Facility is clean and comfortable. The entire staff is friendly. Anthony K was the unlucky service mechanic who had to rip off my lug nut locks and replace them. I don't see a single scratch on the wheels. Kudos to Anthony.

Professional employees, fast service, good waiting room while getting service. Vending machines with card readers. Free water and coffee in the waiting room. Inspection & emissions in about an hour.

They were able to do some repairs but we have to wait till late August to complete repairs so car can get inspected that was due in July. Also was intrested in possibly interested in purchasing a new traiblazer but had none in stock and had no clue when some would be available.

They told me my car was not covered by a warranty and it was. Tom Henry Chevrolet fix we d my car and were so very nice. I highly recommend Tom Henry! I gave Nick one star cause they answered their phone.

Nick's has always treated me well since I bought my Equinox. It was serviced this month and I was quickly on my way to work with a new inspection sticker and fresh oil.

I've never gotten anything less than great service at Nick's. They always call to let you know what's wrong, how much the service will cost and how long it will take.

Transmission was dying on my wife's Chevy Cruze when it was under warranty. We took the car multiple times there to have them look at the issue but to them nothing was wrong. Now convienently after it's out of warranty, the transmission is shot.

Been there twice for a replacement key and they never told me that I need my father there even tho I'm his son and the one who is replacing it
