I recently brought my 2007 Very high mileage 290k FJ Cruiser in for service and inspection. Keeler did an excellent job working through a long list of needed repairs. Including rusted frame parts and fused nuts and bolts. The work quality and communication was excellent as well as treating me very fairly with needed unexpected repairs. The most important items for a repair shop are quality work and trust. Keeler absolutely excels at both. Thank you for a job well done.

What a terrific service station. I used to use Keeler's when I worked close by in Telford, back in the 1990's to early 2000's and they were always great. Well, I find myself working a few minutes away again, so I decided to use them again for a motorcycle inspection and I was not disappointed. Brian and Diane still run the place and are as helpful and friendly as ever. They took care of me quickly and efficiently. It's great to have shops like this still around.

Started taking my wife's car here because it was within walking distance from our house so I was able to drop it off and wait at home while she took my car to work. The service here is excellent! They have gone above and beyond and helped us with various codes that we have had on our salvaged mini. They really care about our satisfaction and are transparent about how long things take or when they can fit us in which has been so helpful with my busy schedule. Up until recently I have only taken my Acura to the dealership for service but since I have had such a great experience at Keeler with my wife's car I have begun to take my car there too with no hesitation! I would give a fair review. But when we had our inspection and brakes done last week they told us we needed a new tire. I went somewhere else due to a better deal. Dropped off my truck last night and the shop doing the work said tire lock is gone! It is missing from the package. There's no way to contact the office, no emergency number, and I have to reschedule my appointment with the place that is replacing my tires. This is a HUGE inconvenience due to my work schedule. They should have been sure to put my wheel lock back where they got it or had an emergency number for customers reach them. Very disappointed in their service.Services: Auto water leak repair, Vehicle Inspection, Brakes, Wiper blade installation

The people was very formal very professional very kind you couldn't ask for better service. This is where you will want to take your car to be serviced anytime what a great group of people. It's very good to know the there are still very good people around they give you top notch service. It was a blessing to go and have my car service by Keeler service center.

Great shop, well worth the 50 minute drive and the work is 10 times better then the shops around me. Helped thru my crazy drive, helped thru my inspection, and following year when car was to bad they even bought it.(Super customer service) even when a money issue came up they addressed it and fixed it.Definitely will be my service center as long g as they are there.

Loved the service. Was told up front about all costs, and when the cost had to be updated I was called right away to okay the extra cost/repairs (which were only about $20). Everyone was super friendly, helpful, and awesome. After the quick, friendly service I received, I am only going to have my car inspected/serviced here!

I've been going there for 13 years now. I bought a 15 year old ranger there almost 7 years ago and its still running great. Brian and Amy always get back to me with any questions I have or help I need. Seriously a Cheers atmosphere where they know your name and are take their job seriously. About to buy my 2nd vehicle from them and keeping the now 21yr old ranger as a hardware store/firewood vehicle because it's still running great. Couldn't have more trust in Brian and the crew.

I stopped in for an oil change filter & Lube. they were very quick to take me and they had my truck right back in my hands in no time. price was great. there are a full service shop. I will be going back to them for my service work as well as inspections

Most friendly staff. Very knowledgeable and quick on the diagnostic and repairs. Answer any question and no question seems too dumb . Took my Cruze to get a timing belt replaced. Was Told that they typically replace the water pump and timing belt together which I got a quote for 700$ for. Without water pump it was about 550$. I struggled with spending the 700 which I had told them but went through with it because it had to be done. They didn t have the part to replace the belt so my car was there an extra day than they had originally stated. Then when I went to pick it up they had told me that the total was a little over what he quoted me at. She handed me the bill and it was 900$ because they decided to do things I didn t know or ask for. I was highly disappointed because this shop was recommended to me for having great service. I think it would ve been nice to get a phone call to okay them doing all the extra things.

I needed a tire repaired and reinstalled. The job was complicated by the fact a lug nut had been cross threaded and had been broken off. Keelers assessed my situation, gave me a time frame for completion of the repair, and had my car back on the road promptly. The price was quite reasonable.

I just got my inspection done, its more overpriced than other places. Plus addition work was much higher than other places around as well. When I left with my car I was never given any warning about my breaks being in a bad shape and that I may need to fix them soon. Few days later my breaks broke down, almost causing an accident. I confronted Mr. Keeler, he replied that it's not his fault and that inspection showed nothing that may concern breaks. Thank you Mr. Keeler I'll be sure to not to come back to your shop again.

Left my car to get a brake line got price quote of 350. Which wasnt the problem done business with them b4 they wanted 150 up front I was called with that price they are not open on weekend's so never called me just put my car on the side of the road never called me I drive past and seen my car. Sitting on the side of the road with a abandoned sticker now mind u ive seen cars sitting in the same spot for months .then got smart ..people talk tough when they have the law on there side ..i wonder if I was white would they have put my car on the side of the road and not call me just my opinion

Overcharged at the last second. I was told by Amy at the front desk my new tire would be $150 which turned out to be 181.00. Amy was great. She worked with me to set up a time to get the tire. Amy had the spare put on for me because my tire wasnt there in time. She did an excellent job. However, the owner at the last minute adds a $20 dollar labor fee. I stated my displeasure and of course he just sat there and ignored me. Short sighted. Sure he made a quick $20 of me. I live 2 doors down tho and operate a business with 3 trucks and 1 personal car. I will be sure to go somewhere else now that I know the owner is Dishonest, Greedy, and indifferent. If he did it to me, he will do it to you.

Great service for newer and even classic and antique cars. Capable of new engine replacements with a broad upgrade options. Great place to get your propane tank refilled with minimal wait.

Poor quality of service. Inability to provide an even close estimate. Failure to fully diagnose repair issues. Didn't bother weighing cost of repair vs cost of vehicle (or did and decided to try and get ill begot business anyways). Failed to relay important cost and repair information to the customer. Either a nickle and Dime shop or they simply lack any sense of professionalism.

Keelers has Been a Family Shop from Day 1. It Has the Best Staff, and the Work Done on anyones Car or Truck, is Always just Right, and the Good Work they do will last. Becouse they do it Right. The Rates and Prices on All things Done are Very Good, from all the shops I have gone to in the past. SO I WILL ALWAYS go to Keelers. Thank you.
