Couldn t get my truck started. Had 3 different people look at it with no luck. I finally got it towed to Wilcox automotive and he had it fixed in 3 days. responsive, prompt, precise, and affordable. am an out of state customer that failed VA inspection due to rusted rotors and pads not making contact on a 2013 JGC with 24k miles. while in the hometown visiting relatives (during Corona) i was Rx this shop by my cousin (and her many friends in the area who go there) b/c they know C. Wilcox is affordable and fast and knows what he's doing. the trifecta of mechanic mastery.he installed rear rotors and pads (which i provided) in under 90 minutes. when i had a concern and brought the vehicle back to show him, he assured me that in time, it would resolve. i confirmed his explanation with Jeep Forum members (who recommended the parts), but Mr. Wilcox still phoned me the next day to check on how the issue was progressing. never has a mechanic phoned me the day after install or repairs to check on whether something was as expected.this is a 5-star mechanic who i plan to have install the front pads and rotors next summer, if they last that long. don't hesitate, but do communicate expectations and concerns and you will not be sorry. this small, one man business has forged a local reputation via word of mouth in by having provided excellent execution of auto repairs.

This is a go to for me when I need work done on my vehicle! Very fair prices, and the work is always done in a timely manner. I have been to other places and was charged much more than I was here. If you're looking to get your vehicle worked on, call this place!

I had my truck towed here bcoz it was recommended by tow truck driver..Spoke to the owner/mechanic about replacing my alternater..... He Charged me close to 400 bucks.. It took him 30 mins to replace, had my car for 4 days and then put in a USED alternater.... Never again will I go to this rip off mechanic.. My opinion he's not worth 1 star.. But you OK don't post unless he's rated.. So ladies beware he is definitely one to prey on women!!!!
