Very disappointed in my experience at this store. No one greeted me at the door or asked if I needed help. To make matters worse, I waited at the counter for 20 minutes and never received help, causing me to resort to the self checkout. I m not sure I purchased the correct product. The most frustrating part is that there was an employee at the counter that refused to acknowledge me or ask another employee to man the register. I would give zero stars if possible.

Service was great as soon as we walked through the door. The first guy caught that we ordered the wrong battery for our car as he was leaving for the day. The next guy helped us get the right tools to use to replace our battery. (Our car was a few miles out and died so had to change it on our own) The manager working made sure we knew how to use the tools properly to get the battery in and out. All very helpful and friendly! Visited 8/8/23 around 5pm

The service here was terrible I asked a dark fellow to tell if I had a warranty on a previous purchase after I bought something and he told he would but he was too busy taking care of commercial orders. Again this is right after I payed for something and didn t even get decide how I wanted to receive my receipt yet. I m appalled by the service I was given by this man.

worst store ever . i run a local shop and this store is so mismanaged . i understand that staffing can be an issue but in the 4 years i have been using this store it has gone down hill fast . form the counter people that call to get my credit card every time even though it is on file but they cant figure that out to the warranty parts they don't take care of to the manager that i wouldn't even hire to be a Walmart greeter . its like you had to ride the short bus and lick windows to work at this store . it is amazing that it is still open

Needed some clips for a plastic piece under the driver side door. They didn t have the kind I needed but the worker showed me what they had. All he could really do I guess.

Friendly knowledgeable staff. Has good stock and selection. I like but online pickup in store feature too. Decent pricing on wiper blades.

Sal was very heplful and knowledgeable. Recommended exactly what I needed to fix my truck. Definitely ask for him next time I am in the store!!!! Nice to have experienced, knowledgeable, and attentive employees. They are lucky to have him.

I had a great experience with Marcus at this store. I was on my way to Cleveland and started having car issues. I stopped in and purchased a new battery and he even installed it for me. Unfortunately, my issue ran deeper than just a simple battery change; a belt ended up breaking on my vehicle. Marcus directed me to the belt I needed and I took the belt to a mechanic for installation.Thank you so much, Marcus for going the extra mile and a half. It's nice knowing that there are people out there who take pride in their work and really want to help others.- Andy.

Thursday, the store closed over an hour before posted time .Google Listing and Auto Zone's official website and sign on the door states this location closes at 10 pm.We drove to this store, and it was in total darkness and closed at 8:59 pm. True, we could've called to verify, but I trusted their online info

Went to auto zone today. Bob B was a great help and made sure I had everything I need for brakes and oil change. He is a very pleasant man and definitely goes the extra mile to help out! Thank you Bob B!!!

Aaron is a amazing give him a raise! I went in to get a new headlight for my Toyota Corolla only to find out my connector was the problem and that I needed a new one, Aaron installed my new connector completely free of charge in under 20 minutes! thank you so much Aaron!

Went in to get a diagnostic run on my jeep. Was able to explain what the diagnostic found, printed it out for me, told me the simplest and cheapest fix, and even recommended a garage that would do it. Very friendly staff and very helpful.

Generally good, but frequently they are out of certain products. This is not a recent Covid/supply chain issue, because this is something I've seen at this store for over 10 years. Additionally, they could have a more broad product line. Some brands and products they don't carry, but I might find it at Walmart. That makes me want to just check Walmart first, where often the prices are better anyways.

This place is impressive! The person at the counter practically had me look up my own parts. After locating my own parts and while paying at the cash register, a different employee to further my amazement conducted a personal phone call and rang up my order and managed to ignore me all at the same time! If FAILURE was an auto part and had a Turbo you could find it at Auto Zone

Needed washer fluid and had another light on in the car. Rick the manager got the washer fluid and Jermee checked the light on my dash. Just a tire light, but he even helped fill my tire. Great service and very helpful!! Would def recommend

Terrible!!! 3 staff in the store behind the counter. 2 standing there doing whatever. 3rd staff was busy chatting with a friend exchanging cashapp names!! The 3rd staff finally addressed me. By the end of the interaction, I had to repeat my request 3 times. Just to find out that it is out of stock!! Castrol SAE 5W-40 1 QT.

One of the most unorganized stores I've ever been to. Almost always get handed the wrong part good thing I check before I leave, horrible service. Just today i stopped in to grab oil and a filter for my car figured simple enough in and out but no, they had one guy at the register for god only knows how long who looked lost as ever dealing with one customer and 3 other guys standing around while the line built up. Very unprofessional and over all unsatisfactory. If you have a choice, go somewhere else.

Every time I walk into this store I groan inside because I know it's going to take forever to get help. Last time I was in there it was a huge line of customers, and all were being served by one person while two others were doing nothing to help. One staff was just sitting there behind the counter apparently on break or something.
