You're really not going to find a place like this. I am always impressed with the service I receive here.Not only is the service proficient, with having you in and out. They are welcoming with a comfortable lounge area. The 'Price is Right' was on the television one time. It had enough stimulus that I had no desire to scroll through my phone.

I will always go to highland tire for my tires. Top notch service all the time. They always work with you on pricing and what is the best tires for your vehicle. They don t take advantage of women either like most automotive shops. They treat the women like any other client that walks in the door and if the client doesn t know anything they will throughly explain it to them. Love the family owned and operated local business

This is where I buy my tires. Very easy to get an online quote and set up an appointment,though you don't need an appointment. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.

This location is actually way better than the one in Natrona, even though it's a little smaller and out of the main drag. Flats, tire changes and removing foreign objects like nails in no time flat. They seem to run it like an efficient assembly line and get you going ASAP. Actually going back this week to get tires on my trailer. I support the businesses that I think best deserve my time and money and that usually ends up being the most professional places, all of which this place is. Thanks to the management and dudes workin here, you have my respect.

I went to Highland Tire in Tarentum on a Saturday morning at 9:30am. I greeted warmly at my car and asked about the tires I had previously ordered. My car was placed in line and the office staff was kind and courteous. I was greet and car finished within an hour. The auto staff was also so kind as well as fast and efficient. I highly recommend this place! I was also given a flower on the way out. Never have had better service at ANY auto service center. This will be my place for tires from now on.

Bob was awesome he made it very thing simple and easy. Pricing was perfect all the guys were super nice and helpful and they put my wheels on in no time at all I ll be shopping here anytime I need wheels or tires

Very Disappointed how does anyone who works a normal job Monday -Friday get tires now without taking time off. Then on Saturday only open until 1pm and won't take anyone if they come by 12:30 or so.Usually great service. I've been using them since I started driving in 2001. Very courteous and respectable guys. But it looks like I'll have to go elsewhere from now on.

I've been a customer since 2014 and I love this placeThey are courteous, professional, quick, and they will beat anybody's price out the door I would recommend this place to everybodyIf I am allowed to have favorites that would be Harry and Bob of the Tarentum branch These statements also apply to the alignment center in Natrona Heights where I always get my alignments and oil changes

Bob and the Highland Tire team were fantastic! After a terrible experience at another tire dealership outside of Pittsburgh, I am so appreciative of the service and help that I received at Highland Tire. Bob helped me find the right rims and made time to get me set up and installed same day. The entire team was friendly and helpful. Five stars all around for kindness, quality, service, and professionalism. I highly recommend!

Very good customer service. Requested a used tire and it was brought in from another store because it wasn't in stock there. I had to call a couple of times to request the status of tire arriving at the shop but when I walked in the door the next day the man at the counter knew who I was and confirmed the tire was there. This made me feel good that they took initiative. This place was actually referred to me from a local mechanic. The price of the tire was more than fair. They obviously was busy so they have alot of happy customers. I am one of those happy customers.

Outstanding. I blew a tire and had to call AAA, and they towed me here. From the minute I walked in the door I was greeted with friendliness. He gave me a really good deal on good brand new tires. Over more than 60 percent less than what I was quoted at two other places. For the same exact tire. They had all four tires put on and the car ready to go within 30 minutes, and they even cleaned my windows and fixed my bumper that was hanging (not sure how that happened, possibly tow truck). But they were super packed in there so I was expecting a long wait but nope! This is a great place, and I recommend them to everyone. They definitely know how to effectively run a great business. Other businesses should take note!

I've been going to this highland tire since I was old enough to drive. Bob has worked there all these years and he is by far the best man for the job. He's honest and don't try to sell you more than what you need.

Well what should I say I ve been doing business with this company for the past 5+ years! Talk about stand up gentlemen along with ladies! Sometimes I bring my children they pass out soda pop to all customers! Their communication skills are impeccable! I turned my family, my friends even strangers to them for the simple fact they are great people, great workers and most importantly stand by their moral code/moral compass! We've been going here for years. They have a wide selection of tires at very reasonable prices, and the service is absolutely outstanding. They also have used tires available for those in a pinch, and offer tire repair service as well. I can't recommend them enough.

I have been here many times - most recently just to have my tires inflated for a road trip. They did so very pleasantly. I've always appreciated the carnations and the pleasant demeanor of the staff.

Brand new customer I talked to Frank on the phone . He was so nice. He helped me find the perfect tire for my car . I came the next day got 4 tires American made and out the door in a half a hr . He also gave me a can of pop and helped me with a broken stud. A 1 service with Frank and his crew . I came from Pittsburgh Pa and it is worth the drive . Ask for Frank you will be glad you did .
