Terrible customer care by the employees and owner I asked them to wash a mat for me because it had some dried paste on it from my kid. When I asked the first associate he actually raised his voice with a stern attitude saying he is not going to spray water in my car on the mat understandable so he told me to take it out and pass it to him after the wash and walk up to him when I vacuum.(It literally takes 5 seconds to take the mat out, spray it, and hand it back to me .) They made me wait almost 10 minutes and when I came back after vacuuming my car they STILL did not do it. The owner said yeah we will get around to it if we can. Sir, you re talking to another ADULT, doesn t matter even if I own businesses. Respect my TIME, like who do you think is just gonna wait an unspecified amount of time for something that takes 5 SECONDS OF YOUR TIME. I EVEN paid for your BEST service. Seems they don t really care about you once they take your money. Then the owner tried to say that they don t do that and it s actually a courtesy????? Dude, it s your business so if you don't do it for your customers JUST SAY THAT Let me tell you how that works Learn to set the customer expectations so you do not have a customer feeling dissatisfied or that you did not want to help instead of making a courtesy a massive inconvenience AND then becoming defensive when addressing my lack of satisfaction. I can say the two gentlemen who dried my car, did amazing and that s the only reason why I m giving this a two star. Just do better because for all that I could ve went to a SELF SERVICE. I always pay the best service here and if they accept tips I leave them. In complete disbelief how you treated me as a human being.

I thought I was going to love it, but unfortunately my vehicle didnt come out all that clean. There was still lots of dirt on it after being washed and dried. Highly disappointed. The only positive part about it was they give you a coin for the vacuums or a rag to wipe down the interior.

I only come here because is the closest to my house when in rush. This car wash is horrible, Other wise I would rather drive the distance and get a good car wash worth the money. Car doesn t really come out clean even if you pay for the best deal supposedly do I recommend this place? Nope!

A little pricey but the wash is really good. I like the cloth to wipe down, detail the inside of the car.

We stopped here to vacuum the car. The vacuums are a little more expensive than others we've used and one of the vacs didn't work when we put the $$ in. There was a line for the car wash and it was also more expensive than the one we usually visit so we opted out of that.

This is honestly the best car wash I have ever been too. The service is amazing, the staff is very friendly and works hard. My car came out so clean and shiny I was very impressed. I do recommend getting the diamond wash or the black vip because they make my car look the best so definitely worth the extra money! Overall good place and only car wash I consistently go to

This is the most thorough car wash in Berks county. Every time I take my vehicle to another place I always end up disappointed. Wash works is very thorough in my vehicle always comes out spotless.

The price is very reasonable. They do a nice, quick job, plus they always give you a free vacuum token if you ask for one.

Awesome car wash. The young people there a fast and do a great job! Very good price also. They don't offer full service vacuum. You have to do that part yourself. But you get a token

The Best in the Area!!It's so good that I always buy a monthly pass; allowing me to come as many times as I want each month. Even if you only wash your car once a week, it's like getting one Diamond wash free.The Simonize Hot Wax is Phenomenal!! Much better than any I've encountered before. Attentive, friendly staff!!

Was recommended by a close friend to come here because they do phenomenal work and boy, was he was right! Took my '14 STI here and got it detailed inside and out. Engine bay, interior, & exterior... Beyond satisfied! The guys here do fantastic work and take care of your car 110% from start to finish.

Temple Wash Works does an amazing job! Their prices are great and my car looks fantastic everytime! I especially like the mint rag they give you to wipe down the inside while your in the wash. Leaves my car smelling great! With the rain-x and products they use, any water just beads up and rolls right off.They do a very thorough job with details too, if you don't feel like doing the inside yourself.I also like that their company is green and recycles most of their water. It makes me feel better know that it won't effect the environment with harsh chemicals.**There are coupons on the back of the receipt you get at the local GIANT food store. And you can get the best wash for a really great price! I use one every time!!**The employees are super nice and friendly and do a great job! I would HIGHLY recommend going here to get your car cleaned.

Rear of the license plate wasn't cleaned properly. Also at wiping my car had drip stains even after selecting diamond wash.

For about 3 weeks I had been trying to schedule an appointment. Trying to have my card detailed. Each time leaving a message and never getting a call back. Finally I decided to drive over there and schedule an appointment face-to-face. I make an appointment and I show up before the appointment on the day that we scheduled it for. The place was closed no one was there to handle my scheduled appointment, no call letting me know that they needed to reschedule or that they were not going to be open to handle my scheduled appointment. Because of this I will now have to struggle to find someone else to detail my car before a goes up for sale or trade. Leaving me in a very difficult spot seeing since my car is going to be sold or traded today. Very disappointed in the way this company decided they want to handle their business

I must say that the employees of Wash Works in Temple, PA are among the friendliest and thorough individuals I have ever run across in the car wash industry. When you take your car through this particular facility, from start to finish, the folks pay special attention to "EVERYONE'S" vehicle, whether you choose the least expensive package or the most expensive one, all customers are treated with the same thorough attention to detail. This car wash is very well maintained and the equipment is very car friendly in that you never have to worry about any kind of possible damage to your vehicle, unlike some others I've been to in the past. Quite frankly, I won't take any of our vehicles to any other car wash anymore because of all the good experiences I always encounter and the way my cars sparkles when using the "Wash Works Car Wash" in Temple, PA so, thanks a bunch guys and gals. You're the best at what you do :)

Great carwash with helpful friendly staff! Gets the vehicle totally clean. It's a little slow with having to have the attendant collect the money and then pre-rinse your car. They need a pay station before you enter the wash. It's not uncommon to wait in line 20 min.

I can't stress how happy and pleased I am with the results and service I got.I took my BMW 335i to get a well needed waxing and the guys when over and beyond my expectations.You guys are the best in town and very professional.

Employees are kind and energetic, very quick car wash that somehow got the melted rubber off of my police interceptor. Will most likely be taking my Malibu there today for a wash!

Reasonably priced for a quick wash, but there's usually a long wait at peak times. I have a white car, and I usually notice a few missed spots from time to time, usually on the back of my car. Use of the vacuums is included in the price, which is nice.

Customer service was ok paid for the best wash asked them to take extra attention to my Rims. Rims were still dirty had to clean them my self .give them 3 stars for the customer service but the wash gets one star

best car wash . everything gets done right and my car looks nice when i leave. highly recommend going here. ps. stay away from the one in temple on kutztown road its a rip off . you lose your money and they never call you back

I recently had my car in for a full detail. There work was impeccable. My car looks better than when I bought it brand new. Great prices and friendly service!
