I ve bought two vehicles from Clem & any issues or problems have always been addressed immediately. Clem goes above and beyond for his customers! Without a doubt the best used dealership around! My girlfriend had taken the truck to do some errands and the battery was acting up down the road from Rinaldi s so I called Clem and he had sent one of his guys over to check it out for me! recommended any day of the week!

Im really afraid to say this. Only because it may be harder to get an appointment in the future. However, this establishment deserves the praise of being the best mechanic services AND the most honest people that i have encountered in my search, since i am fairly new to the Scranton area. Also, when i do buy another car, it will, without a doubt, be from Rinaldi Auto Sales.

This is the best place to buy a used car and get work done to your vehicle! Clem is always honest and never over charges. I won t trust my, which I bought from Clem at a great price, anywhere else!

Fantastic experience getting my Sportage at Rinaldi Auto Sales. Clem is one of the best in the business and I will continue to go back for future purchases. Highly recommended if you re looking for a quality used car in NEPA!

I purchased a truck off of him on 5/3/2020. Clem the owner was very helpful and knows a lot about vehicles. I had a couple of issues and I called him no problem bring it in and we will take care of it. My daughter needs a car for her 16th I now know where to buy it. Thanks Clem Bob S. RINALDI ROCKS!!

Went for service to get sparkplugs suggested I get time belt next day said both frames rusted need welding .I said ok who does that .He Saudi got guy who comes does that . 6months later still wasn't done He took it to Superior . He took out fairly new gd battery and replaced w dead battery and he never once called me at status of car I had to always call him Worst experience ever and even more to say but take all this space Pathetic I trusted Clem and showed no concern but never offered compensation for battery
