Took my Toyota Camry today for an interior detail and vacuuming of the floor and cleaning of the seats. The rear Floor was never vacuumed nor cleaned. I'll start by saying they do great work!! However during my recent interior detail done by them, they killed my battery. I called to mention what happened and to see if they could fix it. Was yelled at and hung up on saying they didn't do it. Well in fact they did, because when I went to pick my car up from the shop they had to jump it then.

Overall they were great! No real complaint other then the phone number the tech called from wasn't local so I missed it at first. But they did the job at hand in a timely manner. Overall happy and no issues.

Quality window tinting on a 2017 F150. Randy told me what time to be there, how long it would take and delivered a quality job for a fair price.
