Mavis tire is the best auto shop I ve been to. The workers are very warm and respectful. They re patient and gave me the best advice for my car. Their work is efficient and quick. Their shop is very clean and warm with good heat. I recommend this place to everyone. My experience was top tier. And if I need anything else for my car I will with no question give them my service. Grade a service for sure.

I brought my car in to get my tire checked as it was losing air. The mechanic fixed it for me snd didn't charge me. There are still good people in this world. I will be a returning customer.

I genuinely love this shop. The people are great, the music is always good, they're fair, honest, and genuine. I've gotten a tire from here, and an inspection, will also be doing future oil changes, and brake jobs here. 10/10

My first time at this shop and I had a great experience! The employees are very nice and helpful! They work with the customers to meet their every need! I will be coming back to get work done on my car, after today's service!

Just a word of advice before you leave. I went for an oil change. They bent the hood of my car and didn t even have the decency to tell me.I also sent an email to corporate never recieved an answer. Awful customer service. Check your car before you leave.I won t be back. Had to give 1 star to write review they don t even deserve that!

Thank you so much for the fast tire pressure check and free air fill up. I was surprised when the staff kindly told me it was free. I hate that I only had my cards on me or I would ve tipped the nice man that worked on my car today. Thank you again, I really appreciate your help ! If you don t bring your car here, you re missing out! Cheers to good service

I called this place looking for a part for service. The man answering the phone couldn t look up anything for my car, even after having given him make, model, engine size etc just complained he didn t have enough information. He asks me my plate number? And who does that?

They took us in very quickly, and addressed all of our concerns in a timely manner. We were back on the road in no time! Thanks guys for the wonderful experience! You were all such pleasant people to deal with. I ll recommend to all of my family, and friends! I know I will definitely be back.

They don't diagnose my car properly. All they did put new parts in. And car is still not repaired. I still have to pay for parts labor that were added. But yet the car is not repaired

Came to Mavis Tires as a walk in with no appointment on a Saturday. I was Instantly Greeted, explained what i needed Done, and was offered a bundle package with an amazing discount! I was even able to sit and wait for work to be done on the spot!I was referred here by an employee of my own and am satisfied with the services!

November 4, 2023Had a flat and needed my tire plugged bcuz there was a screw in it. They took me right in to fix it. Everyone was so awesome and friendly. They didn t even charge me for plugging the tire. They took the donut off put my regular tire back on, checked all my tires for air and they didn t even charge me one red cent.Now there is no car place or gas station place that would ever do that for nothing. I would recommend Mavis in Taylor Pa to my family or anyone.Thank you so very much Mavis and God bless!!

Unfortunately car had issues again, this time a control arm. But thanks to Mavis in Taylor, my issue was fixed quick. Unlike my "regular" mechanic, I didnt have to call a week in advance or wiggle schedules around. I just walked in to Mavis and they were ready to take me in shortly, and fixed my car in a very reasonable time. The prices really are not bad at Mavis, and when walk-ins are always come it makes dealing with headache car repairs much less stressful when you need your vehicle that day. I'd like to give a special thanks to Caden(one of the managers) for being so courteous, professional, and knowledgeable about my issue. But I honestly have to say the entire team at Mavis was super friendly and professional. I'll definitely recommend this place and will be there for sure next time I have another car issue(hopefully not too soon tho)

I have had a trainwreck of issues at this location. I have been trying to speak with someone for over a month about an issue I had recently with your mechanic. My life was at risk repairing his forgetfulness. Thankfully no one was hurt. Except our business going forward.I have called your customer service line. I waited for over a week with no response. I submitted a complaint a month ago on your website. Nobody has reached out to me at all.I make sure to to make it a point to tell people not to visit this brand. I was never taken care of and I will continue to go out of my way to make sure others don't have to go through what I did.

TLDR: Scam Shop. Will sell you blinker fluid!Went in to get a tire balanced, a simple enough job. Simply approached the counter and he took my information immediately.I was then told to be seated and they'll get to it shortly.During which I would overhear conversations of other customers. They seemed friendly and knew what they were doing and I trusted them.The mechanic would come in a few times to talk to the manager saying "You need to see this." And I was greeted by other mechanics working there saying the similar problems.They told me something was wrong with my tire and it wouldn't balance, and would then show me a perfectly working machine.He'd then bring me over to my car and would move against my rotor saying I needed to replace my control arms since my lower ball joint was bad.He then said he'd give me a price on a set of new tires and the mechanic work.I said sure, despite me being skeptical my ball joint being bad mostly because it tends to make a noise or cause some sort of trouble something I didn't have.I ended up getting quoted 700$ For the control arms and laborAnd 800$ For a set of tires. *He said they were BUY TWO GET TWO FREE, WHAT A GREAT DEAL*I went on my way and quickly got a second opinion.I priced the tires he quoted me and they were the cheapest tires available at walmart and were 70$ Each. 280$ for all four so they'd be making a fortune.According to the mechanic I took it too, my ball joints and control arms were just fine. They also pointed out a lot of the sketchy behavior that mavis showed during the entire encounter and told me to avoid going there in the future since they give shops a bad name.I ended up getting two new front tires and my wheel imbalance issue was fixed. Avoid going here at all costs.

Billy was super helpful. Great staff, attentive and thorough. Did follow up calls and always kept me up to date on the progress. Scheduled an appointment and was able to get right in.As of 2024, I still have service done here and the team still takes great care of me. They always let me know when something is wrong and explain the issues and solutions that are easy to understand

Excellent service and staff. Last week I was here due to a blown out tire I was in and out. While I was here I asked to have ny differential fluids checked as Jiffy Lube indicated it was needed which I questioned as my miles are not at the min for which this service should be needed. Store manager could have easily taken me but did not told me my fluid is absolutely clear and not needed at this time.This weekend work up to find screw in my tire back to Mavis I go once again right in and out with smiley pleasant faces on the guys faces.I will always go here from now on! 5 star thanks guys!

Brian and Rob greeted me and took my car right into the garage for repair soon after I rolled in on a donut! Price given in moments and car taken in right after I agreed! Two tires replaced in hour Highly Recommend you take your car to these guys!

I pulled in with a screw in my tire and left 10 minutes later with no screw in my tire. No appointment No charge. It really doesn't get any better than that.

Every time i come here theres new management and new employees. Red flag. But thats besides the point. I came to get break work done. Keep in mind i went there initially for a oil chance then all the sudden i needed all this other work done. Everything cost around $1,000..after all this work my brakes were screaming after i left.went back and they charged me $300 for brake work even though i was under warranty (i should not have had to pay anything) .took it back at least 3 times they kept saying nothing was wrong. Finally i decided to take it somewhere else. Took it to the mavis in moosic for a oil change and had them check my brakes, they said the rotor was put on wrong. Took it back to taylor and they were acting like they didnt want to fix it but it was under warranty. They said they fixed it but the brakes are still screaming. I will never go there ever again. Came back to moosic an now they are having to fix the bad work taylor did for free. Not fair to them at all but i refuse to go back to the taylor one. The one in moosic is top tier. Save yourself the headache and money and do not go here. Something is definitely wrong when theres new managers and employees every 3 months. Bad service, bad business! Deserves no stars. Go the the mavis in moosic only
