So good we sold them TWO cars!My wife and I were stressing out trying to sell her 2010 Honda and we got a call from Corey inquiring about it as we had used KBB. We re in the habit of always checking reviews before we go somewhere unfamiliar and I was happy to see most reviews were really good! Of course, there s some negatives ones (there always is) so I was a little wary but our experience selling my wife s car was great! They were very reasonable with their offer and the whole experience was so good we ended up selling my car to them too! Just got it sold today. Corey is one of the sales guys there and he s really chill and easy to talk to. He doesn t give you the creepy salesman vibe, he s down to earth and realistic. Also, he is great with communication as there were a few unknowns on our part about selling my car/when etc etc. But honestly I don t know what the bad reviews are talking about because we ve had nothing but good experiences there, which is like a gem cos this area has a lot of sketchy mechanics and dealers that just wanna drain your pockets and leave you on the streets. Thanks Corey and Gaughan Auto for a great selling experience! Would definitely come back if we ever are looking to buy or sell a car again.

I purchased a 2014 f150. Corey was my salesman. He was very professional, they were pretty busy that day but he took care of me and my concerns especially, didn't pressure me into anything I didn't want. I would highly recommend making your purchase here. Friendly staff all around.

So this was my first time buying a car and what a horrible experience I had. Within 20 days, my engine light came on and luckily it was within the 30 day warranty. A couple of weeks later a knock in my engine can be heard. I had them look at it and they said it's just something that will be there permanently so don't worry about it. Now it's been 2 months and I need a whole new engine. I would highly recommend not buying used cars from here.

I purchased a vehicle here recently, ask for Corey great sales person! They do finance! I would recommend getting level 2 or 3 protection coverage if possible! I had a minor issue and the Service side took care of it the same day! Highly recommend this place if your looking for a new or used vehicle!

My wife and I bought a truck today at Gaughan Auto and had a great shopping experience! We started with Ryan over the phone prior to visiting to get more information about a couple of trucks they were selling. Then we stopped by today to see one of the trucks with the assistance of PJ. I was impressed with the over all selection of vehicles they were selling and especially the one we were interested in. PJ was very professional, easy to work with, and very fair. The whole matter went well and before we knew it, we were on the road with our new truck. I would buy again from here. Thank you!

Corey was absolutely awesome! We had to sell my parents cars and he came right to the house, got the cars started , made us an offer and purchased the cars. All paperwork was done at my kitchen table. He made a stressful situation very easy and painless. He definitely went above and beyond! He was a blessing to us!!

I recently bought a 2012 Chevy Camaro from them and absolutely love it! Corey was very helpful and answered all the questions I had. They worked with me when it came to pricing and I was able to get into the car I wanted. I would definitely get another car from them again!

This place is great until they get your money.I bought a car from them several months ago and the salesmen were nice and helpful, but I had issues with the tires right away. The tread on the front tires was barely passable, and the tire pressure light was coming on because there was a nail in the rear tire (I know it was there when I bought it because the light was on when I test drove it, but off again when I bought it. It took a while to come back on after they refilled the tire, implicating a slow leak--so the nail was in the tire the whole time).I brought it back in under warranty for this issue and a couple of other things, and they basically refused to do anything for me, as well as making me feel stupid for even bringing it in. I left that place after getting nothing done, feeling insulted, and sobbing and will never ever go back. I even have a coupon book for routine service at their garage, and I will gladly pay full price to go ANYWHERE else. I ended up having to buy 4 brand new tires right after getting the car.Unbelievable jerks.

As we searched for a new car, we read many positive reviews about Gaughan Auto Store. Because of that, we decided to stop by and see what they had available. We saw a few cars we liked and settled on one that would be great for our family. Our salesman, Corey, and the manager, Ryan, worked very hard to secure a great deal for us. We were very happy with the outcome and look forward to making memories in our new ride!

The first time I purchased a vehicle here will be the last! I looked for a vehicle with low mileage and appeared in good condition. The vehicle had problems making the engine light come on from the first day I drove it. I explained this to them as it had a 30 day warranty. The manager of the service department is NOT a mechanic but attempted to diagnose the problems passing the warnings off as minor issues saying it was fixed with each guess of multiple. Finally at my insistence, the experienced mechanic actually put the diagnostic computer on it while riding along in the car and saw that what I was complaining about was legitimate as the computer generated over 700 codes! The engine needed to be replaced! They did that! After getting the car back, the warranty was expired so the car is now being serviced by a different, honest mechanic and when he inspected the car, he has discovered that the engine they put in it has a bent pully causing more problems, is missing a splash guard and things that were fixed already need to be replaced. I wonder what was done and what was not as I do not trust this place! There are many more details that would make this review much longer but you can get the idea of how operations are here.When I took another of my vehicles to a different shop for repairs and mentioned my frustration with Gaughan, the story I got from another previous customer was just as awful! This customer had major issues with the car she bought and the warranty was not honored and had to take them to court!In conclusion, I will never even go by there and browse the lot looking for a vehicle; let alone, purchase one there!

I was referred to Gaughan auto by another client of theirs. He told me that Corey was the man! Corey lived to all the hype! My wife and I were very pleased with our experience with Corey. He brought our car to the shop to see what the offer would be and we got a very respectable offer and a great honest, no hassle experience, we accepted the offer on the spot. Corey was very accommodating and took care of everything for us. If you are looking to for a good and respectful person to work with, in your next car needs, Corey is the Man! Sold a sick friend's car which she no longer needs. Dealt with Corey Schuster and had a wonderful experience ! Got the amount I was looking for, they paid off her loan, switched title....I just signed a few papers and left the keys ! Would definitely recommend them if you want to sell your car.

Great experience, lol even if you are credit challenged! Great selection, Sales personnel willing to help, without being pushy, offering different options within the range you are looking at. Everyone was very, pleasant and accommodating as I had return to with my disappered mother in law to be sure that she was able to get into the vehicle

They came out of their way to my house to look at my jeep I was trying to sell. Gave me a good rate and are picking it up. Easy process. Check in hand that day and I don t have to worry about trying to get rid of it.

Cory was great took his time made sure if this was the car really wanted even in the final when before starting paperwork wanted make sure I was happy with the car an it's really what I wanted an made sure everything was working on it even got a customer appreciation booklet for upcoming maintenance an can come there an get anything it needs done definitely recommend this dealership for future purchases
