I had them install in a new tire at Thunder Beach Rally. They checked my bearings and brakes for no extra charge. Harley would have charged me $100 + just to look inspect. Very honest because I didn t need brakes. Hard to find an honest mechanic. Wish you were closer to Destin FL.

Just bought a Harley had a problem with the rear brake line(my fault) .and needed it repaired quickly. Called Randy. He ordered the part and two days later installed it in about 2 hours. The bike was clean, no fingerprints all over ..and the rear brake works better than when I bought it. His guys were super cool. Nice to see there are still good guys out there wrenching on bikes. Looking forward to bringing the bike back for upgrades.

I'm new to Randy's Cycle Shack, but I was received like a long-lost family member and hope to have more reunions in the future. It was a pleasure doing business with Randy and staff.If you are looking for a motorcycle repair shop and only have had big dealership or small auto repair shops that "work" on bikes experience, Randy's may be the place for you to feel connected with the hands that work on your bike. It's the real deal.

I went to see Randy about a way to lower my Street Glide. I am only 5'2" and at my age not as strong as I once was and wanted to keep riding touring bikes. He suggested Skully Fast up Air Ride. He gave me a very fair price and I had him go ahead and order them. He called me when he was ready to install and brought my bike down and he did it in a day. Called me in late afternoon and said it was ready. Picked it up and it was just as clean as when I brought it. I love this set up and couldn't be happier! I highly recommend him and I surely will be using him in the future.

I am new to motorcycles and need a mechanic that I can trust to be honest and keep my bike in safe riding order. I took it to Randy's today for inspection and they did it while I waited. The tires passed, but are on the older side. they are ordering me a new set and I will be going back to get them installed when they arrive. I think they are affordable and trustworthy.Service: Tires

First, great staff. I brought my kids the cheapest pocket bike I could find (so my fault). No one wanted to work on it, however Randy was recommended and so I called. He advise, we typically don't work on these but that I could drop it off. His shop went above and beyond to fix and tune up the bike. I was impress with the honesty and was not upset with the cost of service. I would have even paid more due to his quality.Services: Engine repair, Wheel alignment

Fast, honest & professional service. Very friendly staff with a great sense of humor. Fixed a minor electrical issue (starter relay) on my '02 Heritage that I assumed needed a whole new starter while at the Sturgis Rally. Despite a heavy workload they detected and fixed it within an hour. These are the guys to see if you have any issues with your bike at the rally! Yes, there are honest, competent mechanics out there and these guys are it.Service: Electrical repair

Knowledgeable,Helpful, honest and affordable. Friendly atmosphere and staff. Quality work and amazing work ethics amongst all the technicians there. This place takes pride in the work that is done there . if anyone has any questions about anything , the technicians will be more than happy to assist, it is fairly busy and may have to schedule an appointment in advance at times, but it is worth it. You can have confidence knowing that your bike will be done right .

My sister got a flat tire in Lake George NY we could not find anyone open to make the repair or replace the tire, Randy and his tech where ready to pack up and close when we finally got the bike to them but they took the time to help us out, they are great people and I will make the 4 hour ride to their shop to get my bike service.. absolutely highly recommend them. Thank you for being there for us!!

Randy did a great job, fixed my clutch and bearings and did a fluids change while it was on the rack. Highly recommend him. He's in the corner of the Cabbage patch during the bike events.

Brought my 1983 sportster here cause I thought the starter was bad. Randy informed me my battery was just low on charge even though it was brand new and got it running for me. Put new tires and hand grips on it and got me out with stickers for a great price. Definitely will be a returning customer. Thank you guys!!Services: Tires, BatteryServices: Tires, Battery

Excellent service. The staff is always very knowledgeable when i go in with my 100s of questions and they answer each and everyone with no problem. My go to place for any of my cycle needs from quads to motorcyles, they've got you covered.

Took wheels off Harley to have tires and bearings removed. They are very friendly and fast turnaround. I will definitely be going back.
