Towed my Mom's car after it was stolen and abandoned. $550 to get back.

I tried to call and received an answering machine with no call back. I decided to stop in about a part I was in need of. I ask her about the part and even had a stock number for the vehicle. She went to her computer and said she didn t have have that vehicle anymore. I ask her about another part and she very rudely said that if it was interchangeable it would have came up. I was asking for a different part. I didn t say anything and just turned and walked out. If they gave me the parts I needed I wouldn t have taken them because of how rudely I was spoken to. Terrible people.

Rude terrible people. Lied to the insurance adjuster and told him they closed at noon today. Never mentioned anything about a lunch time closing. Its Friday so they will get storage fees for the entire weekend. DON'T USE THEM! I'm going to contact the PA State police because despite my husband asking to have the vehicle towed to the dealership it was towed to this horrible place because, from what i've been told, they have a contract with the PA state police. They are a rude bunch for sure.

Worst business in PA. They are a bunch of liars . They lied that the oil and antifreeze was leaking from car after they towed it from accident to try and take my title. The car only had cosmetic damage to side hood. Drove car home with no problem after charging me a ridiculous tow fee and storage for only a quarter of a mile. Turn them away if they show up to tow you.

Pretty sure this place is a racket. Like many predatory towing companies this company does cash only business, does not follow standards for waiting 24 hours prior to towing, and doesn't refund your fee if the ticket is overturned in court.Springdale PD is most likely on the take so if your car got towed, it probably wound up here, and they probably already paid the department before you got your car out of impound.The Bastin lady who did the lone five star review on this thread has no concept of law or justice, and if she were smart, she'd cut off her ring with PD before this place makes national news attention, or a Federal investigation is initiated in her little scam.

Had the exact part in stock and it was less than half the price of Lucchettis Auto North in my hometown, worth the 25 minute drive.

Very rude people, the woman that answers their phone has an attitude, their part selection is horrible. I would never do business with this company. Seems like a racket in my opinion. Do not recommend

Horrible service! The lady Mary Jo Bastin has the worst attitude, and I have never been mistreated by a business as much as this. Don't know how they're still in business. Doesn't like to service "people like me."

This place had the truck.bed in stock, and did an incredible job installing it. Well worth the drive. Nice guys.
