These guys were very helpful with helping me purchase my first car. They were willing to negotiate, they helped me through the paperwork, they did everything for me to make it as painless as possible. I'm still driving that car today and it's doing great.I noticed a lot of bad reviews on here, and I just wanted to say don't be discouraged from this dealership's overall score. Used car dealerships are most likely to fall victim to the old "I'm not gonna leave a good review if the car runs great, but if the car breaks down I'm definitely leaving a bad one." Don't let the Google reviews discourage you folks, the guys working here genuinely are good people who are just trying to get folks, even with poor credit, on the road.

On 2/22/24 I purchased a 2011 GMC Terrain. The car ran and sounded wonderful. I was very pleased with my car. However, on 3/16/24 & 3/17/24. The car started acting up, a knock was now in the engine along with the check engine light came on. I returned to C&C auto sales on 3/18/24 and spoke with Denzel. He was very rude and basically said it wasn t their problem and that I had a warranty for that. He then got Chris on the phone and he said that he would contact the owner of the car and see what they could do. The next day I returned and asked for the warranty company information so I could make a claim. They refused to give the information saying that I will get it in the mail. Now they are not answering the phone or returning any phone calls.

I bought a 03 Honda Pilot from them 2/3/24. The vehicle was inspected until 11/24 and had 90 day warranty. 3 day latter I took it to another garage because it was making a weird noise when I went around corners. They informed me the vehicle should have never passed inspected there is a rusted hole in the frame, no rear passenger sway bar,and the rear bumper brackets are so rusted it might fall off if hit. When I contacted him by messages he acted like he was someone else..I will be contacting Pendot. This guy doesn't deserve one star.

I bought a 2015 Nissan Rouge from them. I paid for 2 tires they put on the rar of the car while waiting. The tires were supposed to be good tires. When I took the vehicle to get inspected in Pa it would not pass due to dry rot tires and wrong size for the vehicle. It needed a LF lower control arm and ball joint and cat converter in order for it to pass winspection. I called them and they said the tires were good and they would buy new and the parts that I needed but I would have to pay them another $500. It's been 6 wks now and they still have done nothing to make this right. Being a senior 77 yr old woman they definitey took advantage of it. They also had a 2012 GMC Terrain on the lot listed for around $5900. The rocker panles were held on with duct tape. Some poor person will go in and buy that vehicle not even looking at the problem because the interior of the vehicle was in such good shape. I was told at the garage where I took it to be inspected that it was illegal to even sell a vehicle in Pa if it would not pass inspection. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS. SPREAD THE WORD DON"T GET RIPPED OFF BY THEM>.THEY SOULD NEVER BE ALLOWED TO SELL VEHICLES.

I bought a suv from here. Came without an inspection sticker. Told him I didn't mind getting it inspected. Well it won't even pass, no horn or airbag in steering wheel, struts, ball joints, tire rod, rear seal leak, 4 tires needed. Messaged them to inspect it before finding all this out and was being told he would let me know when to bring it down and never heard from him. I've had the car 12 days. Not happy about my purchase. Traded in a reliable vehicle for a something that's not safe for my children to be riding in!

Bought a 2010 Mazda 6 for a great price with really low mileage. They treated us his great, I have already told 2 people to stop over and they are both look for cars!! Thanks guys, you made my day/ week/ month! You are awesome! Thanks for the great customer service. We drove off the lot in about a half hour all paperwork done!

DO NOT BUY CARS FROM THIS PLACE. They will tell you that the car is good & nothing is wrong but it s a lie. As soon as you take the car to a mechanic they ll tell you that you wasted your money. And these people will not work with you for your money back or fixing your car. It s all a legal scam. Please keep your money and take it somewhere else. I only gave them a review because that s the only way to alert people to stay away from these scammers

This car lot is also known as Bath Auto Sales. They scam people. Selling vehicles that could not pass a safety or emissions inspection in the state of Pennsylvania. The vehicles are completely unsafe. They promise to make repairs, and then breach their contract. They will take your money and put you into an unsafe vehicle without care for your safety or other drivers on the road. Completely deceptive business practices. Buyer beware, do not buy from this dealer.

Horrible service sold a car to a family member told her they would fix the problem (catalytic converter) instead of fixing it correctly they put a straight pipe on that would not pass emissions inspection (assuming they did a lick and stick for the current one) SHADY SHADY BUSINESS.Not only did they not fix fhe problems they disclosed when my family member finally had access to the car and brought it to her mechanic she was left with a laundry list of things that were wrong with the car. Being that she literally just purchased the car she called asking for a refund or at the least for them to fix these problems and was met with excuses and eventually ignored all together. Horrible service shady business dealings BUYER BEWARE!

Very shady people. Sold a car that is completely unsafe and will not pass inspection. Had an exhaust leak they agreed to fix. Their way off fixing was to violate federal law and remove a federal emissions control device the catalytic converter. They will just block anyone who has anything to say about them. There is still a few thousand in repairs that need to be completed to pass inspection. JUST STAY AWAY from this shady place.

These people sell trash they look nice but they are cars that have been repaired in a very cheap manner. Misaligned spray painted grills etc. It doesn t take skill or experience to see these cars were smashed before going on sale. DONT even think about shopping here.

Worst stealership I ve ever bought a car from Guy blacked out the check engine light with a sharpie, Claimed he didn t do it, however he also managed to clear the codes because when I scanned before buying it there was no issue. Guy was also extremely unprofessional about handling the issue. Called me a little kid and said you better watch who your talking to on the phone the proceeded to hang up without settling the issue or even saying bye

I went to test drive a truck last week they were asking $5,000 it definitely had transmission problems. I was going to test drive another truck today before I realized that the frame was rotted in half. They were asking 4,500. I'm glad I know what to look for but I feel sorry for the people that don't. Buyer Beware!!!!

Deliberately sold a very unsafe car to me while I was 9 months pregnant. Been in contact with authorities and will soon have them shut down! Don't give them the time of day! Terrible people!!!

You would think "first come, first serve" is a common courtesy at any establishment. Wasted 3+ hours. Not only was I lied to about who the car was being looked at but also they let the people that came after me see the car first and they decided to go take a joy ride. Not how you do business..

Came to look at a jeep comander that he wanted 5000 for but told us he will take any offer just to get rid of it he just got it n didn't want it....it had little power to go and made a noise n he had no explanation he said he didn't get it looked at by anyone he just wanted it gone....yup I'm not buying a junk car I need something safe for my kids.
