I won't recommend them to anyone. It was my first time using them and I was charged a much higher price than I was told it would be. I'm not happy. I was told by phone that the $24.99 oil change coupon is good (Not $24.99 off, I did tell him in great detail.). During my oil change the tech showed me my cabin and gas filters and suggested that they be changed. I asked how much and he told me about $20 a piece labor included. Cool, so $24.99+$40=$64.99+tax doesn't come close to what I was charged $107.03. It's partially my fault because I should've told them what I was told over the phone about the coupon and what the tech told me the price would be on the filters. IF I use them again I won't let this happen again.

Very good customer service, very friendly. I went here twiceThis year once for an oil change and once for an inspection and both times I was impressed. The only thing I can complain about is I was there almost three hours but they had a lot of cars to work on. I suggest making an appointment even if it says you don't have to. Other than that everything went smoothly and I will go back again next time.

Great customer service... respectful and kind, took the time to explain what they were going to do, what my options were, and even what and when other maintenances would be needed next. Overall much faster than I expected as well. I thought I would have to drop off my car and come back for it later but I did not need to wait very long at all.

Everyone should go here!!! I needed my oil changed and car inspected. Stopped by here and Peter was able to get it all done super quick. He was super knowledgeable about everything and answered all questions I had. Definitely recommend for everyone to go here!

Went in for an oil change, found out my vehicle needed much more than that. Gerry and the team took all the precautions necessary to make sure I was safe this winter. I'm satisfied my vehicle feels like new again.

The employee who primarily worked with me was very friendly and courteous. He and his coworker stayed past 6 p.m. to ensure everything with my car was taken care of. He walked me through my options with easy-to-understand explanations and in the end used a spare coupon from his register to lower the price of the services rendered. I am very satisfied and will be coming back in the future.Service: Oil change

Yes extremely professional,knowledgeable,and patient with a understanding sense of humor great at the job as well as fast! Just need to repair they windshield washer fluid device. In and out within an hour, didn't reserve either. They found me a spot and changed my oil and the cost was below $40. I brought the oil and filter from walmart.

The positively outstanding experience I had at this particular Jiffy Lube was quite memorable. "They had me at hello," and it only got better from there. Scott M did the oil change while other tech's assisted him. The service was prompt, the tech's demeanor professional, the price reasonable and the results outstanding. My car need an inspection Toyota Rv4 2014 and they find that the suspension with other parts need to repair they no had the parts but the find in. I was so patience that I was since 8:30 am to 2:00 pm but they make in sure that everything was repair and my car been in good shape. I was so glad and thankful that they offer me drinks and food and they change the tv channel when I was waiting. I will went again. Sorry if I don't mention names because I am not good with names but I am very glad with the service. Thanks!!!!

The staff was kind, friendly, and informative. I unfortunately failed my inspection but was given options of what I could do. They were not pushy on making me get everything fixed there.

This place is NO GOOD I took my car for a oil change and tire rotation they returned my car to me with my tires loose not fully screwed so on my way driving home with my 2 babies the car begin shaking on the highway my wheels felt loose and they surely were I had to take it to get maintenance off the nearest exit for me to now pay another fee I now contacted jiffy lube to explain the situation they said bring it back on my way returning it the check engine light now pop on which wasn t there anytime before that or ever for that matter for me to get back to jiffy lube and the man say the only thing he can do for me is give me 20$ back from the $135 that was paid to him for his services and the code he tells me that s coming up on my car is the Cadillac converter that s gonna cost me way over $20 bucks so my honest opinion don t bring your car here you ll be totally DISAPPOINTED AND IT I CAN RATE LESS THEN 1 STAR I WOULD VEServices: Tires, Oil change

In and out quick. Techs were honest. Prices a little high compared to other places but the trade-off is very little wait as opposed to sitting and waiting for hours. The only real downside that made me a little nervous was the tech who appeared to be off duty trying to do burnouts in the parking lot. My vehicle was handled properly though so I can't complain much

It was not busy . The service was speedy. They made an overall inspection on the car and made me aware of certain fixes. Its just the service guy was way to quick to give you the chance to think of options or questions that come that you should have asked. Be cautious of this speedy sales practices because if you don't it could drain your pockets.

It was the best experience I've ever had at a Jiffy Lube. The guys here run a great shop, and I'm sure it's not easy. The staff was friendly and professional. I felt confident in the quality of their work. Didn t notice any kids working there. However, young people can do quality work if properly trained. Great go to service for common issues. Sent my teenage son over for a quick oil-change gave him the signature service coupon from the paper clear showing this as 1 of the 3 local locations. They tell him they don't honor the coupon. Then they try to upsell him on a new air filter, cabin filter and wipers. The wipers were changed by me 2 months ago and the filters are perfectly fine. What a joke save your money go elsewhere.Service: Oil change
